I had been looking for a Ram 2500 truck and found one at the Sam Leman Dealership in Morton, which happens to be 3 hours from where I live. I called and was put in contact with Noah. Noah was a great salesman, answered all my questions, was great to negotiate with and incredible to work with. This was a great truck buying experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and I would also suggest you ask for Noah to help you out in that experience. Thank you Sam Leman, and thank you Noah!!!

This was my second time buying a car from Sam Leman in Morton and both experiences were great! Braden didn t waste my time showing me vehicles that didn t meet my specified requirements. He was very knowledgeable about the details of the vehicle. Tom did everything he could to meet be at my price point. There were no complaints about staying late to ensure I was able to leave with the car that day. Overall 10/10! Will work with them again!

Was able to purchase a car that was pretty hard to find, however they were not very honest about the actual condition of the car. What was "Maybe an aftermarket exhaust system" turned out to be straight-pipes. Failed to tell me that it wasn't passing emissions as well. A check engine light and an active suspension service warning greeted me the morning after I purchased the car. They said the warranty provided by them and the warranty I purchased on top would not cover repairs for the suspension and that the check engine "Probably isn't a problem" and that "Some cars are just sensitive to cold". It's in a shop now and still don't know what repairs are. Do not buy a used car here.Update:Car would not get through emissions due to stored codes that they cleared before I bought the car and did not tell me. The codes reappeared the day after I bought the car. These codes prevent me from passing emissions and registering the car. Also failed to tell me the car was tuned for 93. They refused to fix the source of my permanent codes and my only other option was very expensive. Ended up selling the car and had a heck of a time cancelling the warranty. Called the number they provided to get help, only to be hung up on multiple times and then told they didn't know what I wanted and that they would call me back with advice later. No call. Absolutely crappy dealership. Run from this place as fast as you can.

Orlando was exceptional in every step of our purchase, from browsing the lot to finalizing the deal, he went beyond our expectations without being a car salesman - you know what I mean, he s super professional and I consider him the friendliest person we ve ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle, couldn t ask for a nicer guy and if we ever are in the situation to buy another he will be the one who gets our business

Recently bought a car here and can t say enough about the amazing customer service I received!! Braden was my sales rep and went above and beyond to find something I loved! He answered all my questions and if he didn t know the answer he found someone who did. It was my first big purchase and he made the process very easy and made I was less nervous. The sales manager, John was also very nice and came out to talk to us and shook our hand and thanked us and was very helpful and involved throughout the whole process! I love my car and couldn t be happier! Thank you to everyone at Sam Leman who made it possible and I definitely will continue to come there in future for car repairs or another car someday! :)

No complaints about the car I bought. It's a nice car that happened to sit on their lot for a long time and was priced about 11 grand under MSRP. Offer on my trade was low enough that I seriously considered just keeping it. Ended up also buying their paint and fabric protection due to the salesman's repeated and emphatic promises that it covered chips and scratches and that if anything happens, I just bring the car in and they will take care of it. Turns out none of that is true, so I recommend against their paint and fabric protection unless you just want a very expensive detailing job that you can finance with your car. They also offer "protection packages" that include extended warranties and types of insurance you've probably never even heard of.

I bought a very expensive truck from Lehman. In negotiating the deal, I was able to get a rebate due to my employer, and was also eligible for $500 rebate as first responder. I was not made aware of the $500 rebate at time of buying, however.A few weeks after buying, the salesman, AJ, contacted me and said he needed more/additional proof of my employment so they could collect on the rebate, they applied for. This was a urgent matter and I responded and gave them the info they needed and they apparently got their money for that.At about that same time I became aware of the $500 first responder discount and I asked the salesman about that and provided the verification code I got from Ram website. I asked him to please try to obtain the rebate even though it was after the sale. After several more weeks (month plus I think) of unreturned calls, I finally got hold of him on the phone. He said it was too late, that rebate time limit had expired - since it had NOW been more than 90d after the sale. Of course, I provided the info needed, well within the 90d.I felt the salesman was not telling the truth. So I spoke with the lady to who handles the rebates and she confirmed my suspicion. The salesman did not even bother giving the info to the person handling incentives /rebates until months after I have him the info.Long story short, the salesman lied direct to me. He told me the info was 'submitted' when it was not.This is confirmed by the person I spoke to as well as Ram incentive dept themselves. Knowing that I was lied to, I was able contact RAM Incentives directly. The confirmed nothing had been submitted and even took my application for the rebate. I had to provide them all the details again, but they actually approved and have sent me the $500. I got the check two days, even well beyond the 90d.So, I did get the rebate, but no help from salesman who claimed 'the sale was just the start of the 'relationship' and anything I needed, just ask. What a load!If you are considering dropping 70K+ on a new truck, surely there must be another place that just won't blatantly lie to you. Shop elsewhere!

I bought my DREAM CAR a Charger Widebody Scatpack last week. Too be honest, this was my first new car purchase. Justin Fehr made the experience EXTREMELY EASY. I did everything via e-mail, and was able to pay to have the car shipped in an enclosed transport truck to my home. The whole transaction took about a week. And God-willing, I ll be be getting my Scatpack delivered this weekend, or early next week. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND reaching out to Justin for your new or used car needs.

