I wanted to give Chris and Angel a shout out at this autozone for really going above and beyond in my time of need. I had a squirrel attack wires in my car not once but twice and they were able to help with a part that I greatly needed not once but twice and were accommodating and friendly each visit. Kudos guys!

Today I stopped by the Naperville store on North Aurora Avenue for help with my car battery. Ricky promptly tested the battery and, after finding it defective, determined which battery matched Toyota's recommendation and quickly installed it for me. He is a 15-year employee at that store and was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. His service was great and recommend that you use him to meet your auto part needs.

Sitting in front of AutoZone on Ogden in Naperville and I just felt compelled to let people know this is a fantastic store with a manager that really cares and helped me out without hesitation. My hands were kind of numb I was having trouble replacing my wiper blades and he immediately came out told me to get in my car and not worry about a thing that he would take care of it. In this day and age to be treated so kindly is really rare and this man (Manny) and his store are a real gem. Thank you

Had gone in to AutoZone 3190 store Naperville,IL was helped as soon as I walked in Gary the manager gathered up wipers and filters that I needed for my car installed them the one's he didn't have he picked them up for me at a near by location wow now thats outstanding service your customer for ever George Hardwidge .

I need a battery on my lunch break. I stopped at this AZ and was helped by John Park. He was the nicest guy and very knowledgeable. I'm glad I stop in. He was even helping another customer recharge his AC system. Right after he was done helping me, he helped a 3rd customer. This guy deserves a raise!!

Great experience today with getting a new battery after mine died. They advised me to drive around more to be sure it was fully charged before testing it, rather than just sell me one right away. When confirmed I needed one, the process and install was easy. Great customer service. I'll be back for sure.

This little guy thought today was the perfect day to jump off the car and be free. (After I opened the window and tried to flick the ice off of him. He apparantly did not enjoy that.) Autozone is the best!! I go here any time there is an issue with my car. It was only $20 to fix and Ray put the new one on for me right there. It would have taken me at least 3 hours to figure out. I never, ever hashtag... but this is a special occasion. #autozone

Got a bulb for my headlight and they were kind enough to help show me how to replace the old ones. I had returned my purchase at a different parts store because they wouldn't help me. Will definitely shop here again.

Ray went beyond expectations, explaining all the different options for my problem a/c issues, even walking out to my car and showing/helping me fix the issue. Saved me a ton of money!Highly recommend!

First time in Gary stepped in to help right away. Personable leader which put wipers on. Came in today for an engine light check and rear wiper check as guard was wiping on window. Haven t needed to use lately especially the rear. I recall either one of the front wipers or rear wasn t the direct fit but turns out all were and just was misplaced on shelf. He ordered a new guard at no charge. Of course that s a plus but going above and beyond as was correct part and 2 months have gone by. AutoZone leadership by example.

I stopped in to ask for help as I was far from home and having a car emergency. I got help from Gary who went above and beyond to help me get my car temporarily working so I could get home. I got home safe and am taking my car to the mechanic for a permanent fix. Gary was a blessing. Thanks to your awesome employee!

This is a little late, but definitely worth writing about. I visited the store on 11/23/2020 and Gary assisted me. I needed to replace all my windshield wiper blades they were in pretty bad shape. We were suppose to get some freezing rain the next day and I had to travel far for work. He was extremely helpful. He grabbed all 3 blades I needed and also helped to replace them on my vehicle. There's no way I would have been able to do it. He had to replace some adjusters and then make sure they were snug so my blades wouldn't come off. He was very quick and efficient. I appreciate the great customer service he provided me on that day. It is far and few the number of times I have received this type of service. I would highly recommend this store for any auto part needs!

This rating is for the Naperville store where Randy gave me excellent, informed customer service. He was very helpful and renewed my faith in Autozone after being very unhappy with service at the Wheaton store.

Oh my stars!! Angel was just that for me an Angel. I had an appointment next door at PepBoys to check my brakes. All I needed was brake fluid. They was no help. Tried to quote me 500 for some made up brake service. Never!!!! I politely left, and went next door to Autozone. Angel got me the 4.49 brake fluid and put it in for me. Brake light in my car is no longer on. Angel cared!!!! Which is rare.

Ryan was amazing! He was super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and fast! I bought a new battery, had install and drove off in under 20 minutes! Price was HALF what the dealer quoted! Excellence in service!

I went to this location to get a replacement headlight bulb. While I was told by one employee that they would not be able to install the bulb in my car for me, Rick was able to do it for me in less than 5 minutes. He was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend going to this location!

We were having trouble with our battery and Alfonso helped us find what we needed and come up with a solution we could install on the spot! He was helpful, friendly, and efficient. We were also helped by Ricky. Both are stellar examples of great customer service!

Great experience! I needed help with replacing the bulbs on my back license plate. Not only did they have the bulbs for my 2004 car in stock, but the customer service was fantastic! Danielle went out of her way to help me in the windy, cold weather. She not only showed he how to replace them, but installed them both for me. Super friendly, positive experience. Thank you!

Went to 5 different autozones near me and they all refused to help with my lights. I came here with the same problem, my lift tail light and headlight went out. In 5 minutes a guy fixed my tail light and referred me to another place to help fix my headlight issue. Great place!

Very clean and professional environment and staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful. I dont know much about cars but like to do things on my own. So when I asked for help on changing a light after I was afraid I was going to break something the gentleman helped me out even though it was very cold and dark outside. I was able to drive safely back home which was 45 minutes away with my headlights installed (both went out.) Highly recommend this location.

Gary at AutoZone is the best!!! I was having issues with my car not starting and after being tested it determined my battery was bad. He went through all the options of new replacement batteries they had in stock and installed the new one for me (not to mention in the freezing cold temps)! Thank you for the amazing customer service! I will definitely be back and recommend this store to those in the Naperville area.

I am a long time customer at this location and love the people who work over there. They are very courteous and very helpful. Yesterday i went to this location to pick up a lug nut for my car. Unfortunately they didn't have my part in stock. So I continued to browse around the store and check out some new gear that i can purchase. While i was checking out one of there demo I was interrupted by Randy who was the manager. I thought he would approach me asking if i needed some help. I was WRONG. Instead he told me quote by quote "if your not going to buy it, leave." after i heard this i was shocked and surprised at his horrible customer service. Apparently you can't look at there show room unless you put money in the greedy pathetic managers pocket. Obviously i won't be back at this store. Its kind of sad because i spend over 1K at this store every month. Best rest assure that i will do the best of my ability to get him terminated from his job.
