I was rear ended and Grither body shop did an awesome job fixing my 2014 Lexus GS350. It looks like new again. They helped with communicating with the insurance company and getting me into a rental car. I'm so glad that I picked them to fix my car. They got it done in a timely manner and I m very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend them. Thank you Grither body and paint shop.

Grither s entire team is such a delight to deal with! They take care of you from the moment you call after an accident. They handled our insurance being difficult and kept all the stress away from us.Great customer service, perfect body work, WONDERFUL team!

After a nearly 5 month wait because of back order on parts and availability at an great auto body that I had used many times, I began to look elsewhere to try get itfixed.. I also decided to use local again.. not only did they make immediate accommodations, they kept me updated quite frequently on the work that was being done and part availability and modifications that were needing adjusted on the estimate.. They went above and beyond to have my car being done in reasonable amount of time, and look amazing when finished. The customer service was excellent and was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be using them again if a situation arises! Thank you Grither!!

Got caught in a hail storm while moving at the end of 6/2023 and my 2017 Rav 4 took a good beating. I turned it into insurance and chose grithers to do the work. From drop off to pick up, I received outstanding customer service. And to my surprise, when I picked my vehicle up, it looked new! Was cleaned and detailed, inside and out. Speaking from someone who works in customer service, I will always take my vehicles to Grithers from here on out! Thank you for putting your customers first and going a above and beyond!

The best! The at fault drivers insurance was being terrible and not following laws on rental cars and claim acceptance - these folks became my mini law team! Fought tooth and nail to get thing right and worked out. So thankful!! Then I get my car back and it s beautiful! So happy all around. Great shop and great service! 5 star! Best recommendation I have ever received for auto body repair. Very professional and helpful from the first minute. I had extensive damage to my SUV after hitting a large deer. The expertise Grither s showed in dealing with my insurance company made me comfortable leaving the details in their capable hands. I recently got into an accident in a parking lot. It was small, but did some damage to the front of my SUV. I knew to call Grither Paint and Body, because they really are the best. They got me right in, the customer service was excellent with polite and friendly staff. I picked up my car and it looked perfect! Paint was spot on and looked great! I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean my car was too. They even cleaned the inside of my car some. I was very pleased with my experience and will continue to recommend Grither Paint and Body! Ben and his team did a great job on my truck. I spoke to the team prior to making my insurance claim so I was able to have the truck repaired the right way! I brought my car in for cosmetic repairs after someone backed into me in a parking lot. They were very thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, and did an excellent job. I was also pleasantly surprised to pick up a vehicle that had been completely cleaned from the inside out! The interior of my car looks better now than when I dropped it off and that isn't even what required work. Highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

A driver T boned the side of my car pretty decent. I took the car to Ben after recommendations from the community. We tried to go through the liable driver's insurance, and I really appreciated it when Ben called me to tip me off that her insurance was trying to total my car. The claim went to my insurance then, and Ben & his team continued to roll with the punches. They were on top of it, dealt with all the insurance stuff for me, relayed all the information clearly, got me copies of all my documents, etc. Absolutely NO shady business here. My car looks so good, all shiny and even better than when I bought it. They are a fantastic team that did not take advantage of a young 20-something who is not from the area.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto interior vacuuming

This is the highest quality body shop I have ever used! They are friendly, efficient, and have your best interest at heart. They worked with my insurance company and my vehicle was repaired very quickly! Not only was my car repaired from the damage on the outside but it was detailed inside and out! Ben and his crew are simply outstanding!

I can't recommend Grither highly enough! I just picked my truck up after they completed repairs from a collision. They were extremely helpful with my insurance company and communicated clearly and effectively through the entire process. Their expertise made what could have been a confusing experience into a smooth one. I'm hoping to avoid any future collisions, but if I had one I'd take it back to them.Also, I offroad my truck and it lives in a perpetual state of mud smears and dirt, but they gave it back to me in such clean condition I was shocked! Now I have to get it dirty all over again!

