I highly recommend Caliber Collision to my friends and family! When first looking for a repair shop for my EV, I found out that they needed to be certified due to the recalibration when doing repairs. There are not many shops out there that are EV certified, but Caliber Collision is and the work quality was done professionally! They also gave me an estimate date of a week and they were done as expected, thank you!

My estimated completion date kept changing, and instead of keeping me apprised in a timely matter, I had to call on each ECD to see if I was still picking my car up that day. If that wasn t bad enough, the receptionist and mechanic consistently made me feel like I was bothering them for making them do their job. Having worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Claims Adjuster, I was even more surprised that Progressive was completely unresponsive once I dropped my car off at the shop, and they never even checked up with me once. To top it all off, Caliber Collision couldn t complete the body work by the end of the business day on the final ECD, and instead they left my keys locked inside my car @ 7:30 pm. Because I was in a rental, I had to pick up my car in the dark, by myself, with limited lighting in their lot, or else I d be charged by Enterprise for an additional day.

A very professional organization to work with. Brought in my car after the accident and they were very prompt in providing an estimate. They informed me up front that there was one part that may take a few days to acquire but that they would try to have the car out in about a week. The updates were great and they delivered the car within their time estimate.

Don t waste your time, take the care somewhere else. Every time I ask, they always tell me it s still a process. Have been given multiple different dates and answers. Took weeks to complete. Would not recommend if you like your car and value your time.

Caliber Collision completed the repairs on my wrecked truck. When I went to pick it up, the job was so amazing that I didn't recognize my vehicle when I saw it. I would recommend this company for all your repair needs!!!!!

I brought my car in with some body work that needed to be done from an accident. Right away I got an estimate and I dropped it off. I went through insurance so they had a car waiting for me at the shop. The quality of work is amazing! Looks like new! John takes care of you very well. He is down to earth and gives you the best case scenario and the worst case scenario. That us integrity and honesty. I find that very important. I was able to inspect the car fully and all looked like new. Thank you for providing the customer service and repair quality we love!*******UPDATE*******Before and after pics added. I did buy new tires and wheels with a 2" lift kit in the after photo.

Giving 3 stars as it took more time to get my car back . But good thing is they covered my rentals . Also communication have to be improved and I have to call and ask status every time

Terrible, replaced my door on a claim through individual that struck my vehicle. Completed in one week. Picked up my car, keyless entry was not working. Clearly they knew there was something wrong with keyless function after they replaced the door and they tried to hide it. I would say that kind of dishonesty is enough to encapsulate the type of business that they operate.

Very well handled . They kept us update through texts and phone calls . I did not have to go to the shop myself other than to pick up the car . All paper work was done electronically.

My old car never needed body work done until it got hit in a parking lot. The front bumper cover was falling off and I brought it in for an estimate. Dan fit me in last min and got me in the following week. Seemless transfer from dropping off my car, Enterprise (Naperville) dropping off my rental. Getting my car back so just as easy. They explained everything to me with kindness and detail, were very kind during a stressful time and kept me updated. My car looks like new, paint color matches perfectly and they cleaned the inside and outside before returning it. Thank you so much!

Auto collision and repair center offering friendly services with professional results. Very nice, clean facility and organized. Had my car towed to this facility after the accdent and everything was taken care of in timely and professional manner. They are very busy all the time but Highly Recommend.

Manager Andrew is amazing he was kind and very attentive , my husband got to meet Dave the production manager and said he was a cool guy with alot of attention to detail he also mentioned laz the body tech and said he was extremely knowledgeable with a lot of experience ,that shows in his work . We were extremely impressed with Willy the guy who sand and buffed the car. It was soo shinny and no swirls! . I m very happy with the repair and easy experienceServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Work took 2 months longer than estimated, had to call each time at the end of each deadline only to get another excuse and deadline. Not once called and updated.

I ve used Caliber Naperville several times and the experience has always been awesome! Andrew and his staff go above and beyond to make sure even the smallest detail gets handled professionally and when promised! When someone asks me where to go for paint and body work, I always send them to see Andrew!
