Buying a car for the daughter. We had a very positive experience working with Mark and Alex on the purchase. This place is tucked away and easy to miss. Check online for inventory. It was so worth the drive. Very happy with our purchase. They have some very sweet cars available.

Found a freightliner sprinter 3500 on car gurus. Sent an email in to Nick and he handled the rest. Nick sent me photos answered every dumb question I asked and set up a time to come in and see him. We drove 3 hours and got there an hour before he was set to close. When we were ready he handled all the paperwork and stayed until everything was done. Nick went above and beyond for us, I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

DO NOT GO TO this dealership they're scamming people. I just brought jeep grand Cherokee form this dealership , I drove back home about 100 miles next day check engine light came on,went to o'reilly had some code showing, I called nick he said take to dealership or somewhere do diagnose it, it's cost me 150$ he said diagnose doesn't cover by us, found out Evap leak and coolant thermostat was bad had cost me $600+tax ,after I emailed several times and call their office whole week they agreed to send me a check for $325 , drove another 200 miles check engine light came back on, went to diagnose cost another $150 they said bad cat converter bank 2 need to replace it , repairing cost $2500 parts and labor , they refused to fix it ,they said that doesn't cover we can't fix this ,wow selling bad cars just to run business, this business is a joke .

A low key, no pressure type of car dealership. Michael helped us out and he had a wealth of knowledge about the car which is refreshing because most used car salesmen don t know all the detail of the used cars they are selling. Kelly was very nice and accommodating. We never felt pressured to buy the whole time. They did not play games with the price. It was straight forward and we appreciated it. Bought the car and check out process was fast. We are very happy with our purchase! We would recommend this dealership to our friends and family.

I had a very good experience with this business. My sales person, Brad, was not pushy, knowledgeable, helpful, honest and true to his word. I can honestly say it was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Ron in the business office was also wonderful. He worked with me and made sure I got the best financing available. Everything they promised they delivered and more. I would definitely, without hesitation, recommend them.

These guys are stubborn. So I wanted to buy a Silverado 2007 with 143k miles on it and it was listed at 10,999 after being cut down from 11,999. It was a very nice truck and I was very interested in it so I put a 500 dollar hold on it and came in a few days later again with an experienced mechanic. And he said it was nice but overpriced so I asked them to negotiate it down to 10,5 out the door but refused and said everyone wanted it but I had it on hold. After I bought a different a few weeks later, the truck is still there and the price was lowered down to 9,999

I got my first car ever at this place and it was amazing. Ron is absolutely the best. The car I wanted was a black 07 Nissan Versa priced at $4,997, but we were able to negotiate it down to a price I was aim at with no hassle at all. They are well kept and extremely helpful. I would definitely come back here again because they truly do take great care of their customers!!

My father in law bought a ford edge 60 days ago. We all were very happy with Carl as he was amazing with the paper work as well as customer service. We never thought 60 days later we would be looking at a bill for over 1000.00 worth of front end repairs , and the transmission is going per the two auto shops we had check it. My father in law will be trading this auto this week before he is stuck with a 2000.00 bill for a trans. Very very disappointed as we were going to buy a second auto next week from this dealer. The autos are nice to look at and as said Carl was great but the autos need to be inspected before the lemon law applies .

I purchased a car here, a 2013 Ford Focus SE for my daughter. After purchasing the car we experienced a problem with it. They stood behind their sale and honored the warranty. They set me up in a rental car and Kelly and Eric in my opinion went above and beyond in all that they did for my daughter and I. I can't thank them enough for the excellent service that I received. I am so thankful that they turned what could have been a negative experience into one that I walk away from one with nothing but good vibes. My best heartfelt thanks to the whole staff there at Naperville Autohaus.

Great experience and customer service. I recently purchased a pre-owned Nissan here. The salesman I worked with was not pushy and respected my time in looking for a vehicle that met my needs. I had a lot of questions and was treated with patience and respect. There was a good selection to choose from and everyone I spoke with at the dealership was friendly. I will be coming back for my next pre-owned vehicle!