About a year ago, I dented my bumper and then a carwash damaged my fender in Florida while I was on a travel assignment. Now I'm in Illinois on another travel assignment and decided I wanted my paid off car fixed and boy! Am I glad I stumbled onto this place! They are wonderful people, reasonable prices, and excellent customer service! I'm in a town that doesn't apparently have Lyft or Uber, let alone a taxi service, and they offered me a ride to and from my Airbnb that luckily wasn't too far from their shop. My car looks pre-Florida (like it never happened) and I completely appreciated the kindness and exceptional service at Grither! I highly recommend you coming here for any bodywork you may need!Thank you guys for everything!

GRITHER PAINT AND BODY INC is a VERY high quality, professionally run & staffed Auto/Truck paint and body shop. I spoke with Ben Grither on several occasions as he was overseeing the repair of my much-prized GMC 2018 Denali 1500 Sierra Crew Cab Pick Up truck. I was also able to view the Grither Paint and Body shop from inside the actual work area. The shop was clean, very well-organized, and was efficiently run by a professional staff. They were all working steadily, but not cutting corners. Each person on the staff that I was able to observe appeared to know precisely what they were doing. After first meeting Ben, and observing the Grither Paint and Body shop, any fears I might have had regarding the quality of the work being done on my truck faded rapidly away...and when it comes to work being done on my truck I freely acknowledge I can be difficult to deal with. Ben, from my very first conversation with him to the final conversation, impressed me as an honest, consummate professional and deeply knowledgeable regarding all aspects of his business. My truck was finished in a very reasonable amount of time, AND, the estimate of the time required to fix my truck that Ben first gave to me was accurate to the day. Finally, when I arrived to pick my truck up it was parked in front of the Grither Paint and Body shop offices. It looked BETTER than the day I took delivery of it from the dealer. The repair work was as perfect as anyone could have done. I am very picky when it comes to the care of my truck and I checked it very thoroughly. The fact is, they made my truck look better than I could have done. One day I will have to ask Ben if he can divulge his secret!Services: Electrical repair, Body & Trim, Car waxing

I've been a repeat customer of Grither P&B for several years, including work on a BMW, Audi, Porsche, and Mercedes. The work is always top notch and reasonably priced. Grither is the place to go if you want factory-quality repairs completed on a timely basis. They also do great working with insurance companies. Highly recommended!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Did an amazing job on my Civic! They were quick to get the parts in for my car and fix the damage. Great at giving updates and even cleaned my car once it was done! Highly recommend.

The costumer service here is unbeatable! They worked with my insurance after an accident and made everything painless on my end. Just picked up my 08 Mustang GT and am very impressed with the repair. I have used Grithers for years and have always been very happy with their work. I have referred many of my customers over the years and still highly recommend them for any auto body repairs.

Ben is always a pleasure to deal with. I hit a deer and he took great care of my car and they even cleaned it up! I refer him to EVERYONE that ask about a body shop. Above and beyond helpful. My Mom was in a wreck we had the car towed to Grithets. Insurance chose to total it. Even after that we could call them for information about the car and they were so helpful and nice to deal with.

They did a great job on my truck after I smashed a deer with the front of it! Grither's left it looking better than it did when I bought it. The cab and steering wheel were free of grease and very clean when I picked it up too. Thank you guys!!!

I've had to use this company twice, and cannot say enough wonderful things about them. It's rare that I would rate a business this highly, but Grither's Paint and Body absolutely deserves it. They provide top-notch service and work - if I could give Grither's more than five stars, I would. The. Best!

Phenomenal work! I had them do some body work, bed liner and cavity wax on my truck. Not only was the work great, but it was washed, waxed and detailed when I picked it up!

Grither paint and body is a hometown Autobody shop with insane equipment and new technologies that allow them to do the highest quality repair. Ben and his crew are top notch. Highly recommend !
