Great experience with Mike Murphy Ford! I ordered a new Maverick last year in September and just took possession of it last week. A completely unhassled experience from start to finish. I was reluctant about getting charged with add-ons I didn t want or need and my salesman, Nathan Noyes was up front about everything including my price out the door for my new Maverick. The entire staff was friendly and courteous and answered all of my questions and met all of my needs in my new vehicle purchase. Everyone at Mike Murphy has been truly amazing. Ritchie our sales representative went above and beyond to make sure we would be happy with our purchase. He listened and was extremely helpful. The service team has been wonderful as well. Shortly after purchase they took care of an oil change for us. I have had a few questions about the explorer and every time they have been so understanding and very polite as they help me to find the answers. We have purchased our last two vehicles with Mike Murphy and we will continue to do so. My love for Ford started with you. Thank you.

Update on previous review, truck still shifts hard shudders in lower gears intermittently. Also found a bad tire after being told twice the tires were balanced. When coming in was told to drive the truck the way it is for 1000 miles? I drive the truck everyday, and can attest to the fact that it shouldn t shudder or lunge. Was told they would order a tire, but again nothing until 1000 miles. This is just a review to let anyone looking to purchase a vehicle here know the experience I ve had if you get a vehicle with problems. Being told to drive a vehicle with transmission issue for a thousand miles is certainly a new one for me. Truck lunges on downshift shudders on both up and downshifts in low gears. The tire that is bad is the only tire they didn t replace when according to the service manager. Wondering why you wouldn t just replace all 4 and only do 3. The previous reply from mike muprhey on my review stated reach out to Brett, I tried that got his voicemail and no call back. I will update as this progresses. Plan on having the truck looked over at another dealership to find out what s actually going on. And get a second opinion., update multiple calls now with no response, truck still shuddering in low gears delayed shifts. Transmission never operates smoothly unless in the highway. Little help from mike Murphy, is scheduled to be looked at over the weekand will update with different dealerships findings. As mike Murphy has given it the pass on normal operation.

did not do the work that they found. Car was in an accident and they only fixed one thing and then when I took it back in and said it was still making a noise they said it was probably from the accident. then they said that they could not determine if it was so it was not covered. after getting the vehicle back and taking it to another mechanic they messed up the boot on the front driverside. i called the dealer to ask what happened with it and they said that they did not touch that. but in order to do the work that they said that they did they would have had too.I like mike murpheys for buying a car but not the service department.

Making the appointment, dropping off and picking up were pleasant and easy. Unfortunately, one of the issues i brought it in for was not fixed although the person who checked me out said it was. I noticed before leaving but didn't have time to stay and wait for someone to look at it that day and was not offered to bring it back.

First time I took my truck to Mike Murphy they kept it for 4 days and NEVER, let us know what was going on. They find out the problem. So they give me my truck back and it was not fixed, so we called Mitch the service manager and he told us everything was included in the $1,000.00 +$50.00 for the transmission filter. So it was supposed to take 3 hours to empty the transmission fluid and drop pan and replace a computer chip that would all take 3 hours and 1 more hour to see what the levels were after it sat for a bit. We dropped it off on Thanksgiving day around 1:00pm well they said 3-4 hours I called at 12: 04pm to see the status of the truck the so called sales operations specialist Jeremy , wasn't there and the lady took a message and he was to call when he got back 1pm came and went so I called and had to have him paged to find out what was going on, and he said that they were just putting in the transmission fluid in at 1:30pm and I couldn't understand why? Then we get the bill and it is $1119.56 ,so almost $100.00 over what we were told it would cost. The worst service I have ever had at a dealership, I won't return and I will direct others to go elsewhere!!! I have to say not $100.00 but $71.00 over charge.

The most impressive is that you can talk to Mike Murphy face to face. Who is very often walking around the show room talking with customers and customers to be. Mike is a very friendly person! Ask yourself how many car dealers can you talk to the owner? I'm happy with all aspects of the dealership. Everyone in all departments are friendly and professional.

We love our new Bronco Raptor and Once again we had an amazing experience with the team at Mike Murphy Ford. Out of all of the dealerships around, I would definitely recommend Mike Murphy. There isn't too many places anymore where the owner actually comes out and introduces himself and greets you like a human and doesn't treat you like another dollar sign. I really want to give them a better review because they're my local dealer, but I can't. I've had too many less than pleasant experiences, from a dipstick left unsecured after an oil change to virtually refusing to repair something I asked them to because they can't reproduce the problem, even though I've asked them to do it three times. Their service writers are nice enough people, and they're pleasant to do business with. But if you're looking for a dealer that goes the extra mile, it's not here.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Auto tire replacement, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Mike Murphy has an awesome team! Kudos to Anthony, Mitch and Bryan. And of of course Mike.I had to replace my car recently due to an accident. We looked around outside of Morton to find something comparable, and it was looking like we werent going to find anything close to what I wanted. The Murphy team came through, working with me to hold the vehicle I wanted and assisting me with any issues I was concerned with. This is the fourth vechicle I have purchased from Murphy Ford, and I'm extremely pleased with the level of service and commitment I have received. Thanks so much for all your help!

I was satisfied with the service other than a couple problems. I came in for an oil change. There was a line of oil drippings on the engine cover that I think should have been wiped up. Then when I check the vehicle inspection form I see that the thickness of my rear brake pads have actually gotten thicker since my last oil change. On 01/19/23 my left rear brake lining was 3 mm thick. The right rear brake lining was 4 mm. Now on 04/05/23 both linings measured 5 mm. Obviously the tech didn t actually measure them. At this rate, I will never need to replace the rear pads if they keep increasing in thickness each time I bring the vehicle in for oil change.Service: Oil change

Non exciting, pulled my vehicle into bay, service techtook over. Smooth and no complications. They were finished with in 30 to 45 minutes on oil change and many point inspection .
