I just bought my Q5 there from RJ who was incredible and extremely easy to work with. I got a phenomenal deal from him and didn't feel like I was being greased over during the sales process which made it really enjoyable. RJ made sure we got it done and I walked out of store with my car that day. He made sure they were flexible enough to help us get it purchased and financed quickly and easily. 10/10 would recommend

Thank you to Kyle Clairmont and Paul, and Brian (Service Manager). Had recently bought a car that had a small chip on the windshield. Sales (Tyler Haines) had mentioned that service would take care of the chip. Dropped of car and was offered a loaner. Found out they were not able to repair the chip. Kyle worked with Brian and offered the whole windshield to be replaced at no cost. Very customer oriented and great service. Thank you Kyle, Paul, Tyler, and Brian!!Service: Auto glass replacement

-My experience was better when it was "Continental Audi", the fresh baked cookies and snacks and soda in waiting area. All that is gone now since it changed to "Napleton Audi", but overall service staff is good. Special thanks to Kyle and Keith.

If you are concerned about COVID-19 and how this business handles it, STAY AWAY. Their GM and a Sales Manager both came into work knowing they tested positive for Coronavirus in the last week. The GM cited coming in as a courtesy and that anyone who was afraid of the virus stay away. And the Sales Manager came in because he felt fine . If the Napleton name attached to this business didn t scare you away then this should.

Have always had my Audis serviced here. Had my 2006 A3 last for 15 years, and I credit the great service with Continental. Now will keep coming back with my new A3 at Napleton hoping for the same result.

Walked into showroom at 9:05 am looking to purchase. Place was dead, no customers except me and not one sales person ever approached me.Walked out at 9:20.

This place is the absolute worst. Their customer service sucks. No urgency to do nothing. Stand around playing on their phones drinking coffee as customers wait. Discusting to say the least!!
