This dealership sold my nephew a 2020 Giulia without a wheel lock. He didn't discover this until 5 months later when he needed to service his break pads. He called the manager at this location and the manager immediately told him "there's nothing I can do to help". Did not provide any solution whatsoever. The manager insinuated that he was lying about his situation which is absurd. Worst customer service. Extremely Extremely Dishonest & Deceiving Car Dealership, Crooks is an understatement, would not recommend this dealership, there are many other honest dealers out there.

This dealership sold me a 2020 Giulia without a wheel lock. I didn t discover this until 5 months later when I needed to service my break pads. It has been a great experience working with the service side. Angie went above and beyond to assist me. Angie kept me updated with courtesy calls and was delightful to speak with. Not only was impeccable service provided, but she also sincerely helped in my best interests. I truly felt she was truth worthy and authentic.Jonathan was also incredibly helpful in alleviating my concerns and educating me on my Alfa. We purchased a used Alpha Romeo Stelvio from Alpha Romeo of Naperville in November 2023. Great shopping and purchase experience, no complaints at all. Our sales associate was a younger woman dark hair, I apologize I forgot her name, but she was great. We had already been to 4 other dealerships test driving a variety of cars, the experience at Alpha Romeo was near the top. This is our first Alpha Romeo vehicle and we really like it, it drives and handles beautifully, it's loaded with cool tech and is one of the best looking small SUVs on the road.

This is a superb dealership. Buddy my service advisor was exceptional. He was helpful, caring, thorough, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail.They did a wonderful job servicing my Alfa and everyone was extremely friendly, always smiling and welcoming.I would recommend this dealership without reservations.

Purchased a 2019 Stelvio new in August 2019. Seems like every time I visit since that time the dealership is under different management. Either that or there is a lot of turnover in personnel. Place is packed with more cars for sale than ever. The wait time for attention at the parts counter was longer than anticipated.

My Boss had an extremely unpleasant experience with these crooks. They sold him a car without a wheel lock and would not fix the situation. Extremely extremely dishonest people, DO NOT RECCOMEND!

I serviced my car a few weeks ago at the dealership and I had a number of new issues with the car after the service. Soon after the service I got a text from a Jasmine, and she said she was the manager at the dealership and wanted to find out about my experience. I replied by listing all the new problems and told her the service didn't go well because of all the new problems. I even sent her a photo of one of the problems. That was Jan 20th, 2024 and till date (Jan 25th 4:30 pm) I haven't heard a word back from anyone. I send additional messages asking if they were going to do something about all the problems I was having and got no response. I tried calling the number that I received the text from and it was immediately disconnected. The reports are not wrong about the reliability of Alpha Romeo cars, and it's only made worse by such bad service follow-up.

Disappointed with a month of unreturned calls from the Sales associate. Despite assurances, essential services like installing the front license plate and bumper drilling were unfulfilled; had to pay another dealership to get that done. Promised free wheel alignment and oil change never happened. Steve in finance, however, was consistently helpful.I would give 5 stars to him. Sales attention diminishes post-purchase.

Salesman that helped me out was very good. Was able to answer all my questions, was courteous and even delivered the car to my house the same night of purchase. However, the dealership needs work. I went to check two cars out and set an appointment a few days in advance, only to get there and find out both cars were sent to "detailing". Went back 2 days later and neither of the cars were actually detailed. After purchase, the car was missing 3 of the 4 floor mats, and I was also given one wrong key out of 2, so had to drive out to get that (even though we checked both keys and floor mats before test driving). Also, the finance person forgot to have me sign 2 important documents which we had to do the next day. Luckily we were able to do it electronically. Dealership needs to up their standards.

I do not recommend this dealership, because I bought a car from them 3 months ago and feel like I was fooled. Firstly, the sale said to me if I want to buy the car, I have to buy their protection package at least $3,000 which I attached below, I asked him, Can I don t buy this protection package? He said, No, it is mandatory. I asked If it covers scratches of my car? He said, Yes, it is covered. But when I contact them to cover my scratches, the manager said, It is not covered, I have to pay by myself, look at the contract. I was so angry that the sale lied to me and they charged me $3,000 mandatorily but I don t get the benefits I need from it. Secondly, during the shopping process, they tried to use a lot of numbers to make me lost, and said the other Alfa Romeo dealership I visited plays tricks, but now I understand, they are the one who plays tricks on customers. Thirdly, never trust what they say or promise, only read the contract slowly and carefully before you sign, it is the lesson I learned. I will say I am not the only one who has this bad experience on this dealership, and I hope my true story can help more people never be fooled by these guys.

Great overall experience! Tania and Rogelio, part of the sales team were very friendly, made sure all my questions and requests were accounted for. Richard, the manager, was awesome, he truly made sure I was taken care of. However, the best experience was with Steven, their finance guy, he truly went above and beyond making sure we understood every detail behind the loan and paperwork, and even gave us a few tips on how to manage the loan payment process. I do recommend coming in knowing what you trade-in is worth and any discounts they may have online, besides that great dealer to buy your Italian cars from!

