I used them last year on one of my cars and they did a wonderful job, on time and on budget. Everything was fitted properly and all paint matched. Mechanical repairs were perfect as well. Now I went to them for an estimate on my other car and their bid came in $700 lower than the next lowest. Given my previous experience it is a no-brainer to use them again. Mark is a straight shooter and very easy to deal with. I highly recommend this shop.

On recommendation, I was referred to this shop to repair damage to my vehicle caused by someone bumping into my vehicle's bumper. No major damage but they rubbed paint off the bumper and scratched the bumper and qtr. panel. I was very satisfied with the work performed, the quote was reasonable, but what was most impressive was their integrity. After they completed the work, they called me and said the price was less than originally quoted, as they did not use as much time and materials as first estimated! what!? never in my life has this occurred. Thank you for your professionalism, integrity and great customer service!

My car was damaged in a parking lot and the previous repair did not go so well. I brought my car to Justice to get it done properly and they did. The only downside might be the amount of time you have to wait for parts and repairs. Other than that they are highly responsive and get the job done. I also love their hours and makes it easy to pick up on evenings or weekends. They are also highly knowledgeable and work with my car's brand regularly so I can trust their judgment. They are a breeze when working with my insurance company, too.Services: Body & Trim, Oil change

Justice made the process super easy when I need to have both of my cars repaired due to the hail storm in May 2019. They handled the insurance process, we timely and delivered my cars ahead of schedule and even detailed them. It was like driving a new car again! The staff was great to work with as well. I highly recommend them as it was a stress-free process.

We needed the rack and pinion replaced on our 2008 Santa Fe. Carlos was honest, fair, thorough, and fast (especially considering the level of work this replacement requires). These guys are great. I took my Hyundai to Justice for suspension work. It was done fast and effectively. They stayed late to get it done for me. They also made me aware that I didn't need other work done that I was told was needed. Love this car repair shop. I now recommend them to everyone.

Kit and the team did an awesome job fixing my CRV! It was easy to get there and a nice staff to deal with! They were very professional and showed me what was wrong. We received the quote to fix it the same day and it was completed within a week!! I was really impressed by outcome and didn t expect a detailing, but it was nice to get:) I recommend Justice Automotive to everyone:)!!!

Took my kids car to Justice Automotive for collision repair. They replaced and painted the bumper and a few other miscellaneous repairs we had them do. They were always quick to respond and answer any questions/updates and were very professional. We paid out of pocket and the price was reasonable but most importantly we were happy with the end result. I would definitely recommend Justice Automotive for any collision repair. Very happy customer!!

Justice handled an insurance claim for me. The liable company added a ton of unnecessary stress to the situation. The owner, Kit, and the administrative staff helped me so much to relieve stress and ensure everything was appropriately resolved. The customer service I received was only second to the quality of work completed on the vehicle repairs. I would take any of my vehicles back here for service. Highly recommend using Justice!

Loved working with these folks! EVERYONE was highly professional & went above and beyond to make my car as perfect as new after my accident! I've had great experiences having my cars fixed here. They are fast, affordable, clean and the work is very high quality. I've had both mechanical and body work done at this shop and I won't bring my cars anywhere else. I highly recommend Justice Automotive.

I was hit in a parking lot; as i was in motion. I got the run a round by "Your in good hands," i phoned Max Madsen to refer me to a quality repair shop. One that was honest. I was referred to Justice. The guys were wonderful. I was so stressed from "Your in good hands" Justice took over communication with that insurance company. My bumper had been zip-tied to the front of my car for the better part of a year when I finally bit the bullet and took it into Justice. They were friendly, professional, fast and communicative throughout the process. When my car was ready I got in and could not believe how beautifully detailed it was. It legit looked new. I drove home with that feeling you get when you re driving a new car. I d recommend Justice to anyone, and now my husband is going to bring his own car in for detailing because he s jealous!

Very honest and resonably priced car repair shop in Naperville. I broke down on my way to work and Kit's Towing service was sent by my roadside. They showed up fast, and recommend I go to their repair shop. I'm glad i did. My alternator stopped working. Justice Auto repaired it while I waited. I was truly amazed how fast my car repaired and back on the road. I defiantly will recommend them to all my family and friends. Thanks guys you're great!

I Glad that went to Justice Automotive. My Car was Totally damage in an car collision. Almost 45% of my car was damaged. But Justice Automotive did very excellent work. Repair my car and made it look like brand new. Thanks to justice Automotive. I reccomend everyone for any kind of Automotive Problem.

Excellent service! Randi at the front desk does her job very well. The mechanics do an amazing job too and are very knowledgeable. More importantly this place absolutely will not rip you off. I would highly recommend them for car repairs in the Naperville, IL

I had gotten into a minor fender bender a couple weeks ago with my ford truck. These guys took care of it with my insurance company state farm. I gave them the claim number and they took care of the rest. Got my truck back today from the collision repair shop and it beautiful. Thanks guys!

I am redoing my review, I would like to thank the the guys at Justice Automotive for going above and beyond on a personal matter I had with the old owners and fixing something that was leftover over from my accident, they paid off a Rental charge that was left over from the previous owner that didn't get paid ,Thankyou for restoring my faith in a bad situation, Justice Automotive does good work and keep you very informed throughout the process of a collision, I would highly recommend them
