Been coming here since I was like 17yrs old back in the days when I was in high school with my 1997 rav4!What they got me as customer for life was their Free tires rotation and Free flat tires repair! Of course their amazing customer services!They always take good care of all their customersOnce I have an appt but was late, I called told them I was on the way.� Appt was 530pm but didn't make until 545pm, they still took care of me and even told me, if the customer walked in at 559pm we will still take good care of them!Now this is customer service!

Fantastic experience. Called in a week ahead to try to get some wheels and tires for my 2019 Civic Type R and had an quick, easy, and fast customer experience. Fidel the Senior Assitant Manager was able to land me a great deal on both my wheels and tires for my vehicle. Lewis was great at assisting me when I arrived and help facilitate the process of mounting, wrapping my old wheels and storing them in my vehicle. Would do service with them again! Went to Discount Tire to have a leak looked at. The staff was very polite, well trained and not trying up sell you. The experience was very quick and easy. I highly recommend

I have been a customer of Discount Tires for years and have bought multiple sets of tires from them over the past 15 plus years. Recently I went in to get rust knocked off my car rims because of slow air leaks in several of my tires. They took my car in and proceeded to remove the rust from just one tire. When I asked why they didn t remove the rust from the other three tires the Rep said they checked the air levels on the tires ?? That s not what I asked for .Wow. I guess being a customer for 15 plus years & purchasing least 8 sets of tires don t count as a loyal customer. Unreal

This place has always done a great job for me. What's really nice is there are many locations around the US so when you're traveling they may be near by when something goes wrong. On our trip to MN we realized our vans tire was out of balance above 70. Stopped at a location and they rebanced it for free and quickly.

Excellent customer service, spoke with Doug over the phone and met with Scott in store. Both of them were extremely helpful, professional and communicative. Made me feel welcome although all the services i got done (flat tire repair and tire rotation) were free! The store was very clean and organized, the atmosphere was calm and chairs comfy! Would definitely recommend to others. I've finally found my favorite branch for any future tire services! A mega shout out to Scott, Doug and the Discount tire team for their exceptional services!

I came here to put new tires on. They got me checked in right away with my appointment. I recommend making an appointment on their site instead of just showing up randomly. It ll save you the trouble of them telling you you ll have to come back later. There were 3 other cars in the bay so there was a small delay which is fine. They still got my tires finished in a short amount of time. Only reason why I had to stay longer was because I wanted to get a wheel alignment check. Just a FYI, this is the only location in Illinois that does wheel alignment. They do offer free wheel alignment inspection and the actual wheel alignment is about $90 without taxes. Service is always wonderful from all of the times I ve been here.

Used this place forever. Loved them. Lately somethings wrong with management. Last rotation I did 4-5 months ago, they scratched my rims (manager didnt care about even trying to resolve an issue), overtightened bolts and installed rim bolt caps whatever (not aligned within a pin hole), which can result in loss of it. Today (11/17/2023) had an appointment, before appointment I wrote them in notes to install wheel caps correctly, nope - mission impossible.

Very professional, book online and please show up early to let your vehicle cool before hand! Ask for certificates for new tire purchases and dig deep for rebates! Always price match and ask for seasonal promotions!

I brought my cars to this place, it's the best thing in Naperville, manager Fidel, that guy is incredible, a very hard-working person and very kind to customers. I hope the owners see this comment and give this guy some good bonuses because he does an incredible job

Great service! The whole team is awesome! Been coming here for the past few years and each time I m not left disappointed. They are fantastic in getting my car in, fixing what needs to be done, all at a great rate! Lewis and Anthony took care of me today and even stayed late for me as I was running late to pick up my car. Much much appreciation to Lewis and the team!!

I stopped by on my way out of town with my small travel trailer to get the tires properly inflated. The guy noticed how worn out the tires were (no tread, in fact it was down to the wires in places, and also the tires were wavey). They don't keep the tires I needed in stock, so I asked "how about we replace the worst one with the spare?" (It had good tread). The guy did that for me on the spot! No charge! He still didn't recommend me traveling with the trailer, but he was so kind in trying to help me make it work. Ultimately I decided to take the trip after I got new tires - which I ordered and got through this shop. EXCELLENT service all around.

Filled my tires for free even though they had to take one of my wheels off (the air valve was blocked off.) Very polite and the guy at the desk was very attractive

I ve been coming to Discount Tire since I was 16. I m now 36. Truly they are the best tire shop in America. Extremely professional and friendly service.Today, they helped me with a specific issue- a problem with satisfaction in a particular type of tire.Admittedly, the issue was my fault, as I had initially purchased a light truck duty tire for towing, which did not pan out. The tire had a very harsh ride and continued to bother me.Zack helped me work out a solution for a tire with a better ride quality and helped me tremendously with the costs of outfitting my vehicle with a new set up.Service like this earns a customer s loyalty for life. Again, can t recommend this place enough!

