Avoid this O'Reilly with all cost, they have employees that are not fully trained nor knowledgeable and will give you the wrong parts for your car.These employees also are liars.Advance Auto part is my recommendation. They actually have people that know what they're doing.

Very bad experience and waste of time. First, Cody failed to provide the correct parts for my car, which I had ordered for pickup. Second, when I tried to return the parts, he failed to give me my money back. He suggested that I go to a different, much bigger store because he claimed to have no money in his store. So, I drove to the Round Lake Beach IL location, and thanks to the manager there, the situation was resolved regarding the parts and money return.

The man that helped me was very rude and jumped over me and helped someone else! All I needed was help with fuses he told me he was busy and he didn't have time hello I am in a handicap parking I barely can walk and you can't help me with fuses I won't come back and you lost a great costumer from Texas in Texas O'Reilly was my #1 but here hmm I guess it's autozone

I went to get refund on my purchaseOf my gas cap didn t workI just bought it Tuesday morningAnd I went back but they couldn tFind the receiptThey have to get better system for the coustomer

When I bought green antifreeze I wish the person who waited on me had asked if maybe I really wanted the orange antifreeze. Got home and mixed the two. I know it's on me but one simple question would have been nice.

O'Reilly's the place where AutoZone can't find it. The staff is knowledgeable and today the gentleman actually came out and help me with the light and it turned out I needed a different part and they had in stock I am saved time in money. They follow all the covid-19 rules. I go there often

Normally, I like O'Reilly's. It's not the first time that they seemed understaffed to me, but it's the first time that I waited in a line with only three people for nearly 15 minutes. There were two employees there but apparently the issue that the guy at the register had required both of them.

Very very helpful - helped me with my old battery that wasn t working and got me a new one and took it out To my car, gave me great advice on how to replace review mirror. Would purchase from again and would highly recommend Carl snd Greg

The staff were polite and helped me with my issue and were knowledgeable about their products. They even let me swap my battery out in their parking lot. Great experience overall

The O'Reilly Auto Part's store in Mundelein is a great store to shop for your car it's a newer auto part's store that extremely clean and the staff are really friendly and extremely helpful. The O'Reilly Auto Part's store is always kept stock with almost everything you need for your automobile, you are able to go in to get what you need and get out with very fast customer service.

Arrived at 8:55 to grab an item and get out. Took 10 seconds to grab it and get to the counter as it was by the door. Got some attitude from the employee. I get that it's time to go, but there's no reason to audibly curse when you see a customer ready to check out at 8:55.

O'Reilly is always amazing. First time dumping out oil since I only recently heard of it. Keep in mind there's an exclusion list for all the HAZWASTE that can't be sorted and dumped in with the rest

I've ordered parts from here multiple times that weren't in stock. EVERY time there was a drastic time delay in O'Reilly receiving them from their warehouse. Each time the manager was the one involved, too bad Andy didn't help me - he seems more versed in what time cuttoffs there are related to when a part will be delivered by what time. I stopped using them altogether now.

Best customer service,parts always available and if your part is not in stock,those guys go out of their way to get it for you ASAP. They get part delivery pretty fast. It only takes them few hours same day delivery,or next morning you will get it.
