Man, where do i start with these guys?!? I was recently experiencing over-heating issues with the love of my life (My Charger). I take great care of my vehicle and couldn't figure out what the hell was going on. I took my car to a mechanic in Batavia, IL that had great ratings on google. That was the most UNRELIABLE auto service I've ever gotten. I had to take my vehicle back twice after the first evaluation. Long story short.. Christian at Certified auto is THE G.O.A.T. This shop had my car for 16 hours, after not having my car available for 4 months, it was up and running like nothing ever happened. I am new to the area, and this is the ONLY place I will trust with my car. This guy deserves an award for sure!!! 10 STARS and a Recommendation from the Most HIGH!!!Services: Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

Took my car here for a repair. Nice guys looked at my car right away. They gave an honest and genuine assessment and even showed me where the issue was. Even for issues that they were not servicing such as buying new tires, they helped me decide where to go and what would be most affordable. Very happy with my service!

been taking my car here for a few years now.. these guys are the best around imo.. love the work they do and they wont screw you over. very knowledgeable and trustworthy.. 5+ stars

I have used Certified many times over a 10 year period. Mark, the owner and his staff have provided excellent service and have been willing to explain repairs to me in detail. Mark is very fair and I would trust him with any repair. His track record is flawless.Mark has serviced my Dodge Caravan, Chrysler Town and Country, Toyota Sienna, Ford Mustang, Honda Civic and Chrysler PT Cruiser.

I definitely recommend Certified Auto. Mark, the guy in charge, is a really fair and decent businessman. He was personable and took time to discuss all my options and even showed me part price listings on his computer so I could understand the price break-down. Even though the shop was busy that day, he gave me personal attention and managed to fit my repair in the same day. Most impressive was that he offered to match a competitor's price using a BETTER quality part than they would have used. I would absolutely do business here again.

A++++! I've been searching for a good, honest mechanic for years. Mark is definitely that guy. I owned a 12 year old car and brought it to another place earlier this year. The mechanic would have charged me over $800 to fix and it wouldn't have solved the problem. Mark said it was going to cost me over $3000 and suggested to get rid of it instead. I've been taking all my other cars there and I appreciate the best price and honest advice. TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

This place is the best to get your car fixed with anything ..so reasonable Randy is the bomb when you ask him ? He's upfront and honest..... I will never take my car to anyone else. If I could give them 10 stars I would.........example woody buick wanted to charge mee over 1000 dollars for getting my lincoln going certified auto 215.....they have your back thank you certified auto

Great friendly and quick service at a reasonable price. Brought my car in for an oil change and it was done in 20 minutes. They also refilled my windshield fluid and the air in my tires as a complimentary service.

Certified auto is a really great shop I definitely recommend the staff there are honest and they are very reasonably priced I take all my work trucks and my personal vehicle to them

GOOD:Honest, fair priced and professional. It is very hard to find a honest place now a days including the dealers.BAD:Closed on SAT and SUN.
