I get my oil changed here and they are so fantastic. The other day while I was here my tire light came on I went in and asked them if they would be able to fill that tire for me and not only did they fill that tire they also checked all of my tires without charging me for it. Would recommend them to anyone I know.

I got 2 front tires about a week ago. After installation and inspection they gave me back my keys....all good to go. The drivers side had 18 psi and the passenger only had 22 psi.....it was supposed to br 36 psi.

Came with a hole in my tire that was leaking air. They were able to fix it for only 15 bucks, very friendly mechanics. Giving 4 stars since they never called me when it was done, but still happy with the overall experience. Would recommend for cheap fixes.

Was able to come in in the middle of the day when they weren't busy. Got a oil change done at about 45 minutes. Nice guys working there

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Got us in the same day and replaced a tire that I had gotten a warranty on. I had gone to the auto center on university in Peoria and they would not help because of staffing. I drove over to Morton and I had pleasant customer service and got my car fixed same day.

I was shopping at Walmart and when I came out I had a flat tire. The men in the tire shop helped me out and changed it for me.. their names were Matt and Travis.. they went above and beyond!! It s just unusual this day and age to have such great customer service.. thank you guys!!Service: TiresService: Tires

I had 2 tires put on the 9th of Oct then made an appt for Oct 23rd to get 2 more tires put on the front at 8am. I showed at 7:48 then to be told I do not have an appt (which I made with Darren B). Hmmm, I even had it put in my phone calendar. I was told the appt wasn't made or it got canceled. Sooo, needless to say here I am at Washington Walmart getting my tires put on with no appt, comfy chair and watching television. Thank you Washington Walmart!!!

The guy was rude on the phone when I was looking for a tire. Cut me off said I only need the size of tire not other numbers this was Morton Walmart. East Peoria Tire will always get my car business

I made an appointment for tire rotation/oil change. I showed up and the doors are locked and they weren't open. I am sure the worker making the appointment did not do so intentionally but I suggest making it impossible for them to schedule appointments on days that they will not be open.

Waited one hour for an oil change, even though no other cars were present (for that particular area). Walmart "claims" they will call or page you once the work is complete. We finally returned to investigate the delay. The job had been done for some time. The car was parked outside. No one bothered to let us know -- neither the guy who was sitting in the office, nor the girl chatting with him in the doorway. Take your car to Jiffy Lube, folks! It'll be ready in 15 minutes.

Have always had good service at the Morton WalMart Tire Center. Oil changes done right. Ordered in my Michelin tires from them & they got them on for me. All good.

Had my bulb replaced real quick when I realized it was out after getting off of work. Normally would change it myself, but was 30 minutes from home with no light since it was night time. $7 plus bulb cost. Seriously can't beat that.

Refused to change oil on my car dispite ariving at 4:15. Also falsely claimed my tired were damaged.

Had a simple hole in my tire, other shops would have cost a ton, but Walmart did it for 10$ (at the time) and were really quick. Guys in the shop did good work for me

Had a nail in my tire 2" from side wall on bottom of tire the tire was new and walmart said they could not plug it . Wanted to sale me new tire . I drove across the street to farm and fleet they pluged my tire and told me walmart does that all the time . Will not go to walmart again.

Not great, some what disorganized. It took me two trips to get tires because the hours posted were different then the actual hours.

Couldn't figure out how to get 8 pop clips off to change my oil. These people should not be allowed to touch customer cars