This company is the absolute best! I've been purchasing my tires at Discount tire for fifteen years now and they never disappoint. In the winter, when my tires need pressure adjustments, I drive right up and they are happy to do this for free. More importantly, the top notch service is consistent at all of the locations I've visited (over half a dozen). Great job!

They were extremely busy so the wait was a bit long, but the service was to notch. I stopped in because my tire had a slow leak. They patched my tire and filled all my tires to the proper PSI all free of charge. I have been coming to discount tire for the past 10 years and they have never disappointed.

Less than satisfied.Staff was not to my expectations regarding locating my warranty tire, and my choices for an alternate replacement were not well researched or described.Also, specific instructions were given how to start my auto, and when the tech went to begin work, those instruction were not told to him, and he simply craked the engine until I had to go out and tell him myself.I have been a customer with discount tire for many years. Unfortunately I will have to shop elsewhere in the future.Dissapointed.

Fast, free service and great hospitality!I have passed by Discount Tire for many times, and have not had the chance to stop by until last Wednesday when I had a bad luck with a nail in my rear tire.I went directly to Subaru for help thinking that I bought this Crosstrek from them, and I should be taken good care of. Unfortunately I was disappointed as they would charge me for $45 and I had to wait for 50 minutes.I decided to gave Discount Tire a shot. I was overwhelmed by their free service and quick job done well.So, go to Discount Tire next time when you have tire problems. Don't go anywhere else!

I purchased 4 new tires 11 months ago at the Naperville location and I had great customer service then.On Wednesday one tire went flat and was not repairable. They were able to order my new tire (odd size) and had it by 9:00 am Thursday. I brought the wheel to the shop at 4:30 pm Thursday and they had the new tire installed, balanced, and ready to go by 5:05 pm.Fidel at the counter was great. He had everything set up quickly and the guys in the shop beat his time estimate of 40 minutes.

Showed up on Saturday 7/15 to get a set of tires for my truck. They were busy so we agreed upon a 9:30AM appointment the following Tuesday 7/18. Arrived at 9:25AM and checked-in on Tuesday. Truck didn't enter the bay until 10:22AM. Was done by 10:45AM. I can understand running behind schedule late in the afternoon, but when I arrived they had only been open 90 minutes. How can you be one hour behind schedule after only 90 minutes? Something is deeply, deeply wrong with your operations. Staff were courteous and the tires are fine, but the astonishingly bad scheduling is not acceptable.

7/7/202010:30 amAt the end of sale, I walked out of the store. Came back in and asked to have the rebate card. I was told that not all tires have a rebate, I had to speak facts that i have already researched before even coming to the store that day that the Goodyear Duratracs have the 100 dollar rebate. After 5 minutes he said oh yea, they do here ya go. Hate to think he was trying to keep it for himself...hmm. After driving home 80 miles. I realized they only had 32psi in the tires. Bad for the tires?? Excessive heat? Excessive wear??! He told me on numerous occasions that as soon as i drive off the property sale is final without warranty. Should I have checked the air pressure after backing out of the stall where the new tires were just inflated and installed? 275/65/R20 Goodyear Duratracs (10 ply tires) And these are professionals?? Won t be back and if/when I can figure out how to leave a public review I will let all future customers what to expect.

Best place for any tire work.I didnt know they fix the flat tires for free. 2 Months back when I had a pressure leak, I went to check it out with a dealer and they said its just low pressure. After few days when there was a pressure leak from the same tire and when I checked with the discount tire, they found the nail and fixed it.Also when I booked the appointment, I booked the wrong location and when I went to fort hill, they where able to accommodate on the same day.I also recently replaced all 4 tires with my another car in the fort hill location, and the price was great. They only had 2 tire for the ones I booked for replacing. They suggested for a different and better ones and also they will do work for the same price that was originally quoted.Good customer service.

Me, my wife, and my mother have all had at least 2 set of tires from here wear out after a year. Don't get tires from here! I'm not sure what theyre doing to they're tires don't last. If you have gotten tires from here in the past actually think how long did they last? They are supposed to last 4-5 years. Not 12-18 months

I love discount tires for their pricing and customer service. I am new to Naperville area and needed their tire service once again, the representative that help me was Mr. Carson. He greeted me as soon as I walked into the building. He made sure that all the services that needed to be done on my car was offered. He had a problem taking off one of the Lugnuts off the tire so he recommend it maximum automotive because he knew the owner was an honest person and great work. I also asked him for someone that could fix the back of my sons windshield wiper blade, and he gave me a recommendation as well , I like the fact that Mr. Carson went above and beyond his duty to make sure that I and my sons car were safe. Kudos to Mr. Carson
