Hired by HOA to clear cars illegally parked in fire lanes. Called two separate nights. Garbage truck couldn't get through last week. Never did anything and never came out. Too lazy to do their jobs

Pathetic, bullying business practice making money by stealing cars.Despite being a PAID CUSTOMER at a store in a private parking lot, once your person leaves the premises to an adjoining lot, you are considered "illegally parked" even if majority of business fronts on the property are closed for the night. They lurk around parking lots waiting to prey on unsuspecting PAYING customers and are incapable of answering the phone for long periods of time, causing unnecessary hassle and delays in retrieving your car.Unfriendly staff, unwilling to budge regardless of speaking to manager of store on property that purchase was made. Signs of desperation to make quick cash reek from the cigarette smoke-filled closet of an office.Do not recommend, do not support businesses who ruthlessly take advantage of customers.

Their signs are posted all over our neighborhood but when you call for assistance They do not answer the phone or call back. We ve tried reaching them on multiple occasions and have had the same experience.