We recently traded in a motorcycle for a Ford Thunderbird. The transition was quick and easy. The experience was really good and the family who owns the business are really nice people. I will definitely do business with Mike and his parents in the future and I have already recommended their business to several friends of mine. Thanks guys for a great experience and a awesome vehicle!,Lloyd

I just bought a vehicle there 6 days ago. Really nice guys...or so it seemed. Within 3 days...the transmission was toast!. Totally GONE! It seemed ok during the test drive. Gee...How did they do that?I asked them more than once before purchasing the car if there were any issues I should be made aware of. I wasn't expecting AWESOME since I knew I was buying a used car. But a new transmission? Within 3 days? No wonder people don't trust used car guys. These guys give the good ones a bad name. I don't know how they can sleep at night. Now I have to spend another $1700-$2300 to get a rebuilt transmission. They HAD to know the transmission was totally gone or on the verge. I wouldn't go there again after that. Buyer beware.

Brad was great! My wife and I are from Wisconsin and were searching the country for a replacement vehicle for our totaled out car. After looking for months, we found these guys. We swung by on our way back to Wisconsin to take a look.Brad greeted us with a smile and patience while we asked our questions and looked over the car. We agreed to come back the following weekend to complete the sale. Brad took a very reasonable deposit and held our car until we arrived the following weekend. The process was very easy and very relaxing. We were not rushed in any way, which has always been a problem when buying a car from a dealer. Brad explained everything in detail and made us feel that we were at the right place. After months of searching and hassle from other dealers and the insurance company, Brad went out of his way to get the deal done. I am in sales also and I know the value of being professional. It seems like everywhere you go nowadays, it s hard to be treated with courtesy and care but Brad knocked it out if the park. Even after the sale, Brad is helping us with another part of our project at his expense. I couldn t ask for a better person to sell me a car. Most importantly, my wife is happy and I owe it to Brad. I believe it takes a truly good person to be able to treat people the way Brad treated us. You can t fake that. He s awesome and we will definitely be buying from them again. A+

Bought my G55 from them a few months ago. This was a long distance transaction and my sales rep was fantastic to work with. They stick to their word, and I will be buying more from them! I flew in and spent a bit of time at their dealership before heading home - just a fantastic little gem for car collectors.

Traveled 400 miles to purchase a car from them. They didn't detail my car when purchasing; normally I wouldn't mind, but their lot is disgusting and the car had a rough touch to it due to grime and dirt. A couple of days later, I went to check and oil level and my dipstick is completely dry. Drain it, find out it was running on 2.2 qts of completely black and burnt oil (requires 5). In other words, they didn't change the oil on my car (laughable). 13 days later, my timing chain tensioner fails and destroys my engine (believed cause is poor oil quality). Call and see if they can do anything for me since I've had the car for less than 2 weeks and they offer absolutely nothing because I'm past their "500 mile warranty". The advice I'm given is to attack the dealer who had the car before they did (they had nothing to do with this, completely childish). I tried again to see if Naperville Autohaus would help me in any way and they didn't seem to care. Fast-forward 4 weeks and $6k later, I'm driving again with fingers crossed. Stay away from this greasy dealer. They couldn't even detail my car or change the oil.

My parents bought me a 2013 Ford Focus from Naperville Autohaus. It is a beautiful and clean car and we were so happy to have found something better than what we expected to find. We did come across a problem with the car but the staff at Naperville Autohaus took care of us we have been going back and forth for the last few weeks but they have been nothing but helpful and amazing. I definitely recommend going to this establishment if you are in need of a car. They are very helpful and respectful.

