Just got my car detailed today, it was fantastic it s like its brand new car again. Giovanni was very nice, Melissa made sure that the car was properly cleaned couldn t be more happier with the service. Anthony Swinning recommended this service.I do use my car for work but it s way cleaner than before!

I paid for the interior detail($180). Waited 4 hours for a call when it was completed- after receiving no call, I called in and they said your cars been ready to pick up, come get it when you can . Upon picking up my vehicle, the first thing I did was put my manual back in the glove box- which wasn t even touched let alone detailed. Before leaving I drove it in and asked them to clean it (clearly just put a vacuum in- did not wipe or anything). Then as I arrived home and started putting my car belongings (flash light, tissues, fresheners) back in the middle/ door compartment, came across disgusting mystery liquids that could have been nothing that was previously in my car before the detail. Calling in to rectify the issue I spoke with Stone. He was rude and combative. Do yourself a favor and take your car to Detail Kings in Downers Grove. They do a very thorough job (the point of a DETAIL) for comparable pricing. UPDATE: I am unable to reply to your response. I would love to speak to the district manager. Please provide their contact information.

Alan C is a good guy, I was being picky about the tire shine and interior vinyl shine and he didn t get irritated or anything. Overall he did a superb job on my car. It s only a 2012 KIA, but he made it shine like a new Benz!!

Melissa, Bella, John, Esteban and Trevor took fantastic care of my VW Passat! From checking in to checking out. But the real 5 star review goes to Melissa and Bella! The actual detail work and magic these ladies performed was nothing short of a miracle! I dropped it off looking trashed and picked it up looking like a brand new car! I have two dogs that go to work with me everyday and their hair is crazy difficult to get out of the carpet but these ladies made the interior seriously look brand new! If I had thought to take before and after pictures I would have but all I have are the after photos. I give delta sonic permission to post the before pictures. Highly recommend Delta Sonic in Naperville. This is my third professional detail done by them prior to lease turn in. Don t hesitate to use their detail shop.

Esteban, John, Michael and Melissa handled my company's truck extremely well! The truck was a bit of a nightmare from a previous driver and the interior is near sparkly now. All staff were great in explaining the what's and whys, and the waiting area was just comfy enough for me to take a bit of a catnap. I will be back for other company trucks and likely my own vehicles!

Came to get my car detailed, especially to get the carpet shampoo'd as blood had leaked from a package of meat I purchased from the grocery store. Of course my car started smelling horrible. I explained the situation to them and Ricky, Esteban and John listened to me and we went over the best detail package for me. They did an EXCELLENT job and now my car smells Ocean clean

I recently visited Delta Sonic Car Wash and I must say, the experience was nothing short of top-notch. Not only does this facility provide impeccable service, but it also stands as a commendable employer to many local students, contributing positively to our community.During my visit, my 2022 Ford Explorer ST was handled with the utmost care and attention. It felt as though it was undergoing a meticulous surgical procedure! The staff, particularly Garrit, Esteban, and Melissa, were outstanding in their service. Their focus, skill and hustle are truly commendable, and in my opinion, they certainly deserve recognition and a raise!It's not just about the exceptional car wash services here; it's about the good people who make it all happen. Just had an amazing morning getting my car's interior cleaned by Ed and Esteban. They were incredibly professional and thorough. My car, Matt, and the car seat were covered in dirt, but after their expert cleaning, it feels like I'm driving a brand new car again. Couldn't be happier with the results.

I loved the service delta sonic gave me today the person who cleaned it MIA she clean so good. There was a stain in the car that I thought was never going to come out but MIA got the stain out. I am so appreciative of MIA s work.

First time getting my car detailed at Delta Sonic, both inside and outside .HIGHLY RECOMMEND I am so grateful to Esteban who helped me get a package together so that I wasn t overpaying for services not needed, he s very kind and very patient. Manager Amaya also helped out with things and was very kind, truly helpful and genuine! Alan C. was my detailer absolutely phenomenal job on my vehicle!When I returned to pick up the vehicle, there were a couple small issues that needed attention and Melissa took great care of me. Everybody is always so kind and so professional over at the Delta Sonic on Route 59 and I appreciate every single one of them. I absolutely recommend their car detailing services and their awesome new car wash!

This place has the best customer service!!! I came in today to see if I could find something to buy to clear my windshield from the snow storm. The manager Nate went above and beyond to help me. He came outside in -1 degree weather and wiped my windshield. It s refreshing to know that there are still good people and businesses in this country!! I will definitely be back! If your looking for any car care needs this place has it and have never been disappointed!!!

We had the Signature interior and exterior detail service done on our Honda Pilot on 2/17/24 and it was done by Trevor S. The inside and outside look great. We are very happy with the service and detail he provided. Trevor provided great service from the beginning to the end of the process.

Delta sonic did an amazing job on my ford transit! Great work by John D and Stone turned my van around! Previously carrying hay Dogs all day for training and our daily outside straw for the kennels. This car looks like I just drove it out of the show room! Very happy with this

Trinidad did a great job with the interior wash.Esteban and John were also super helpful to explain how the wash worked- it was my first time here.Definitely coming back, John mentioned the unlimited interior plan. I will be subscribing!

I ve been coming to delta Sonic for years. Today I ran into an issue at the vacuum station and had to ask for help inside of the detail shop. The shops senior manager Stone was very polite and super helpful! He was taking care of a lot of different things at the time that I came in but he made sure to prioritize all customers including myself. Great customer service like this keeps me coming back. Thanks again Stone!

When I brought my 2018 car in it was in desperate need of an interior detail from 3 kids worth of mud from sports, spills and crumbs. I was absolutely blown away when I received the car back. It looked like a brand new car. I didn t think Karime would be able to get it that spotless considering how dirty it was. Karime provided complete professionalism and pride in their work. Thank you, Karime! I was so grateful to have a clean car again!

Jose G. did a FANTASTIC job on my car! I have 0 complaints about the detailing! However the car wash did not even clean my car. It still had a fine layer of dust on it and bird poop in a place that is easily washable. Had to go through a different car wash after paying for one here.

Hey y'all for the customer service and the attention to detail I have to give it up for Mark, Ron, John and Esteban. Seriously they should be a 6 star on their own. Thank you for making my car livable again the salt was just the worst.I would leave a 4 star only for the sheer fact that the website to update payments for the unlimited membership club was just so difficult to navigate.So they balance out and a 5 star it is

Was in the area and decided to give it a try, overall very satisfied. There was a bit of a line but it went pretty quick. The young lady at the pay station was very helpful explaining the different washes available. I got the touch-less option which I assumed would just spray the car with water and soap but there was actually several cloth mitts that went across the car. Calling it touch-less seems a bit misleading when there is still cloth that touches the car, but honestly I think it is a good thing since it will get the car cleaner than just water and soap alone.