Never expected this kind of treatment from a dealership. The kid helping me was a good guy, very clear about everything and did a stellar job. However, his boss Bauer showed a type of unprofessionalism that I genuinely didn t expect. Yes I m not from the US originally, but in no sense does that mean I have to get put down and disrespected. I watched Bauer help some customers with a smile on his face and being in a cheery mood. Yet when it came to me, he gave snarky remarks and didn t even want to give me a minute of his time. If you want to sell cars pal you got to be able to work with all types of customers. It was like he was against me because I am not an American (gladly earned my citizenship many years ago). Wouldn t recommend this dealer to anyone!

Our sales experience was pretty good. Our sales person was great. Financing was an issue as the person was pushy and wouldn't listen when we told him what warranties we wanted and didn't want. Service was pretty good. Came in for a tailgate issue and was told it was fixed. Double checked before leaving and it wasn't fixed. Let them know, they apologized, rechecked it and figured out the issue. They had to keep my vehicle over night to wait for the part but fixed it first thing in the morning. Overall the experience wasn't bad. We aren't from here so the wait time for service was a bit surprising at 2 weeks out but overall experience was 4 stars.

Run away fast bought a jeep at a certain monthly payment ended up $100 more than we was told it was going to be. Also Jeep was just about out of gas woudn't even kick in for gas. After got it off the lot had to put gas in it then air in the tire. Now found out tire a a slow leak in it called and emailed salesman no response back. Highlight of buying process was the finance guy belittling us because we didn't want the extended warranty they was offering basically saying we couldn't afford it thats why we didn't want it.

I work for a Company that helps our clients buy vehicles all over the country. Our clients are busy people and don't have the time to deal with the back and forth with the dealership because it takes time. I called in and talked with Ted and all I wanted to do was get some information on the pickup my client was interested in. Our clients buy the vehicle directly from the dealership. All we do is get information on the vehicle, set everything up for our client so they don't have to spend hours finding information out and spend hours at the dealership. I have 17 years experience in the dealership industry and that is why our clients hire us. I have never experienced something like this before.Thanks for the reply!!! Your salesperson never even let me explain how we do things. We really aren't brokers, we are consultants for our clients. Our clients buy directly from the dealership, we don't buy the vehicle from the dealership, so we aren't like most brokers at all. Our job is to make sure the vehicle they are interested in is a good deal, the vehicle is good mechanically and cosmetically and we set everything up with the dealership, so our client can come in and test drive the vehicle, sign the papers and leave. Most of our clients do not have the time to sit around the dealership and wait for information and paperwork to get done. If your salesperson would of listened to me from the start instead of being rude to me and my client when he called. None of this would of happened.

Our history with previous vehicle purchases has always left us sour. Until last year when bought my husband's 2023 Ram from AJ at Sam Leman. We went back 2024 to purchase my 2024 Jeep. I've been a customer for 10 yrs. and today was the first time that I was warmly greeted and made to feel welcome and comfortable. I was 12 minutes late due to an unexpected slight emergency and I arrived flustered and embarrassed as I am normally a person who always arrives too early to appointments. The lady who greeted me assured me it was ok as they were running behind anyway and that I had nothing to worry about. She directed me to the waiting lounge and told me to make myself comfortable and just relax. It made me feel so much better! I can't remember her name and feel terrible about this but I have to say she is the ONLY person who's greeted me there in all the years I've been going, that treated me like a PERSON and not just another number. So THANK YOU!!

Dennis Jordan is amazing! We have bought 2 vehicles this year from Sam Leman in Morton. Dennis was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He is very friendly and helped keep our kiddos occupied while we were busy with the buying process! Both vehicles have been great! Beautiful and clean facility! The reason for the three stars is, because this service person checking in could not answer my questions; in regards to what the recall was actually for. I also got an oil change at the same time not my normal place, but it cost over $100, this is without a tire rotation or filters being changed.If it wasn t for the recall, I would not have chosen this location.

Sales representative, Ted Raines was extremely helpful with my special order Challenger purchase and smooth delivery process. He ensured the car was ready and out front for inspection at the requested appointment time. It was assuring to have text and emailed information prior to arriving. Rob Ford and the loan guy bent over backwards to get me my 2021 Jeep Cherokee. I'm in love with this car! They made the whole car buying process easy. I had my doubts if I could get this car or not. I'll definitely be back to buy a new vehicle from you guys in the future.

First time taking my Chrysler van to the dealership to be serviced. I won't be returning again. They managed to break the pvc valve and my engine malfunctioned on me 4 days after service. I tried to reach the service department and had to leave a message. They couldn't get me in for a few days and didn't offer to help get my vehicle to the dealership because it wasn't drivable. I would not recommend this service department. Their prices are high too. I got my batteries replaced at interstate battery for half the price they quoted me.

I have purchased my last five vehicles from the Sam Leman Morton location, four of which I worked with salesman Anthony "AJ" Jenkins. AJ provided a no nonsense experience, with no high pressure sales pitch. His personable attitude to helping me find the right car was what kept bringing me back to the Morton Leman store. If you are thinking about buying, definitely reach out to AJ when you are in the market!
