These guys are the best. From the time of scheduling the appointment to getting the repairs done. They even arranged the rental car for me when I dropped off the my car and same when picking up. They worked with the insurance co directly and I pretty had do nothing. My car was restored to original condition or better. Will not go anywhere else for repairs or body work in the future. Thank you Caliber!

The staff was super friendly from the start! I brought in my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe for a small dent and scratches from a hit and run, and Caliber made my car look brand new again!! All thanks and appreciation to all the employees of the secretariat. Despite the lack of spare parts from Honda, they did their best, and when the parts were received, maintenance was carried out in record time only for two weeks or a little more despite alot of work in my car . I was so stressed after my car was damaged. This repair shop eased my stress and repaired the car as though nothing ever occurred. Also, the rental car process was great as well. I give this company an A+

I had my car repaired a couple weeks ago and overall I would recommend it to all my family/friends. The repairs were done fast and correctly. Carolina was very helpful, communicative and explained every step that was taken. I m so happy I finally found a place I can trust to take my car. Thank you everyone for an amazing job.

I would highly recommend that you find another shop to bring your vehicle to. This is the second time that I have brought my vehicle to Caliber for them to not only take way longer than the estimated time, but also fail to communicate properly. Every time we have communicated to Caliber it has been from reaching out to ask about updates on the car ourselves. This has been an absolute awful experience with no estimated update on when I will be receiving my vehicle.

We had our truck repaired by them and they did an amazing job, it looks like brand new. Also the turn around was faster than expected. Carolina communicated with me through the whole process and kept updating me. Thank you to all of them who participated on fixing our truck wonderful work!

The best experience EVER! From start to finish!!!! They got my car in and out and sent me daily and weekly updates on my vehicle. The repair staff are awesome my truck looks absolutely great!! Customer service are there to make the process smooth and stress free. They try their best to make the customer happy and ensure your vehicle is priority and taken well care of! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The repairs took 2 days longer than estimated, in part because they scratched and thus had to re-repair our newly repaired bumper, but they kept us informed and were up front about everything, which we greatly appreciated. That said, the repairs look great, and you d never know from looking at our car that we d been sideswiped. In addition, they vacuumed our car, which was a nice bonus. Overall we were pleased with the service and repairs, and would recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They were GREAT! From the beginning to the end. They had great customer service skills with keeping me informed of the repairs, both by texts and phone calls. They were on time with getting the repair done, and did an EXCELLENT job of fixing the repair along with the paint matching perfectly. I was also impressed with how clean the car was both inside and out upon picking it up. Andrew went over all the repairs before I left and asked if I had any questions. I will definitely go back again if I need any more repairs and highly recommend them!Service: Body & Trim

Best service from the front door until car is finished. Keep u updated on your cars stage of work until completion. Have a rent a car at your service on their site if needed or wanted.I personally hsve used their services before. Was great then and still is. Would highly recommend to all.

Top quality work done quickly and beautifully, and backed up with their guarantee. Best part was receiving near daily text messages about the status of my car. At no point did I wonder about the status of my car, or and issues that arose during inspection, repair, paint, and then delivery. The shop did an amazing job on my vehicle. The associates were very nice and helpful and were also following cdc guidelines very carefully. I took my car in for repairs the next day after my accident and in 2 weeks the repairs were done. They were very quick and efficient and made my car look like brand new and nothing every happened. I received updates almost everyday about my car which I really liked. Great service, I would definitely recommend this body shop.Service: Body & Trim

This body shop is so professional, they have worked on mu wife's van twice and both times with meticulous care. They arrange the rental car for her and the work is flawless. We will not go anywhere else. Communication is big with me and these guys don't disappoint. They also work direct with the insurance company and in our case go above and beyond with the care of your vehicle. Thank you so much for the phenomenal work! Highly recommend!!!!!

I was nervous at first to take my new car to a place thats not my dealership and it was referred by my insurance. I was glad they did and that I went with them. From the moment I walked in, their knowledgeable and friendly staff took care of my needs. They made the entire process seamless. The damage to my car was repaired ahead of schedule and it looked the same as it did when it rolled off the showroom floor. They provided daily updates on the progress and never left me in the dark. Excellent service! I brought in my car for a repair after being in an accident. The front desk lady was so nice and pleasant to talk to. She even set up my rental for me, it was already there for me when I got there. The rental company representative is conveniently located inside their office, so thoughtful! Everyone else was very nice, and the repair was quick!
