I went with my friend to buy a truck from Fair Oaks Ford in Naperville. The truck buying experience was pleasant, and I also bought a truck bed cover and wind/rain covers for my windows from a guy named Bob ( the aftermarket products guy) dealing with Bob was like dealing with a dishonest used car sales man. It was hard to believe anything Bob said, and he did so many price drops. The aftermarket products were installed & the windows were constantly malfunctioning. They would automatically go down when I tried to put them up, and the truck bed covered leaked. When I complained to Bob, his response was why do you need to roll your windows down?, it s cold outside . After 5 days of dealing with frustrating malfunctioning windows, I took my truck back to Fair Oaks to have the windows guards removed. Bob said they would reimburse me some of the money and still to this day I have not received any money or any call even after informing the sales manager. It s been over 30 days! BEWARE OF BOB and his cheap Aftermarket products from a different company (Not Ford) and they do huge mark up on them. If I can prevent anyone from going through this frustrating process, posting this review is worth it.

Just had another great service experience. I have been bringing my vehicles in for over 10 years, and every visit they go above and beyond my expectations. The service team is exceptional.

I got my certified Ford Mustang from Fair Oaks Ford in Naperville, IL. The Sales man Chris was my dealing agent.There was not a single delay at any part during the entire process. The Test drive was given promptly and long enough to satisfy me. All the papers including the user manual of the car and service history were all in place as well. Chris was great to work! He was not pushy. He went the extra mile from the start to finish! He is very knowledgeable and was very responsive with any questions. I would highly recommend to friends and family to visit Fair Oaks Ford if you are planning to purchase new car or certified Car! The dealership is spacious, very neat and clean! They have snacks for the customers if you feel hungry. I was very happy to make purchase with them and would definitely consider them again for my next purchase! Chris the professional sales man! Thanks for all your help and support! The other persons in team were Moe the office manager and Bages the finance manager were very helpful too!Last but not the least The key is when a customer walks away, thinking, 'Wow, I love doing business with them, and I want to tell others about the experience.'"

This place never seems to not disappoint me, you come in and stand there waiting, and nobody even greets you, that s customer experience 101! Ford and fair Oaks needs to get it together on delivering a good customer experience, this isn t the first time. Rather drive up to West Chicago they give a better experience.

My practically new car (11xx miles) had a fault code for the collision avoidance system. They told me this was because of the cold air intake I installed. The K&N cold air intake that I installed specifically said that NO tuning was necessary after installation so this was total B.S. I recommend everyone to steer away from this stealership.

Sorry for being so late with this review. I am always satisfied with the service I receive from the staff at Fair Oaks Ford, but even more so the last time I had service performed on my vehicle, 2-3 months ago. Service advisor Arline Kuhr went above and beyond to make sure my experience was flawless. She explained exactly what other maintenance was needed and the cost breakdown. I knew it had to be done, so I said yes.When the work was completed she informed me of the reward points I had accumulated and said she would apply it to my bill. She saved me over $250! Thank you so much Arline!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

Had my oil changed and thanks to the free battery test they do found out my battery was getting weak. Had a new one installed and when I got home my son said he had to get the car jumped by a co-worker a few days ago. This could have been a bad situation had it happened again under different circumstances. Great service friendly and professional.

Needed a $30 oil pressure sending unit, which would take no more than 20 min to install. They want $178 just to look at it. Would end up being over $400 total for basically nothing. I walked out.

Just had my Ford Escape in for service. I needed a battery and oil change. Their always so courteous and pleasant. I enjoy doing business with them.Had to leave my car they had a car waiting for me. Was done in a few hours.

Bought a "certified" used car from this dealership and have had nothing but problems. Within days of driving off the lot we had issues. Service denied at first, finally after second visit they fixed part of the problem but not all. Now a few weeks outside of warranty and same old problems and then some more and they will not cover. The buying experience was just as shady. Will never return to nor recommend this dealership for buying or maintenance.Service: Auto maintenance

I ve purchased both of my cars at Fair Oaks dealership in the past 10 years. Their sales staff is knowledgeable and trustworthy. I m particularly fond of their upbeat Service department. Always a pleasure to bring my car in for oil changes and rely on their advise for seasonal care.I highly recommend visiting Fair Oaks Ford Naperville for your car needs. You won t be disappointed!

