Wow! Everyone was helpful and friendly at the tire center. They completed the job quickly for a Saturday and actually gave me solid recommendations for maintenance my vehicle needed. They don t upsell, they get the job done and done well. Thank you!!

Best price in town (you have to be a Costco member, but even after paying the $60 annual fee, the cost beat the closest competitor by about $200 for the exact same tires!), and the price includes mounting, installation, and balancing, along with other multi-year benefits with your purchase.The staff was very helpful, friendly, and did an excellent job.Highly recommended!

During my tire safety check, Chris went out of his way to help me fill the tires up with air since they were low. Now I have a safe vehicle for the snow this winter. I will always purchase tires from here, fantastic service!

This place is great. Free tire inflation any time. I had a low tire... Really low. They quickly recommended I do a walk in appointment so they could look at tire and repair it put on my spare. Turned out to be a nail which they repaired for free since I purchased them at Costco. Decent prices. They seem to always have an instant savings deal for a set of 4.Update 10/8/23. I needed a new battery on an older car. They have good prices and quality Interstate batteries.

As of now I am late to pick up my son from school. They are shot with people. And even you tell you have to go ! He will keep talking more customers other than releasing your car. People were nice but I am still late for my son and he is probably having attack if.crying now

They re so awesome. Flat tire fixed in 10mins for $10.99. Another business charged me $35 for the same sort of issue few months ago. They re quick and economical at Costco.

Workers seem good but it's hard to get tire rotations done conveniently, It's hit and miss, mostly miss. No online way to setup or check. When I have called it either rings no answer or no appointment times when I can. Wind up just keep stopping back in to check and have to either wait for a couple hours or dropping off and getting a ride home and back hours later. Next time I will probably wind up going back to Discount Tire.

Outstanding help! Bought tires for my wife's Honda CRV with the help of a young man named Christofe. Made sure that I bought the correct tires and researched others for me without hesitation! Informative on comparisons of tire to tire and explained what all the tire codes meant. Very satisfied customer I am.

Flat tire fixed for 10 bucks with an appointment.Even though I told him it's only for academic interest and I won't be buying, the kind gentlemen gave me recommendations for tire replacement (whenever I got to it) and also showed me why those are good tires.

Took 15 minutes for someone to come to the counter despite ringing the bell multiple times. The guy was friendly, but the service is very slow. Dont bother calling; I was on the phone for 45 minutes before hanging up. Definitely the worst Costco tire center I have been to.

I don't know why I come here. They do not have appointments. No dedicated counter help. Dr. Patel yelled at me that I went straight to the counter for pick up after I was called on the phone that rotation was done. Lines always long. They don't care how long customers wait in line, at least the Illinois DMV has a system. Guaranteed 1/2 hour queue wait to get to the counter and speak to them.

You will get pretty decent deals on tires and batteries through Costco. I went there on Saturday 9 am and waited till 1 pm to finish the job cause of so much rush . If you are planning to go , try to early morning or ho on weekdays .

Positives first : Price and time to perform service was good. They were flexible with the schedule time also. However, they broke all the center hub caps of the lexus and blamed it on Lexus. I checked after the fact and these caps can be removed without breaking. These caps are very expensive even on ebay. I will not go there even as a Costco member.

This is a very busy Tire Center which doesn't seem to have enough personnel otherwise I would have given this a five star review I am on my fourth set of tires from this location