Great Place!!!I'm reading some of these reviews and laughing; Let me get this right you drove 3hr to see a car - they don't have dealerships where you live? Where you buying a Bentley? Mr. Lemon law, HELLO, that only applies to new cars - wake up! Why am I addressing this, I'm sick of people like you bashing organizations when your the one's that didn't take personal responsibility to protect yourself in the first place! Do your homework first, instead of blaming the world for your shortsightedness. Do you need a hug - is this your claim to fame?Simple questions; why wouldn't you take the car to a mechanic shop to be inspected first? Did the car have over a 100K in miles? Did you buy a warranty? If not, why not? The car is NOT new! If you wanted a new car, go to a new car dealership! I bought a third vehicle from this establishment for the winter, it has over 200K miles, yes it had some minor problems, had them fixed. It's an old saying, "Praise in Public, Discipline in Private". In the end this is America, YOU can go anywhere to buy a car. My experience was great!

This review is specifically about the attentiveness and service that Eric Salcedo provided during my visit. I visited looking at a used car from their inventory and was immediately greeted by Eric in a refreshingly welcoming manner. He was extremely polite and knowledgable about the available cars in their inventory. We promptly took out the used car for a test drive after he quickly cleared the car of the 2 inches of snow that surrounded it. He works quickly but not in a rushed way. While I didn't end up purchasing the used car, he was still one of the nicest salesmen I've ever experienced. Definetley requiest Eric if you're looking to view a car here.

Worst car buying experience I've had for a top end car. I bought a BMW M3 from them that, on paper, looked excellent. The negotiating was fine, but after driving it 2 hours home I came out to a pool of oil under the car from a bad valve cover gasket. We also discovered that evening the headlights were halogen not HID as was on the website and bill of sale. After taking it to a BMW mechanic we walked away with a $2,500 bill for new tie rods and control arms along with seals and gaskets that desperately needed to be replaced. My mechanic also pointed out the poor paint job that was done on the front and rear bumper to cover up several imperfections. After bringing these issues to Doc, Karl, and management we have been told to call back several times. Nothing was done and now we have a nearly perfect car after an additional $3,000 in repairs with nothing in return. Be wary if you buy a car from them if you live out of their area.

(If you are seriously looking at buying a car from this dealership, I encourage you to read this in it's entirety to get a good picture of what, and who, you'll be doing business with.If you are a buyer that is on the fence on whether or not to buy, I simply encourage you to keep looking elsewhere.)I am from a town nearly four-hundred miles away from this dealership, so we needed to be absolutely certain this car was as good as it appeared to be. It was the exact model I wanted, the correct color, and a manual transmission, for a price that seemed very reasonable at the time. So, I went after it. I placed a call to the dealership. Karl answered the phone, and I began to ask all of the appropriate questions. All the answers to those questions, were exactly what I wanted to hear. So, I made all the necessary phone calls, and started my way up to Chicago. After staying in a cheap motel for the night, we arrived the next day. Upon arriving, the car looked absolutely stunning from afar; just as it had in the online photos, but then, we got closer to the vehicle. Walking up to this car, I knew right away we were in trouble. It fell apart more and more the closer I got to the car. The trimming around the base of the windows was completely out of the natural grooves, the tints in the windows were peeling, the rear passenger-side quarter-panel was more bondo than metal, rust was eating the car alive,it was hemorrhaging oil from several different points in the under-carriage, the wind-shield wipers were on the metal, and it even had three different kinds of tires on it, one, being completely bald. Obviously, we were very angry. Karl had been exposed as the liar that he is, and his desire to just sell the car no-matter-what was displayed. We got our deposit back, and drove home very disappointed. I implore you, take it from someone who has been through the ringer with this dealer, move on to another dealership. It is better to wait a few weeks, or even months, on another car of the same model at a different dealership that will potentially be "the one" that won't need a do-or-die 2000$ worth of repairing as soon as you have the title.I have waited a week to write this review to take some time to subtract my anger away from this whole situation, so I would be able to word my experience with mostly facts and not just annoyed emotion. In closing, some companies like this respond to such posts as this one, mostly apologizing for my "unlucky experience" and making my business with them seem like a one-in-ten experience, but while I was there, I took the time to browse their website while I was strolling through the rest of their selection after I realized what kind of dealer they were, and found a large number of obvious issues with a large number of their cars they had, that were, in no way whatsoever, noticeable or displayed in the pictures or descriptions. There is nothing they could say to me that would change my negative opinion of this dealer, or the fact that by selling cars in this fashion, makes them an embarrassment to not only customers who actually know what red-flags to look for when buying a used car, but ultimately, to themselves.

