The guy answering the phone was great, easy to communicate with and polite. The driver, Bill was excellent! Had to get my car tow because of two flat tires. Jeremy was fantastic, was get to me in fast. And was also able to get me to the repair shop before they closed. I would 100% recommend Kit's towing and also Jeremy.

on thanksgiving of 2023 Bill came to hotel to give me a jump. Bill was so polite and helpful, I was 425 miles away from home and did not know anyone expect my brother who was in intensive care at a local hospital. God bless this man's heart and his company.

Jeremy was amazing! My Jeep Wrangler was stuck in a lower level parking garage for 3 days because all the other towing companies I called said they couldn t get it out. They didn't even bother to try. He got the job done, no hassle.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Jeremy had the courtesy to assist me on this tow when every other towing company was not available. His energy is truly altruistic and made the experience at ease for me while I was having a mental breakdown. Definitely needed the reassurance and kind words from someone during times like that! Definitely calling again if I need another tow! Thank you again !!

Jeremy helped me out significantly, my tire got flat and when I called he definitely had my best interest in mind and took the time to answer all my questions for the best solution. Jeremy is definitely a very good contributor towards kits towing, the service was excellent would recommend anyone who needs rode side assistance.

Only tow service out of 7 or more that we called and this was the only one willing to help and take us back home if needed. Best tow experience by far! Thank you so much Jeremy you are the best tow truck driver my boyfriend and I have met! My girlfriend got her car stuck late at night and Jeremy came by and helped her out. He was very helpful and explained what he was doing so that there would be no worries with what he was doing. He did the job quickly and effortlessly too on a late notice! If I m in the area he will be the first person I try to contact if I m I having car trouble!Service: Car towing

My daughter lost her the only key fob for her car and it was stuck in a lot in downtown Naperville. Bill came and towed it to a locksmith in downtown Aurora that I d previously been working with to get another key ordered and made. Bill made sure that I wanted it towed there and not the dealer as for most people the dealer would make sense in that situation and Bill was anticipating any possible problems. I would definitely use Bill and Kit s towing again. (Used him maybe July 24ish - lost the business card until now.)

We had a family member's car in the driveway with difficulty starting. It is a hybrid with a keyless start. It would not recognize the key fob, the anti theft was engaged, the locks were not working, it was indicating that we needed to check the breaks, restart the car...It was going haywire! Seemed like the entire electronic system was on the fritz. We were expecting someone to just roll in and hook the car up for a tow to the dealership for maintenance. Instead, Jeremy came, took the time to listen and understand the issue. He suspected that it was simply a battery that needed a charge. He also gave an excellent explanation of why this was likely the case. He took a reading of the battery which confirmed his suspicion and with a charge, we were back up and running! No need to tow! Jeremy was skilled, professional, friendly, and efficient. Far more that we expected as we have not had service to this level before from a towing company. Highly recommended! Thanks Jeremy!

Bill was fantastic! Really calmed a small young woman, standing out in the foggy slush! I got a flat on my way to the shops, and called my insurance company, they sent Bill.Friendly! Calming! An expert tow driver! I was very impressed at how he could squeeze in between two cars to deliver my car off the bed! I couldn't do it if I tried!I worried this was going to eat up my entire day, he was fast! He knew and was confident about working my compromised car into the bed and we were at my tire shop in no time flat!Bill is a model employee! Thanks again Bill!!!!

I had a streak of bad luck with my '02 Envoy that required 2 tows on 2 separate occasions. State Farm dispatched Kits both times. Jeremy was great, I rode with him to the repair shop #1 and got a really good education on the nuances of towing. They had a neat truck that can get into really tight spaces. Second tow was with Bill, and again, great service. No damage to my car on either tow. Took them about 45-50 minutes to arrive each time.

Kits Towing was out to get my car less than an hour after contacting my insurance company, who then had to contact Kits, so I was expecting a long delay for the pick up. Bill was polite and helpful! I was extremely happy with both Kits and with Bill.

My name is Jarrett Perdue. Mr. Jeremy of Kitts Towing did a tow 2 days in a row for me for my Chevy HHR in Aurora, IL. Wednesday 9-22-21 & Thursday 9-23-21. On both days he came ahead of time! My car wouldn't start when leaving work last night, so I needed a tow. It took my insurance company a while to find a tow company (which I have no complaints about, I just needed my car to get to an auto shop). Around 9:30 PM my insurance called me, told me the company they had lined up was Kit's Towing and gave me their phone number in case I needed it. I immediately called because the parking area my car is in is an obscure one, I wanted to let them know where the keys were located, and I had left with my family who came to pick me up (which my insurance company had told me was okay). I got a hold of Jeremy who after a bit of confusion, very condescending attitude towards, and telling me insurance companies are "just out to screw over tow companies", I was told that he had declined the request for tow due to not having the right equipment available (which is fine, I am not upset that they had to decline it). However he acted like I was somehow at fault for the mixup my insurance company made by telling me Kit's Towing was scheduled and giving me their contact information. After that I told him that for future reference he might want to consider changing how he addresses customers, because his customer service was terrible. He yelled at me about how his company doesn't do customer service, called me sweetie/babe/sweetheart in a mocking fashion, angrily yelled at me that he's very kind, he's the manager, told me his name, and I can look up his reviews. He ended up hanging up on me while I was in the middle of telling him I hope he gets rocks stuck in his shoe and calling him a 4 letter word. Not the most constructive behavior on my part, but this guy was a big jerk to me.I spoke with my insurance company and let them know that Kit's Towing might be a company they use as a last resort.This company does have quite a few positive reviews which I am sure they've earned while doing the job well. But if you look at their negative reviews you'll see a trend of poor customer service/ communication. You'll also see that they make a point to reply to reviews (good and bad). On the negative reviews they seem to try to shift the blame onto the customer to make themselves feel better, and to not try to reflect on an important aspect of their business that they need to improve.If you need the tow job done, and don't care about being treated in a respectful manner, I will recommend this company.However, if high quality customer service is important to you, I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere.

Had a bit of an issue with my car which left me stranded on a major highway at 930 at night. Rob came through in the clutch and literally called me within 5 minutes to confirm my location and let me know his real Eta which was awesome. Great guy awesome experience and made sure my car was well taken care of. Highly recommended, and will definitly let my friends know about kit's and Rob.

Best towing in town! My car wouldn't start after work. Called Kit's Towing and the service provider Tony, called me on site told me what was wrong with my car, fixed it, brought back home, and told me how I can prevent it from happening again. I will definitely use their great services again!

Writing this review on behalf of my dad. He really like how friendly and helpful Rolando was. He said that as soon as he got there, he asked what happened and told him to wait for him inside the tow truck to keep warm up while he loaded up his truck. Highly recommend Kits Towing and Rolando. Contracted them through our insurance but would definitely tell others to use them! Thank you so much for picking my dad up quickly especially during this cold weather.

Wasn t able to get my car going after a few malfunctions in the break system, called my dealer help center and was provided service from them and Bill was amazing. He came on time and we arrived to the Service Center in Naperville in a timely manner and with my car in good condition. Great service and I ll be looking to use them again when needed

Connected via Tow365....Kits Classic Towing sent an automated message with an ETA. Nice feature if I was stranded; lucky we at home with a tire issue. Matt S. arrived before scheduled time and was very friendly and professional. Very accommodating with my requests and answered all my questions. Highly recommend. Kits also sends automated follow-up calls.

Very fast, easy, and friendly. Out of 3 other towing companies, Kit's Towing was the first to respond Jeremy did a great job explaining everything, and was very fast and friendly. It was the first time my truck has needed to be towed and the whole process was very easy.
