I contacted Frank for an appointment and was delighted with our initial conversation and encounter. Very honest people with the interest of helping you out. Prices are fair, not incredibly cheap in labor but the guys truly felt like they were out to help you with your vehicle rather than scamming you on something you don't need. I got a rear pad and rotor replacement, brake flush, assistance with spark plugs (due to needing to remove the intake manifold), and some valve stems needing to be replaced on my vehicle. I was satisfied with the work that was done and even quoted a timing belt and water pump replacement with them and was satisfied with the price. I would come back with my business.

Quick & easy!I just needed a new gas cap for my car & they were able to get it all done before noon the same day. I was very pleased w how easy the process was.

I've been here a few times over the past 3 years as a recommendation from a friend and they havnt disappointed. Fast, super friendly, caring, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. I always feel very confident when I need something done to my car and if im not 100% sure what the problem is they won't try to scam me out of extra money. And I always get my car back in a very timely manner. I highly ecommend Frankie and Johnnie's Garage for any of your cars needs. This will be my place for now on.

Very personal and good to talk to. Is willing to go the extra mile to make you happy. I have had countless repair done and never had a complaint. I would highly recommend going there instead of a dealership who will tell you things to replace when not necessary. Very good price for new transmission!I was torn between paying the money for a new transmission for my SUV or just cutting my losses and getting a used car. Frank was great in keeping me posted as to the best price he could get me and also giving me some time to weigh my options. I never felt pressured. I ended up getting the new transmission at what I think is a fair and reasonable price. Now I m back in the SUV that I love, and it s running great! Frankie and Johnnie s is a high quality shop.

Frankie and Johnny's is great! Awesome team who love wrenching and they do amazing work on vehicles for a fair price. They keep my Jeep SRT in top shape and always have energetic attitudes! I recommend them highly!

This is by far the best garage I was referred to through my dojo next door. The mechanics at Frankie and Johnnie's are consistent, reliable and trustworthy. They don't charge me for anything I don't need and do the work needed for a reasonable price and on time. I've been with them for the past 1.5 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Frankie s garage is trustworthy and has the customer in mind when making recommendations. I had a dealership make $1,000 worth of recommendations for maintenance, but when bringing the car into Frankie s his team let us know that very little of it was urgent. Competitively priced, easy to work with.

I have taken multiple cars to Frankie and Johnnie's now for services ranging from basic tuneup work to a full brake replacement. Service, lead time (from parts procurement to installation), and pricing have all been excellent! They've never tried to "run up the bill" either with extraneous parts or services (I can't say the same about other shops in the area...). If you are looking for an honest mechanic that does reliable work quickly give Frank a call.

I've owned 10 cars in my life. I've had the experiences we've all had with garages: confusing bills, weird labor costs, unnecessary fixes, etc. Happily, I found Frankie and Johnnie's about 4 years ago. They are the real deal: fair, honest, attentive, friendly and professional. They've worked on my cars ever since -- currently keeping my 2005 Sienna purring. They are the best of the best. Frankie explains what's wrong and understands that you aren't made of money. I cannot recommend them more. It is an amazing feeling to know you have a mechanic that you can rely on and that you know will do what's best for you and your car. Go to Frankie and Johnnie's and you'll never go anywhere else again.

The people at Frankie & Johnnie's Garage are amazing! They provide excellent service at a reasonable price. I recently had a brake job done, and am very pleased with the work. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family!

My husband's car failed the emission testing and he decided to take the car to the car dealer to fix the problem. The dealer fixed the problem but the car failed the emission testing a second time. So my husband took the car back to the dealer and they couldn't figure out the problem. The car passed all the computer tests on their end. They suggested my husband go to another emission facility. My husband took the car to another emission facility and the car failed the emission test a third time.We decided to take the car to Frankie & Johnnie's Garage after seeing all the great reviews. I'm glad we did. Frankie was very nice and extremely helpful. He fixed the problem and even took the car over to the emission testing place for us. When we got the car back, there was slip of paper saying the car passed the emission test. I was shocked that he would go the extra mile and do that for us. Frankie even offered and drove me to the train station so I could take the train to work while he worked on the car. It's rare to meet someone like Frankie. Thank you so much for all your help and for being a wonderful human being!!

