Awesome service! Quick and fair pricing. Jake is very thorough and communicate exactly what he doing to your vehicle. As a customer service manager, you don t get good service like that now days! Jake was awesome! I received an over the top quote from another mechanic so requested some recommendations on Facebook. Jake reached out to me direclty and immediately quoted me 1/2 the price of my repair. He was patient and honest and communicated every detail step by step- even that my towed car had arrived safely. He even bolted my detached bumper for me free of charge! To top it all off, my repairs were completed SAME DAY. I was panicked and I have to say Jake lightened the load. As someone that's been around cars my entire life and turning wrenches since I was little, I was super skeptical to bring my car anywhere. When my engine blew, I knew I needed a professional. I'm so happy I came across Jake. I won't bring my car anywhere else and can't say enough good things. Not only is he a mechanic you can trust, but he is extremely knowledgeable and his prices are absolutely reasonable. There's no ripping you off or adding unnecessary services. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, dealt with my dad when I wasn't available, and even helped me with the warranty on my engine. Jake even thought ahead of certain work I'd need done in the future and actually SAVED me money in the long run. I highly recommend Jake and Nitro Heads. This mechanics cut the bracket wasn t supposed to cut to remove the cv axle and weld it, the mechanic broke the hardware in the front brakes to make it hit the rotor, my car was fine when I dropped no noise after I pick the car up was noise like crazy case he broke the hardware in the brakes he was asking $130.00 to replace a piece of hardware when he broke it case my car was fine when I dropped, no going back anymore thieves
