This is my first Mini and my first service appointment with Bill Jacobs Mini. The process they have is outstanding. Mitch, my personal service concierge, was very nice. He explained the process, introduced me to one of the foreman in the service group, and kept me informed as to where my car was with the process.Since this was my first service the foreman showed me around the car, including the underneath. Very reassuring that they take such care.

Wonderful experience today at the Bill Jacobs MINI Service Center. I was contacted regarding a recall, and was aided greatly by Mitchell, a Service Advisor there. The process was easy and quick with his help. I've only had great experiences there, which I'm thankful for their great team. Will definitely look to Mitchell for further services in the future regarding my MINI.

Our experience with Jed Kuefler was superb. Jed is patient, knowledgeable, relaxed and fun. We asked a lot of questions, asked for several financing quotes and never felt a molecule of uncomfortableness, if that s a word. We highly recommend Jed Kuefler at Bill Jacobs Mini. We love our Melting Silver Clubman!

Quick and reliable service. They found a significant issue with a broken engine mount that was thin repaired under warranty. my local Mechanic missed that completely. Mitch is very helpful and make sure that everything is done correctly and on time.

Employees are nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. Anytime I have ever went in I have felt comfortable. Mitch is nice, understanding and a joy to chat with. I never feel pressured for services. Being able to request a loaner is a time saver.

We have been bringing our Countryman here since 2021 and Mitch has been the only person we've worked with. Mitch is top notch! He is attentive and punctual. He is honest and truthful with the recommended services. He is not pushy, but does shares his concerns regarding when needed. We will continue to service our Countryman here whenever we need it.Also, Mitch noticed that we have a sticker showing our support for our son who is enlisted with the Army Airborne and he included a discount to show their support for our troops, too.

Hello and Greetings... I wanted to give a shout out to Mitch and all the Service Techs at Bill Jacobs for taking care of me and my 2012 Mini Cooper S Convertible. I just bought her and needed to know all the details to getting her back to 100% as possible. I drove 1.45 hours to Naperville / Bill Jacobs to have the piece of mind that my Mini will be taken care of with all the TLC a Mini deserves... My Mini deserves and gets only the best!!!

In the past i have not had good experience at auto dealerships. This has changed with my association with Bill Jacobs Mini. During my recent contact with Mitch Shefveland (service advisor) and Jim Jacobson (delivery driver) they took the time to answer all my questions and patiently explained the answers i needed to know. As a result of the communications with them i feel Bill Jacobs Mini has my interests in mind .Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Auto battery maintenance, Auto tire replacement, Vehicle safety inspection, Wiper blade installation

Bill Jacobs takes such good care of their customers! From the time you arrive to when the work is complete they keep you informed and appraised as to how the job is coming along and the cost estimate was spot on. They completed the work as promised with their estimate of how long the work would take and I left feeling like they appreciated my business. Mitch my advisor and all the technical team were awesome. Mitch will always recommend me services that needed to be done on my car but will prioritize and give me options on what should be done essentially. He was also able to squeezed me in for todays schedule on the last minute which I really appreciate..I will only bring my mini for services here.Service: Brakes

Mitch Shefveland is sincerely the best! Every time I need to schedule maintenance on my MINI he assists me with my appointment, down to the little details! Mitch has proven again and again that he can work with my challenging schedule. While patiently helping me book appointments and delivery, he never fails to communicate throughout- despite my limited availability! Before appointment day, and throughout the visit, he checks-in with me regularly, and as promised, so I know what to expect and what is going on. I feel so grateful to work with Mitch at Bill Jacobs- I know he is my trusted go-to for, and critical piece in, maintaining my beloved MINI! Thank you Mitch!

While Mitch was always easy to deal with I have to update my review. The service dept. told me that I would need front brakes soon about 8 months back. I recently put new tires on my car and took it to another mechanic for an alignment. I asked him to look at the brakes and was told they still have 40-50% left. If you use Bill Jacobs for service I would question any recommendation for service they give you.

Mitch Shefveland is what college kids would refer to as the goat which is a good thing (I have no idea what goat stands for). Such great customer service!When I pulled in, someone was quick to welcome me and direct me where to drive up, and then sit. I had always received excellent customer service, Mitch and every one in your team. All the staff are cordial and have a smile. I noticed there seems to be a team atmosphere. I assumed you company treats the employees right, I hope so. Of note, you can improve your paper printing habits by reducing de amount of paper to print or go paperless.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Went in early with a pretty hectic day ahead, and I was greeted by a kind young man who was wonderfully calm as I drove in. He said he d grab an advisor for me to talk to me about what I should do. When I told my advisor, Mitch, that this car was my girlfriend s dad s car, he was especially helpful in communicating to me what my options were, and if I d like him to go through my girlfriend s dad instead. He was super helpful with the whole process spoke with clarity and professionalism, but not too much so that we couldn t connect from client to advisor.
