I'm reviewing this site, not because I have purchased from them yet, but because Google keeps asking. I hope to purchase some of their products some day.

Dan and Carol are both great to work with. Very knowledgeable and old school. Carol does the packing and shipping and it was top notch.I highly recommend to anyone that is looking to do a front disc brake conversion.

Recently upgraded my old mustang front drums to disc. I needed to speak a couple times on the phone with them and both could not have been more helpful. The kit was exactly as they said and installed like a dream. Everything in boxes was labled and packaged very well. Pleasure doing business with them.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I bought the front disk brake conversion kit for my 67 Mustang. Dan was great and helped me anytime I called for technical assistance and I called several times along the way.The kit is great! It went together with virtually no difficulty. After I worked through all the loose ends of the installation process, the car stops so nicely. I now have the confidence of stopping in traffic in any type of driving condition. When you invest in restoring a vintage car, don t cheap out on the brakes, it could cost you your car and or your life.Thank you Dan and thank you Chockostang!Service: Brakes

Bought most of the power steering components for my 1969 Mustang 428 Cobra Jet (R-Code) from Chockostang for $1426. Additional parts (oil cooler, 3 slot crank pulley, spacer bushing, indexing bracket) via Ebay came to $425. Installation labor came to $1200 bringing the total to $3051. The power steering pump groaned that familiar sound, and leaked fluid where the pressure fitting penetrates the reservoir case. Talked to Dan (Mr. Chocostang). No problem. He can take care of that. Drove down to Murrayville with the pump. Wanted to meet Dan and see his shop. Dan replaced cam-rotor assembly. I drove home and reinstalled the pump. It now groans worse than before, and I now have manual steering again.Called Dan today, 06/28/2016. His response. Must have been installed wrong. Belt is too tight. Cylinder shaft bent (what bullshit - this ain't rocket science). I requested another pump. His response, " I'm not buying another pump. Send yours down, prepaid postage and I'll fix it." (Like before?) I proposed that I buy a new pump (Napa, NPD), and he give me a refund for his the pump. Dan charged me $295 for the pump with bracket on the original order. His offer for the refund - $75 and I pay the shipping. I didn't know that the bracket was worth $220. What a joke. Everything I've stated is no bullshit. This good ole boy sucks.I have invested about $60,000 between purchase and restoration in my baby. This is the only vendor I have dealt with that does not stand behind his product. Any reputable vendor would have made the replacement with a product that works. Not even worth one star.

I had originally given them a 1 star review, but the key to working with them is by telephone and not so much email. Good people.
