Always so very helpful. And a huge shout out to Bob! I brought my grandmother's old 2009 cobalt and her headlight was out and it can be a little hard getting that headlight in there, thanks to Bob he did that and a blinker in 10-15min, made sure it was working and good to go! Thanks a lot for the help Bob!

Took them 3 weeks to deliver our parts and we were told it was one day!!! Even our mechanic had called them and they were saying they were delivered ended up they were delivered to wrong place and no follow up on their part when asked about them. We had to made a special trip to follow up on them ourselves!!!!

I recieved the best customer service here not once but twice! When the bearded older gentleman is working you will get the best customer service and that is why I will always come here. He installed a car battery for me and didn't charge me for a part until he was sure it would work.

I prefer this store over any others in town. The usually have what I need and it's usually not super busy. The staff is always helpful and friendly if you need them. If they're not busy and you look a little lost they will ask if you need help. It's usually a much faster in-and-out and better prices here than others in town.

There was a lady there I can't remember her name I know she had long brown hair but she is very courteous and very helpful just like everyone else there thank you guys

The assistant manager needs to quit bringing her kid to work and letting him get in customers way, thought it was an Auto Parts store not a daycare...also needs to dress alittle more professionally instead of going to commercial customer accounts dressed like she's working at a strip club...

Had wht I need for my 2018 I Chevy Cruze and very nice people in there and they are very helpful to put it on for u on thing they can do but limte but great helpers

Lemonte is a great manager and has good people working for him! They always have what I need or can get it quickly for good pricing. They price match all others and go the extra mile to help. Highly recommend!

I brought my car there to get checked. We had some issues with the first guy that helped us but he was very nice just new. When a more experienced worker helped everything was taken care of! Everyone there has great customer service and friendly!

The store has the most helpful employees and the Manager Lamont is always there to helpHe recently helped me with a wrong part I received he took it back and the correct part was little more expensive and he did not charge me any more than I paid for the wrong part He also has a great inventory or can get a lot of parts overnight I highly recommend them

Big thanks to Jimmy he came through in a clutch I was on my way to Montana from NC and my plate was stolen of my work and Jimmy went above and beyond to make me a temporary plate. Thank you so much you are awesome

Competitive prices convenient location but there is only a few people that work there and actually take customer service seriously three guys that were there today seem like they would ratherhe doing absolutely anything else besides helping the customer stood in line for five or six minutes until two other employees randomly appeared from the back

Great guys! Very helpful! I've left Advanced Auto several times lately very upset with how rude they were. I will definitely be spending my money at O'Reilly from now on.

These guys are really nice in here. I've got 2 parts from here that didn't fit my vehicles. No worries though, the staff are helpful in trying to get you what you need.

The people here are knowledgable and their parts quality is leaps and bounds above their competition. Just wish their prices weren't just as high as everybody else. This is my go to for parts if I don't have time to wait for delivery

I am a female that happens to be somewhat mechanically inclined. However upon walking in the enployee immediately talked to me in a way that insinuated I didn't know the first thing about a car.... Even if that was true there is no need to talk in a condescending way to someone!

This O'reilley store is great. Lamont runs it well. They always have helpful, nice people behind the counter, and the match competitor prices with no fighting.

Tested an alternator for me real quick like. Didn't have one in stock, but still get 5 stars for helpfulness.