I had my car serviced at Fair Oaks Ford recently and as a girl you sometimes feel uneasy walking into a dealership or service department. But everyone from the manager Mark Benakovich to the service guys and mechanics I would not go anyplace else they are AWESOME. I always am made to feel welcome and they really listen to me and make me feel heard. I do not know cars but I can tell them what is going on and they work hard to fix it and it is done right so I do not have to go back again for same thing. My dad always says the most important thing when buying a car is the service department and he is right! Fair Oaks Service is the best!!! Thank you!!! I highly recommend Fair Oaks service

Took my Ford in because of a squeaking noise with only 18K miles on it. Arline got a tech to look at it and they found a rock wedged under the rear axle. Removed it and didn't charge me.

Had an appointment for the works which includes an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Waited 2 hours and all they did was the oil change, nothing else. It would have been 15 minutes at any other shop. I have not had a good experience at any of the three Ford service centers I have been to.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I spent a lot of time searching for a car and went to many dealers. I eventually ended up with Fair Oaks Ford in Naperville. I had a great sales person named Badges. He was professional, polite, honest and very knowledgeable .The sales manager was Sam Sedik and was also absolutely amazing. Within 2 hours everything was done.I'd recommend this place to anyone, they won t push you for a deal. I was amazed and had a fantastic experience.

3 Years ago I gave this place 5 stars.And they even replied to my post a great thank you!Well times have changed.And I had to change my mind when they never followed up with me after they were committed to.A long story short.I had a flat. I also must of dented the rim too. So I went in for a estimate for a tire and rim on my 2017 Ford Fusion.The bill was $ going to be $1400. Because the rim was dented, it needs this and this and this. New RIM, and Alignment, etc, etc.Rim was $400 Used from them, and tire is another $350 since it OEM Michelln tires.I decided to shop around and told them that.The tech threw the tire in my trunk, of my still looking new Fusion, and warped the Trunk Tire mat cover. Its all bent!He threw a 100lb tire and rim on a carpeted card board cover for the trunk. Its ruined.OK.So I bought a rim for $90 bucks used on ebay. Like they were going to do.Looks brand new too.Even came with the pressure sensor.I took the rim with me to Just Tires..Got my exact same Michelln tire for $120, and they even checked my alignment real quick for free!! And full inspection on the front end.They said everything looks fine, and alignment is still dead on! Perfect!I left with about $180-200 spent.Can't remember the exact number.Can you imagine.I was going to be billed $1400 at Fair Oaks Ford.When they didn't even inspect under the car, and check a few things.They just assumed, its a flat tire with a dented rim.It needs $1400 we gotta make off this guy!So after another review on another website back on Aug 24th.They asked me to call them. Spoke with Nikki manager in charge of sales/service. She said I see you are a good customer of us. Bought your new cars here, and even serviced them all the time here.She said they forwarded this to the onsite manager to investigate.AND THEY WILL FIX THIS FOR ME!And they will call me back!That was Aug 25. Almost 2 weeks ago.I let you decide.Buying new was a pleasure here when Clint was my sales man.Since he retired.I don't know if I ever will step in this place ever again!Sad!

Had a great experience working with Badges. Made a typically arduous process seamless and stress free. He is very knowledgeable about the product and its history. Would recommend anyone to buying a car at Fair Oaks and working with Badges.

Darren Sanders helped me not only once but TWICE. He helped me with such a happy demeanor and quick !!! I really enjoyed my experience at fair oaks ford Lincoln and i HIGHLY recommend this dealership. The finance , sales & service team go above and beyond for EVERYBODY who walks in there. Traded my car in, they said they will destroy my old plates, month later got a bill from IDOT saying they have been using them the whole time for tolls, be careful with your plates here

Great customer service, though I was charged for an oil change while it should have been free (we got duped into buying a package) and still trying to get a refund for that oil change. Another call to a manager, I guess!