Fantastic! These guys are no nonsense, fix your car at a reasonable price. They are honest with you on what is likely to go wrong next but don't suggest doing work early just to charge you more. I have been taking all of my cars there for years now and this is consistent with my experience each time. We have had a few very unique troubleshooting issues and they found and fixed the issue both times. Once they had to fabricate a part that was not available for one of my more challenging vehicles. Also very friendly down to earth guys.

This is a breath of fresh air in a polluted auto repair market. Frank heard my out-of-town and broken down story, and while I was still wondering how I would get my car repaired and drive the 800 miles back home, actually called me with a plan and a price (the latter was more reasonable than the 2 big-box auto shops in the area).Personable, communicative, trustworthy - and he managed to repair my car quickly, despite being ultra-close to Christmas, and having (from what I saw) a relatively full shop.I would never wish breaking down a day's drive away from home on anyone, but things happen. Naperville has a gem of a shop, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone - especially those living in the area.Many thanks to Frank and company!

We've been coming here for a year and it is an absolute joy every time. Frank is always straightforward and very friendly. The bill is never inflated. He is always up front about what needs to be done and what doesn't, and he doesn't suggest unnecessary ads-ons. I trust Frank with my car, and we talked about realistic goals for how long we can keep the car. Service is prompt and he always offers us a ride home (even though we live within walking distance). I highly recommend this place.

I was recommended to Frankie's place by a friend. I liked the fact that his shop is in the neighborhood and if I wanted I could walk home. It's been a very long time since I have come across someone in the service industry who actually does what they say they are going to do and at the price quoted. I was pleasantly surprised when my bill actually was for the amount quoted. Frankie and Johnnie's is a friendly place to do business and the work is done on time. I would highly recommend Frankie and Johnnie's for any automotive needs, they have fair pricing and have excellent workmanship. JMH

Was looking for a trusted local mechanic after having regularly visited a chain shop. Found Frankie & Johnnie's online and am glad I did. Came in for an oil change and opinion on my brakes, knowing they were most likely in need of replacement. Frank took care of everything that morning, quoted me a lesser price than the other shop, didn't try to charge me for anything I didn't need and actually gave me a discount. Refreshing experience and will return in the future.

Had a last second issue as I started a drive to Nebraska. After being turned away at a few other places I called Frankie and Johnnie's Garage. Even though it was in short notice and they already had a full garage, they made time to help me when I really needed it. The customer service was phenomenal and the pricing was transparent. I would recommend Frankie and Johnnie's Garage to anyone in any situation.

I needed to get a brake line and front brakes and called on a Friday and got in on Monday. They were professional, reasonable and explained what they did and what was causing other problems. They are trustworthy and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Being a female I am somewhat leery of getting taken advantage of, but I know they did what was necessary and again at a fair price. I will be taking all my cars here from now on.

I showed up this morning needing all 4 breaks replaced and Frank got it done in a matter of a few hours and did an exceptional job for a great price! You can t beat Frankie and Johnny s if you need automotive work done! I will highly recommend them to friends and family.

I had my car air conditioning fixed by Frank today. He is very friendly and able to get it done today, and I even got my wife's van back for a/c check after I got home...no appointment needed.....Frank has made himself available to do it for me...I appreciated his service. Yes, I do recommend anyone to contact him for any service your vehicle may need......very reasonable prices for great services!!!.

My transmission quit on me while out of town. They helped me out big time and and got me a quick estimate which was less than what I was expecting. The estimate even came with a two year warranty. Initially I was going to fix it. I decided a tow to my home town to save a trip back and was the best option for me. They didn't charge a dime. I insisted they let me pay them for the diagnostic or something. No dice. I feel like everyone looking for a mechanic wants to know are they fair and competent. Well they didn't try to rake me over the coals when I was desperate. And they offered a two year warranty on their work. That shows they are confident in their work. If you need someone give them a shot.

Very positive experience with this shop. Work cost almost half of what Ford quoted me. He tells you exactly how it is and won't give you the run around. Treated me like a long time friend when speaking to him over the phone. And I actually never even met him in person as my brother picked my car up for me. 10/10, will be back.

Had a minor thing needed to be fixed on my company vehicle. The fleet company wouldn t pay for this necessary work to be done. The owner did not mind and still went out of his way to complete the job and fill up my tires and windshield wiper fluid. I highly recommend these guys for their professionalism and friendliness