I did extensive research in buying a Nissan GT-R and talked with several dealerships.Once I narrowed it down to Naperville Autohaus I asked the salemen details questions about the car outside of what was listed in the public Autotrader ad. I specifically asked him if there were any aftermarket parts on the vehicle and how long they have had it ect. The salesmen said no the only aftermarket part was an exhaust. The morning after I purchased the vehicle multiple engine lights started to pop on such as engine system malfunction visit dealer and t/m system visit dealer. When I reached out to the delearship they assured me I should run a few tanks of gas through it since it had been sitting for 5 months and that it should fix the issue. After taking it to the Nissan delearship they assured me the car was indeed not stock at all but heavily modified with aftermarket parts such as an entire rigged fueling system ect. They suggested I take it to a shop who's computer could read past the tunes that were done to the car all which mind you I was assured the car was stock when I bought it. Within 14 days of purchase the car was towed to a shop as the transmission quit shifting. I am now looking at a 7k repair bill to make this car I just purchased operable again. I reached out to the dealership multiple times for them to tell me I am outside of my 500 mile or 15 day warranty which mind you the problems arose within 1 day of purchase and within 500 miles. The salesmen kept telling me to run gas through the car to fix the issue which now I am to assume they purposefully gave me this advise that I have saved in text. I believe this dealer concealed parts that were on the vehicle to make a sale. I believe they had a deceptive ad as the car was not accurately described whatsoever. I also believe they have fraudulent methods when it comes to repairs to be done within the 500 mile warranty by telling consumers to run a few tanks of gas through them.

Called Joe Lococo about a 76 Corvette. Had a long honest conversation about the car on the phone. Drove 3 hours to take a look and again was super honest about car. Worked with me on price and getting it shipped to my home. Awesome place, great atmosphere, great people. Will do business again!

I purchased a 09 Honda civic Si from Karl and Mike at Naper auto Haus. I had the best experience ever at a car dealership. They were on-top of their game with everything. Getting me approved with the banks making sure my car was inspected and detailed before I took it home they even put a full tank of gas in it for me!!!! Karl knows exactly what he is doing when it comes down to the automotive industry very knowledgeable about every car he has on his lot. I would recommend Naper auto Haus to anyone that's looking for the right car. Keep up the good work guys!!!

Be aware of the work that may have been done on the vehicle you re considering from Napperville Auto Haus. In my experience, work was performed by Sterling Automotive Repair on the vehicle I purchased. NAH used them to make repairs on vehicle before selling it. Unfortunately, after buying the car (2008 BMW X3) and driving a block the check engine light came on. I immediately turned around and took it back to the dealership. The sales associate I worked with (Nick) was helpful in addressing the issue and sent the car back to Sterling Automotive Repair to look at the cause of the check engine light. I drove over 7hrs to purchases this car and since it was late Friday afternoon (May 22, 2020) when all this happened and Sterling Automotive Repair would not be able to address the issue until later on Saturday, NAH said they would pay to have the car shipped to me. Thankfully they did because the car would not have made the drive. The check engine light was caused due to issues with the Vanos solenoids that Sterling Automotive Repair recently replaced. They supposedly made an adjustment to the Vanos solenoids that were recently replaced by them and sent it back to NAH on the Tuesday May, 26th. My car arrived 11 days later (June 2). I took it to my mechanic shop who has a lot of experience and knowledge with BMWs. The vehicle was not operating right and they discovered the parts Sterling Automotive Repair used for the Vanos solenoids where very cheap aftermarket parts made in China that should never have been used. I had to have the cheap parts removed and replaced with the correct parts (cost me $700) and asked NAH reimburse me to make things right. Unfortunately, NAH was unwilling to make it right. It also took them 2 weeks to get the title to me. My overall experience was not great and I would not recommend them.
