My husband and I had an awesome experience trading in our suburban for a new Navigator! Justin Brown made the experience seem less! He listened to our concerns and was very accommodating to our needs. This by far has been the best experience buying a vehicle we have had. We had an excellent experience working with Jude at Fair Oaks when purchasing a pre-owned Tahoe Z71. We had been looking for this particular SUV for awhile and they move quickly- so we were pleased that they had it & met with us on short notice. We had gone to 3 other dealers that day that did not have any of the tahoes on the lot that were online and were ready to be done but we are SO glad we made one last stop here. The car buying experience was unlike any other we ve had, they cut to the chase, keep it real & work with you. We had a great experience with Jeremy the manager as well & all other staff we encountered. They have absolutely earned our business and we will happily be sending friends & family this way. We live in a rural town about an hour and a half away and they will be worth the drive every time! Highly recommend. Also- the Starbucks is a nice touch ;)

I have bought many new cars in my life and by far, this has been the most honest and pleasant experience I have ever had. The dealership is clean and beautiful and the staff was outstanding. I worked with Robert Schmalz and he was a pleasure to work with. He patiently listened to what I was looking for and found me the perfect car. He showed me how to work every new feature on the car and I feel very confident to drive off with my new Lincoln. I would highly recommend Fair Oaks to anyone !

Yesterday I went into Fair Oaks Lincoln Dealership with no expectations! I was met by the manager Larry and he introduced me to Justin. Justin was patient with me, he took the time to explain all the bells and whistles of the new vehicle to me, so I was able to make an informed decision (which turned out to be a great buy). I've purchased several vehicles in the past, but this has to be the best vehicle buying experience I've ever experienced. Larry came out several times to check on us to make sure everything was going well and if we had any questions or concerns. Ken the finance guy was awesome, and it was a pleasure sitting down him. I can say without any doubt I would recommend Fair Oaks Lincoln Dealership, by the way ask for Justin!!!! Thank you for the GREAT EXPERIENCE

Buying a lightly used Toyota 4Runner here, and the experience has been great. Jude is a great salesman, who made everything as easy as possible. They were busy, so it took a while to get everything done, but Jude even offered to run to a burger place nearby for food. Really good guy.

Fair Oaks Lincoln surpassed all expectations. They were relaxed, friendly and helpful. Jorge was our sales person and he went the extra mile in showing us numerous options and patiently explaining the pros and cons of each and every one. This is the first time that I have bought a car and had a good time and walked away one hundred percent satisfied.

For starters I arrived literally 1 minute before closing and they all made me feel welcome . I went up the street to fair oaks ford by mistake lol . He called ahead and fair oaks Lincoln obliged. I ve been looking for a suv for months and tbh all the salesman and dealers didn t make me feel welcome or interested in my buisness. Justin not only waited for me but had the truck waiting as well . Very professional and polite and patient . Him and his manager made the process very welcoming and after 3 months I m very happy with my purchase . Thank you guys it was a pleasure doing business with you!!

This was an amazing experience from the time we entered the building. We purchased a vehicle and it was an enjoyable experience. The faculty is beautiful and makes you feel like you are at home. Jude was our salesman and he was great to work with. He explained everything to us during the process. We did not feel any pressure to purchase the vehicle.

AUTHENTIC INTERNET SALES!!!!We appreciate the authentic Internet service - versus other dealerships that use the Internet "salesperson" to ask you to come in without having answered any of your questions - even after you've explained that you need to complete most of the dealing from home.Completing this deal for our elderly parents was a joy - a descriptor one rarely hears used when purchasing a vehicle.Many thanks to our salesman Jorge and the finance manager Jonathan for providing a stellar experience. This is our second Lincoln, and we love the brand. Particularly, we now love Fair Oaks Lincoln.

Jude Zmani was my salesman and it was an A+ experience. He was very patient and thorough with me. I had many questions around my purchase and he was very professional in answering all my questions. Jude was also very knowledgable about the Lincoln Nautilus I was purchasing and took the time to show me all the crazy technology built into my car. Jude also followed up with me 2 days after my purchase. Definitely a great experience at Fair Oaks Lincoln!

We had been in correspondence with the dealership through the chat on their website. We were contacted through email, and we came in for a test drive.We found the car we wanted, and we were able to make a good deal. We then waited to finalize the sale. There were snacks, coffee and TVs to occupy our time while waiting.It was an overall good experience.Thank you Justin and Kenneth!

Had the absolute BEST experience at Fair Oaks Lincoln!! Pam, Ken and Jonathan were amazing to work with. The best purchasing experience we have ever had!!!! The dealership is stunning and the atmosphere is relaxing. The staff is very knowledgeable, genuine, transparent and accommodating. Loving our new Lincoln !! Jorge sold me the car with Jonathan after the dealership had actually closed because we came in right before closing. They were very courteous, funny, and great to work with. I came back to learn about the car and Jesus sat in the car and did the play by play. He also arranged to get my car washed. Great service and I am very satisfied.
