If I could give negative stars I would as Sam Leman auto sold me a vehicle that they cleared the misfire code on the 2013 Ford cmax on without correcting the problem. Very dishonest and poor way to do business in my opinion.

Fred Snellen and Adam Blue were phenomenal at their jobs. We went in and test drove the vehicle and within a short time we had the keys and drove off with a new car. It was amazing!!

Great place. The staff genuinely care about helping solving the customers issue, whether purchasing or needing vehicle service. I bought my second used car from them yesterday and again they were awesome. They patiently worked with me and kept in touch about used vehicles they had that met my criteria and budget. Took a few weeks before I finally found one I was happy with. I was admittedly being picky lolSpecial shout out to Manager Jim Hicks and Salesperson Travis Barnes over at Sam Leman Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram. You guys were great, thank you

Drove 185 miles to pick up my new F-150 King Ranch. Jason Lewis was my sales person and he did an excellent job of taking care of my needs and having my new truck ready when promised. Thanks to all involved from the prep department to the 2 ladies that assisted me in the business office. All was done very professional. And Jason as you said to me when I left if I have any issues to let you know, and I will. Thanks again, I enjoyed my ride home!

Travis Grush is an awesome salesman. He was very thorough in helping me purchase my new Chrysler Pacifica giving me all the information I needed to help me make an informed decision. I love my new van & look forward to driving it for many years to come.

This dealership is hands down one of the best dealerships I ve come across in a while. If you want a car I suggest you get with Suzi Williams. She s very pleasant and she went above and beyond to seal the deal and get me into a brand new 2019 car. She even picked me up from the train station in my brand new car. The dealership reps are very pleasant and helpful with everything. I recommend going through this dealership if you want a awesome experience buying a car. Thanks Suzi

Great facility, loaner vehicles, and most of the staff is knowledgeable. They might try to sell you, but it s a dealership. What would you expect? A repair here cost me almost 7times what it did at Firestone Complete, but at least it looks cool if you plan on selling your car at a high price.

Tom McAvoy is the guy to buy a vehicle from! My boyfriend and I both have bought vehicles one last year and another this year, he talked us through the whole process and made things so simple! Definitely will be buying from him in the future!

I was driving with the speed of traffic on 55 (This road always drives fast). Apparently, whoever was driving their dealer vehicle didn't like me going faster than him so he slammed his brakes in front of me. After getting off on the same exit, he was swerving so I couldn't pass him. Don't think I'll ever be buying one of their cars anytime soon. That can't be good on a brand new car they will eventually sell to somebody. I guess the rumor is true they tear them up and sell them.

My son had his f250 in for exspensive repair and had to wait 3 weeks without his truck for a part to come in. Was repeatedly told the part was coming the next day. You replaced the part and when he picked it up had to take it back the same day because it wasn t fixed. Come to find out it was only a bad sensor. The initial repair wasn t even needed in the first place. Should get refund. Will never buy from or use Leman again.

We recently bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Anthony "AJ" Jenkins at the Morton Sam Leman. We started online and with guidance from AJ we found the perfect Jeep! Then we were able to come in and complete the deal quickly. AJ was super helpful and worked hard to keep the process moving quickly.Buying a new vehicle has always been a pain, but this time AJ & the Sam Leman staff made it move quicker and painless! Thanks AJ!

Everytime I take a vehicle in for repairs they look for something else that is "wrong" with the vehicle. Last time when I took my truck in for recall work they told me that some of my rear lights were out. I told them not to do anything about them. I checked all the lights when I picked up the truck and they all worked just fine. They would constantly cold call me about trading in my vehicles.