A little deception with their advertising of New, leftover previous year model vehicles. Some were not available during my initial visit. I returned after receiving a phone call that they were now available. All of the cars were technically new, because they did not have an owner however they were demo/loaners and most between 3,000 and 5,000 miles. Sales Person Joe was very good and friendly. I can tell he is a hard worker. He would be someone I want working for me. He is actually the reason why I did not put this at 1 Star and gave it 2 Stars. However, the management is very aggressive, pushy and will not take no for answer. I tried to walk away from the manager multiple times to go home. I was given promises of a great discount on a Brand New Model Year, and a aggressive trade in value for my current car if I waited for only 15 minutes. Well, I waited 45 minutes for that process, only to have my intelligence insulted. Verbally, the new car would be 44k if I waited 15 minutes, it was then presented on paper at $46,370. A mandatory fee of $2,997 disguised as a "Volume Promise" and to top it off a lower Trade In Value of both documented offers I showed them from Carvana and Vroom. Not a fan of the dealership under the current management and despite having an Italian Heritage, I'm more than satisfied with my new Cadillac over the Alfa.

Shady! Stay Away! Tried to deal with them 2x. First was high pressure with 20+ phone calls and I walked away. They got another car I wanted. Told me a price and said I was first in line. It was mine when it came in. When I called about arrival date they said "What was the number I quoted you? Oh someone offered me more."

I recently brought a used Alfa Romeo in for an inspection before purchase. I initially dealt with Ashley and the service manager, Bart Maca. Bart was promptly responsive and booked the inspection with a technician that was experienced with the specific vehicle. Bart later confirmed the appointment and his staff was ready and waiting for me upon arrival. Nick and Angie were the service advisors and Mike S. was the technician assigned to the inspection. Once the inspection was completed, Bart and Mike walked me through their thorough inspection, which yielded excellent results, except for a tire issue. Mike answered all of my technical questions regarding the vehicle and his inspection. I was also given a written report reflecting the scope of their inspection and the results. I could not have been more impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of all of the staff that I encountered during my visit. An great organization that truly cares about their customers.

Was having problems with my car and insurance I made a random call to the closest dealership by me and it happened to be this one .Tony answered the phone and I explained the situation I was having he told me to bring it by he set me an appointment and even got it into the shop before the appointment I'm very pleased with the experience of Naperville I'll be sending all the people I know in the qca that way thank you guys so much I appreciate your helpfulness.thank you again

Inappropriate methods to catch customers: I was contacted by the dealership yesterday in the morning around 11.30 for an Alfa Romeo Giulia I was previously interested in. We agreed on the price and and made an appointment for 1:15 at the same day. Knowing that this was most likely one of the last sunny days I decided to drive more than 1 h to see the car. When I arrived at the dealership Nick from the Alfa Romeo team told me that they just sold the car to someone who had no appointment and just came in. Surprisingly this customer was just about to finish his paperwork. If this customer just came in, how is he able to finish his paperwork in such a short timeframe. If this customer submitted his paperwork before why are they still making appointments with customers who have to drive more than 1 h to the dealership.I think that this dealership is using inappropriate methods to get customers. My advice: don't believe anything this dealership is telling you on the phone.

I came here to get my 2015 fiat 500 serviced. It was a trek from northern chicago so I was hoping it would be worth it. It was! I was happy with the communication and the updates. Whenever I take my car to the usual mechanic I often feel taken advantage of as a young woman who doesn t know the ins and outs of cars. I felt respected here!The waiting room was clean and comfy and had coffee and water available. They also topped off the experience with a free car wash! Just make sure you bring something other than a credit card to pay with (debit is fine).

I brought my 2020 4C Tributo Spider in for an oil change and couldn t be happier with the level of service I received. Michael, my technician, took the time to answer all of my questions regarding storing my vehicle for the winter. Micah, Nicholas, Angie, and Bart were all kind enough to assist in resetting my clocks in the Tributo (due to daylight saving time), making sure I was able to get in for an appointment (after I unfortunately had to cancel), and going over other features in the car I didn t even know existed. I had a lot of questions, and these guys were more than happy to help me out. The reason I m a repeat customer is because of people like that many, many thanks to you all!

Their lease "buy out" of my 2020 Stelvio did not cover the disposition fees of $400 despite telling me the fees would be waived and didn't inform me I would be responsible. After several requests to have end of lease documents emailed to me it never happened. If going back to Alfa Romeo will go to a different dealer for sure.

I m new to the Alfa experience and was having trouble with my car while traveling for work. Micah was able to assist me and provide suggestions over the phone until I was able to come in.. I was sadden to learn that Robert, Joe, and the others were gone but Micah s superb level of customer service reassured me that I was still in good hands though familiar faces had left the company. My Alfa needed to be service & Micah and Berry (service mgr) was awesome. Micah was training a great guy as well, so they are definitely duplicating a level of excellence in customer service!

Called them looking for a fuel pump for my gulia QV they had a great price but I needed it shipped guy took my info and said he would call back with a shipping price. Never got a call back ordered elsewhere.
