We were stopping in Carbondale from out of town (2024 eclipse) when our SUV started having engine problems. We called McCann and they made time to look at it right away (vs. next week at other shops) and were able to diagnose and fix the problem within about 1.5 hours. Ben and the mechanic were very nice, and the price was very reasonable. Very impressed. Also loved the doggo hanging around the shop.

I have always had a good experience and have been very satisfied with the quality of service I have receive at Mccann's. I have taken several vehicles from the place I work and people that I help out. I was very impressed with their knowledge of all types of vehicles and the research they do to make sure the job is done right

To start of I had never did business with McCann's before but I called and explained to them what my problem was and they told me to have my car there the next morning since it was our only vehicle. They called me by 8:30am the next morning and told me what was wrong and after approving the parts they had my car done by the next morning. The owner picked me up at my residence (which he did not have to do) and took me to my vehicle. I am super pleased and will definitely be taking my vehicles back to them. Hard to find this type of people anymore!!

Highly recommend! The staff here is knowledgeable and honest, the pricing is fair, and the turn around time has always been fast for me! I oversee a fleet of 36 vehicles for a local medical organization. I m always looking for the best service with the best turnaround. I tried McCann with a few of our vehicles just to see how they did. I was so impressed I have now committed our entire fleet to be serviced with them exclusively.

McCann's always take care of us extremely well! We have a collision shop and bring McCann's alignments, wheel tire changes, suspension, brake and engine diagnostic work. They are more than reasonable on prices for their repairs. They are also very honest and trust worthy! Highly recommend them!

I ve used McCann Automotive for several services from routine maintenance to installation of custom systems. They came highly recommended and they lived up to my expectations. Their prices are very fair, their work is highly professional and meticulous and performed in a timely manner. As long as I live in the area McCann Automotive will be the mechanic that works on my vehicles.

2012 wrangler over heated on me and I brought it in to be checked out. They are very thorough and looked at all possible areas on the cooling system. I've had to take my car in twice since purchasing it and I've never been let down! These guys do amazing work, they keep close contact, they are super accommodating, and very friendly. I won't go anywhere else to get my vehicles worked on.

Pretty good pricing as fast as labor! I usually buy my parts that I need cause it's faster and a little cheaper that way! They may not have the best location but its family owned and nice he pays attention to detail!

They would not answer there phone after several attempts when trying to make appointment. Went there to there shop and ask why they wouldn t answer phone and Adam (owner) stated I called too much. Very rude and unprofessional. Will never use there services again.

They only place we use for maintenance or repairs. Tires, oil changes and more. Adam can do it all and do it well at a fair price.