Twice Bitten. I will never buy a used car from Sam Leman dealers. I bought a 2006 Ford 3+ years ago and a 2009 Mazda a year+ ago. The Ford leaks a lot of oil, 1.5 quarts per 1000 miles. Drips on garage floor. OK, so my bad for not realizing it when purchased as all signs were there. Attempts to fix 3 months after purchase with dealer went nowhere under their 50/50 warranty. So chalked it up to my missing it. But the Mazda just added insult to financial injury. The car had a bent wheel/rim when purchased. We worked out a 50/50 deal to replace it within a month. But on the day of replacement they said ordered a 17 wheel and the car has 18 wheels. Said the 18 are custom wheels put on at some point. They also said 18 is more expensive and they couldn t go 50/50 anymore. I trusted them. OK, so something else I ll need to fix later. Then I noticed within two months it was also using oil. But the service department said their used car warranty insurance company forces them to go thru a multi-month oil tracking process. They take the car around the corner outside of the service desk just to check the oil. Oil level was within range every time. Of course, they didn t know I took pictures of dip stick before bringing it in. And as most of us do, we give up at this point. I was just going to write them off quietly. Learn from my mistakes. But then . . . . the last straw occurred. I recently took it back for a recall and they included a vehicle inspection for free. Yet they completely missed 2 bulges or bumps in the sidewall of a tire. Nor mentioned anything about a bad wheel bearing. Obvious when doing a full vehicle inspection. As I needed to replace couple tires now, good time to replace the bent wheel. I started to research 17 wheels to replace all 4 because should be cheaper and at one point told all of them were bent. After much research, inspecting tire stickers on car in driver door, consulting with two more tire dealers . . . the current 18 rims are the original!!!!! What???? The sticker on the door says it all. And the service department should know their own car models!!!!! Yes, now I m completely frustrated and instead of small claims court, I present my case to the court of public opinion. I will not be bitten a 3rd time.

After extensively speaking with the salesperson DeAndre over the phone, my husband flew from North Carolina to Bloomington, IL to purchase a heavy duty, slightly used truck. We had put a deposit and everything. They even told us if we didnt come within a day or so, they were putting the truck back on the lot. So my husband made the trip. When trying to negotiate, they made NO concessions. They didnt want to give us any deals. Also, we were purchasing the truck in my name and I had to stay home with the kids. The only way they said we could do this was by mailing paperwork to me and for me to mail it back notorized (they refused to do anything over email and they didn't even present the idea of giving my husband POA to sign for me). So we started this process.. all while my husband was spending now almost a week in Bloomington IL. After getting the paperwork and trying to scramble after these people made NO concessions and no help, my own private financing told me that they were seeing some issue with the title, and if they could just have proof that the dealership had the title, they would finance the vehicle. GUESS WHAT. THE DEALERSHIP DIDNT HAVE THE TITLE TO THE TRUCK. They had MAILED me papers to sell me a vehicle that they didnt even have the title to! If they were waiting on the title, they could have just told us, but instead they were playing games and allowed my husband and i to spend almost $500 in travel in hotels WHILE THEY NEVER HAD THE TITLE. Then tried to convince me to instead finance with them since my credit union wouldnt finance a vehicle without title in hand! As if I want to purchase a vehicle from them at this point. This was my most nightmare experience ever trying to purchase a vehicle. They weren't upfront, allowed us to spend a bunch of money to travel there, and assumed because my husband spent the money and traveled that we wouldn't turn down the truck. Well we did. I would not recommend ANYONE to go here they are at the very least, an unethical dealership, and at the most, are trying to scam people. If I could give 0 stars I'd give 0 stars.

Sold me a new truck, but only gave me one key. Three weeks later and I m still getting the runaround. I learned two important lessons: 1. Make sure both keys are provided before purchasing the automobile. 2. Don t buy a vehicle from a Sam Leman dealership.

This place is great they were so helpful with getting me into my new car. The staff were so friendly and kind. They also are getting down to business and laying everything out on the table of car selection possibilities, etc. It didnt take long to process the paper work at all either.

We recently puchased another new Mazada from this company. We returned to this dealership because the of quality of the personnell and service. We have worked with Victor and request him when we ever are ready to purchase another vehicle. He is incredible knowledgeable and has an easy going personality. We never feel pressured to purchase a car and if we have any queations he is always available or returns our calls in a timely manner. He is a great salesman and this is a great dealership.

Worst dealership that I have ever experienced. Dirty and dusty vehicles on the showroom floor. ZERO customer service skills by any of the staff. They should fire everyone and start over as no one cares about the person paying their paycheck. Sad.

Not sure how I am going to like the new arrangement. One safety problem is having to cross the drive in area to get to and from customers service. We will see. I miss Wayne. I hear he is now at Ford service.

Bought an F-150 6 months ago and the salesman hid the fact the truck had a stretched timing chain. There are more reputable dealerships than this group.
