After a couple months of deciding what to do with my lease I made way up to Napleton Audi of Naperville where I met Nick Fograse who not only made the car buying experience easy he partnered with his peers and colleagues to ensure I was taking care throughout the entire process. Probably one of the best car buy experiences that I ve ever had as Nick went above and beyond to answer all of questions and even followed up with me a couple days later to make sure I was enjoying my new 2023 Q3 in Tango Red.

Took the long drive from outside Asheville, NC to Naperville, IL and back this past weekend. Journey was well worth it. Purchased a 2018 Audi TTRS from Continental Audi of Naperville. My salesperson John Ziebarth worked with me over the previous few days to make this a seamless experience. Dealership is nicely designed, modern. Very nice to see many high end models in the showroom. Large inventory. Dan, who helped me with setting up the features in the vehicle was thorough and knowledgeable. Josh worked efficiently to complete paperwork and get me back on the road home running from a winter storm. Local folks are fortunate to have such a great Audi dealer close by. My wife and I plan on again making this long trip for our next Audi!

Very bad experience. I came with my friend 40 miles Away To buy Q5 audi and The women didnt allowed To us To Make drive test and Starting yelling To us . She told we need get approve credit before take drive test. Her name is Amy Brooks

This Audi dealership does an amazing job of making you feel your time is valuable and your business with them matters! I was able to receive a scheduled appointment within a few days of my call. I was greeted promptly by Kenny, with a mask and I could hear the cheerfulness in his voice that he was happy to take care of my service appointment for the day. Kenny made sure to provide status updates. Upon pick-up I was able to apply my loyalty points towards a service item, walked away without paying anything and received a complimentary multi point inspection form, a report card for the car. Simply AWESOME!!!

Continental Audi has the best service department of any make of car that I have ever owned, which covers several foreign and domestic manufacturers. Before my Audi purchase, I had never purchased the same make of car twice. The service department is a critical piece of my car buying experience and because I lease, I tend to use the dealerships service departments. When service is not good, it impacts my overall opinion of ownership. My service department experience at Continental Audi was a very big part of why I decided to purchase my second Audi. The Advisors there are very caring and knowledgeable about their offerings. I love the fact that I can schedule my appointment online and am able to tell if they will have a loaner vehicle available as well as if my car has any recalls due. The waiting room is very nice and they have a nice selection of refreshments if you are hanging around. I do not feel pressured to buy unnecessary or optional services and they explain things well. There is a 99% likelihood that I will be purchasing my third Audi when my lease is over.

I have purchased two Audi s from Continental and had a great buying experience however what will keep me coming back is their exceptional service department. Every time I have had any issue from a key battery to a flat tire Dave and the rest of the team have been amazing.I can t say enough about the service experience at Continental Audi.

I've been coming here for almost ten years now; for regularly scheduled maintenance as well as the occasional warning light showing up on my car's dashboard. For the last 5 yrs or so, Dave Muys has made each visit easy and pleasant. From scheduling, to getting the service done to following up (they always do to make sure everything was top notch), it is a pleasure to do business with them.

Dropped my car off for an oil change and maintenance and was able to get a loaner with no problem. Kenny is awesome to work with. Was very impressed with Covid going on that I received my car back cleaner than when I dropped it off.

I set my appointment 48 hrs in advance, warmly greeted by Dave Mays. Tom Mikita did the 25k service, I picked up my car later that afternoon sparkly clean. See you guys in another 10,000 miles, or my next car wash
