purchased a vehicle from them Jacob Baron was my salesman it was like he didn t even care to do the sale I basically sold the vehicle to myself. I drove 2 1/2 hrs to this dealer. purchased a 2020 jeep gladiator from them i didn t get the warranty on the vehicle, had the vehicle 9 days and the stop motor function stopped working i reached out to them through email Jacob responded but no one took care of the situation. Now the check engine light is on had the vehicle a little over 30 days when i emailed Jacob again of course he responded to the email apologizing he asked what i would like to be done. i emailed him back within minutes letting him know the reason the engine light was on it stated that the vehicle had multiple misfires and needed a tune up this was a week ago and i still haven t heard anything from them. I don t know what the issue is or if it s because of my skin but i would never purchase a vehicle from them again. Mind you i didn t finance through the dealership i brought them a check yet i still received something in the mail stating they ran my credit

Rick was excellent, I had A problem with my car squeaking & took it to many shops & they simply couldn't find the problem. I took it here & they fixed my problem no more squeaking !!! Thank you I will continue doing business with this company.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Purchased a new TLX A-spec from here two years ago. A true lemon. Rotors went out at 18k; acura told me to go kick rocks. Main bearing, starter, alternator went out at 60k and they fought me again. I had actually to call advantage and be put on a no call list, due to amount of spam calls, emailsAnd voicemails I d get weekly. It was so bad. My last acura and my last car from this dealership. Go elsewhere, as there are endless options.

I drove about 47Minutes to this place because I had already secured an appointment for a specific car but they discriminated against me and made me wait for longer time with my 2 kids until I told themI was leaving after lying to me a customer was test driving the vehicle. This act is irresponsible and shows they only judge a book by its cover. I was disappointed and they never called me back to show remorse. So disheartening and not good for business. Pls go to other places and don t patronize them because they are not truthful at all. It s all about the money in your pocket. They wanted me to put money down for what I haven t seen. I regret burning my expensive gas and stressing my kids . I do not recommend
