My car died and needed a quick jump. We called and had Lewis come out to help us. There was a misunderstanding about payment because we had thought we could get a bill and take it to my insurance company. We hadnt known it would be a whopping 75 dollars just for a jump. As soon as I explained I didnt even have money for gas, diapers for my kid, or let alone a jump and would have to have somebody come and pay him for me. He was immediately irate and rude. My father tried to close the hood and got pushed out of the way by lewis. Then called the cops and claimed we refused to pay. We did NOT refuse. He did NOT tell us it would be payment up front or have any sort of compassion. He got physical with my father and made threats about him being an ex convict and threatened to hit my dad. I would never ever refer this company or the driver again. Im happy it wasnt freezing outside because i had my toddler in the car waiting while we dealt with police. Absolutely ridiculous. Poor service and a rip off. 75 for a jump? Seriously?

I got my car towed by this company. Boy were they great! I called and they said they would be 2 hours before they could get to me. I was Leary as they wanted me to leave it with keys and go home and they would bring it later. I took a leap of faith and did it. 2 hours later, my car showed up in my driveway, and they even gave me a discount for the wait. I will call again if I need a tow! 5 stars to you!!! 10 if they would let me.Thanks again!Service: Car towing

Rude customer service ! They don t have the correct address on google! Wasted gas going to incorrect address. They charge a ridiculous amount , basically getting over what the service is worth for ANY towing company.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

It was after hours when the car broke down. Chuck's Towing and Recovery drove 11 miles to do what this company, which was only 1 mile away, wouldn't do for us. I recommend Chuck's Towing over them if you need late night service: Friendly, courteous, prompt, reasonable price.

Had to have a vehicle moved from Morton to East Peoria and at a reasonable rate. Even though it wasn't an immediate job needing completed Lewis was quick, within 30 minutes of my call and very courteous. Took care of the vehicle as if it was his own car. I was stranded in Morton with a dead engine. The gentleman I talked to was so nice - immediately made sure I was in a safe place and was taken care of. Within 5 minutes, he had what he needed and I could be on my way with my ride home. Within an hour, my car was safely delivered to Bloomington. I don't think you can get much better service than that.Service: Car towing

Their driver Lou is extremely rude. Gets very irate for no reason yelling and cursing at us. Yells have a good f'ing day and when we asked what? he comes up to our window asking what we are going to do about it. When we try to leave he gets in a car and chased us blaring his horn yelling and screaming right by my drivers door. Very bizarre place.

My son skid off the highway yesterday and ended up in a ditch. He had called your company for help and was treated very rudely before being hung up on. I won't repeat here everything that was said because it wouldn't be appropriate. I was 30 minutes away from him trying to get there as fast as I could. How could anyone leave a 16 year old stranded all by himself? I will never refer anyone to your company. Very disappointed!

My car broke down on my way home from working a 10 hour shift. Alternator went out. Had to have it towed back home. Gave these guys a call and they came out right away. Very nice, very professional. My wife called this company for a tow all the way in Peoria Heights and within just a couple hours he had towed our van to the designated dealership and was able to take our payment over the phone. I have been very blessed in the fact that it took until I was 29 yrs old before I ever needed to be towed. But, the night that I got towed was a night of many firsts for me. On this particular night, my car broke down, started smoking, an officer pulled over with his lights flashing and called me a tow truck. I was sobbing on the phone with my insurance company trying to figure out if my insurance was going to be able to cover the charge of the tow. I live pay check to pay check and couldn't afford a tow right before my car payment was due. The officer called this tow company and I couldn't have been happier with the service I received. At first, it was a little rough because I was extremely emotional. I didn't know where I was, I was out of town, and I didn't know how far it was going to be until I could get home. Lou picked me up, took me 25 miles back to where I needed to be, and managed to calm me down in a way that was extremely professional and knowledagble. He even gave me options as to why my car could've broken down in the first place. I was overwhelmed and at my weakest moment on the road, Lou was amazing. Would refer this tow truck company to anyone who asks! 5 stars isn't enough!!Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

It was fine until the driver started acting like a child and wanted to argue about everything and nothing. Still till this moment don t even know what this dude issue was and don t really care. Called for a quote while stuck at the Dr office with my 18 month old. Spoke to a man who helped me diagnose my problem and offered to send a guy out if I needed it. He ended up helping me fix the problem and saved me money.

This place is a rip-off. The SUV was damaged and they picked it up at 10:30pm, took it 10 blocks to their "shop". Called 8am the next day and asked them to take it to Grimm's. 8.5 hours later they got it there after 16 blocks and an overnight stay. Total cost: $320. This company is a RIP off. Even the insurance company rolled their eyes when they heard about it. Morton PD needs to cut ties
