This is by far my favorite dealership. Everyone is really nice and polite. The place is bright and clean, and I love their little complementary coffee/snack area while you wait. Service is always fast, and they always call or text for follow-up. A big shout out to David Reynoso (client advisor) for even coming in to work to help us out on his day's off. His quick responses to my emails really help us out and not waste time in purchasing a car.

I have always received excellent service at Bill Jacobs Motorsport. The headlight fogged on my X5 about 30 days after my warranty expired. Thanks to Jacob M. and Joe O., BMW covered the replacement. My technician, Adam P., is the best! This is the fourth BMW I have bought from Bill Jacobs and I know where I am going to buy the next one.

Super nice people. Very helpful and very good communication. We had a full motor replacement and our mini Cooper was detailed and ready to go as promised. They helped us get a free motor even though it was out of warranty. If it wasn't for Mitch we would not have or car running at all. Thanks again we appreciate you guys. 5 stars all the way.

Overall great experience dealing with the sales and service representatives. High points for Brian Coston (in sales) and Dean Klementzos (in service) for their genuineness and clean way of dealing.

This remains the very best BMW dealership to visit for purchasing and maintenance needs of your BMW. Jeff H. the service advisor is the real deal and Bill E. is the client advisor and sales person you want to do business with.

My experience with Giovanna and the whole team was great. The dealership and team worked hard to put me in my dream car and at a reasonable price (which is hard to find these days with dealerships trying to gouge people due to the chip shortage - I did not have that experience at Bill Jacobs). They were honest, friendly, transparent, helpful, and made the entire process as easy and simple as possible. They earned my business for a lifetime. Thanks to everyone at Bill Jacobs BMW!

I've been a customer of Bill Jacobs for many years. Took my X5 in for service before it went out of warranty. Dean was awesome and made sure every detail was looked at to make sure my vehicle was in tip top shape and addressed. He spotted a oil leak and addressed it saving me $$$ post warranty charges. What a terrific experience. Thank you Dean for looking after me.

Just ordered a new 2023 BMW X5e today. Worked with Bill Earnest and it was a very easy process, he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car and the process. I would highly recommend Bill Earnest at Bill Jacobs BMW.

Bill Jacobs is a an exceptional service organization. I especially want to thank Jeff and Mike for their special service and making me feel safe in my car. While BMW is an expensive vehicle Bill Jacobs goes the extra mile to make sure it stays that way.
