Everyone was very polite and professional. They weren't pushy on extras or warranty. I went in with 3 trucks i wanted to look at and gets specs. Had all info i requested including out the door price within an hr. Came back the next day to test drive and buy the one I selected.

I did not buy my car at Mike Murphy and I don't get it serviced there. But I had a situation this week where a shield under my car came loose. I pulled in and asked if they would be so kind to put it back up for me. They fixed it at no charge. Talk about a future customer for life. That was so kind. And they did it quickly too. We need more of that in our world. Very kind, honest people.

Went in because a 2019 ford flex caught my eye. About a month ago my husband got into a car accident and our new 2020 Kia was totaled we have 5 kids and needed a new car ASAP I was honestly not expecting to be approved. But they told us we were approved for the 2019 ford flex the process was easy and fast Im definitely going back when we want another vehicle!

Great experience at Mike Murphy! Nathan Noyes took impeccable care of us, wasn't pushy at all, took time getting to know us, and worked extra hard to meet all our needs. The owner, Mike, even went out of his way to introduce himself and thank us for coming in. Highly recommend.

Great place to buy your next vehicle! My salesman, Nathan Noyes, was incredible from the time I ordered my vehicle last year, all the way to finalizing it a few days ago!The entire staff was courteous and friendly and took the pressure off of buying a new vehicle. We needed vehicle and Butch was so helpful and friendly. We got a 2012 Ford Edge it runs beautifully and he gave us a good deal on it. Absolutely love our new vehicle and will definitely be doing business with Mike Murphy Ford again and will most definitely be asking for Butch. I'm so glad we went to Mike Murphy for this vehicle.

My wife and I bought an Edge off of Tim today. Tim has amazing people skills and he treated me with 5 star service both times I came in. The first time I came in to buy an older car, and when my wife and I came back a day later to buy a newer car instead we got the same over the top service.Tod whom handled the end of the transaction, was equally as impressive and offered us endless warranty options. He explained the paperwork thoroughly.Never thought I d buy out of my comfort zone, as I m a Chevy Toyota guy . We had over the top service and many warranty options. Will be sending business your way.

Great place to buy a car from! Butch Brakebill is a salesman that takes the time to listen to you and will not push a car on you just to make a sale. He makes sure you get what you want. Everyone else that works there is very friendly and approachable, from the owner Mike Murphy all the way to the service center. They will take care of you from the time you walk in the door to even after your purchase, because they consider you part of their extended family

I made my first purchase from Mike Murphy and had exceptional service. Fred Graham was our salesman and he truly knocked it out of the park. If I could describe him, I d say he was the Samuel L Jackson of that dealership. I will definitely be returning there for any future car purchase needs. If you are in the market for a new car and looking for someone who is knowledgeable, down to earth and honest he is the man to go see.

Mike Murphy Ford is a great place to buy a car. We just got a great deal on a 2023 Escape Hybrid. The Salespeople we worked with were helpful and great to work with. We are very happy with the trade-in allowance we got for our old car. Their service department is also top notch.

I ve purchased a number of vehicles over the years from Mike Murphy Ford and have always been satisfied. This time wasn t as good that s why 4 stars instead of 5. The salesman I started with did not follow through. After I decided to buy he set the appointment time to finalize the paperwork then he wasn t there. I could hear both sides of the conversation when the receptionist called him. He didn t even remember my name. When he finally got there he turned me over to another salesman for the final paperwork and we never saw him again. Just as well. I can look back and think of a least 3 times he lied to me.We like the car and think we got a good deal in the end. We ll continue to do business with Mike Murphy Ford but avoid a certain salesman if he s still there next time.Thank you to Drew and Jeff.

Didn t have a very pleasant experience. Purchased a brand new Explorer. Got it home and found many scratches on it. Some that needed painted. Been in contact with Mike Murphy about it. I was informed they were going to get it taken care of. By the way they don t have their own body shop. They use Zimmerman. The salesman wanted me to drop it off when Zimmerman was at least 2 weeks out. What was the use in doing that if my car was just going to sit for several weeks. I bought a brand new car to use it not sit on a lot. I called Zimmerman direct to find out this information. I left them my name and number and asked if they could call me when they ve had an opening and I d bring it in right away. Haven t heard anything for over a month. I guess there is a lot of ball dropping and lack of care from Mike Murphy. Won t purchase from them again.

I found a vehicle online from your company. I inquired about its availability and received two prompt responses, a standard company and from a salesperson, Ron McCloud. I set an appointment for a test drive and he had the car washed and plated when my wife and I arrived. He helped us look at two additional vehicles and ultimately sold us a nicer fit than our initial inquiry. Ron was knowledgeable, very helpful and courteous, and did not pressure for a response. I ve worked and trained in sales, and I truly appreciated how he handled us. I can honestly say this was my best experience buying a car from a dealer. I ve already recommended him and your business to others. I also received great care on all the paperwork and business contracts. Thanks!

Bought an f150 here with 60k on the odometer, didn t put even 100 miles in it before transmission need major repair, at the same time they found steering rack needed replacement. I had the car a total of 2 days before this happened and have now been without the vehicle for almost a month. Mike Murphy only solution is to have me trade it in, end up upside down in a loan and put money down to make the deal!!? Buyers please beware, this truck should have never left the lot, unsafe to drive. Why were these issues not addressed in the inspection of the vehicle? Why does this dealership believe it s ok to stick the customer with the penalty? I would look elsewhere for a vehicle if you re in the market. If you get a lemon, they will not make it right they will give you the run around, you ll talk to 6 different people and be shunned for even expecting them to make it right, in response to the comment on this review, I just picked the truck up on Friday, to find it still shaking at highway speeds, and yes you offered to buy the truck back at what j gave minus the gap and warranty coverage which leaves me upside down on another loan, and needing to put money down to make the deal happen rather than take that money off of the price of the other truck. None of those seem like viable options as it comes out of my pocket. I have purchased several vehicles here and few as though if you wanted to keep my future business it would be worth the small amount of loss to mike Murphy.

After totaling my pickup I found one at Mike Murphy that fit my needs. I worked with Brandon to make a deal to purchase the truck. He made sure to keep his word that he would hold it until the insurance payout for my previous truck arrived. The price was good and I didn't have a sense of being pressured in the process. I will definitely look to them for my future vehicle needs.

I mixed up my appointment and Kevin got me right in!! He was very nice and helpful through the whole process!! The financial gentleman was just as nice and helpful!The owner even made time to introduce himself when I came in!!! Very clean and friendly dealership, they didn t make me feel pressured to buy either. Ordered my vehicle during my first visit... Dealership was very easy to work with and stayed in contact with me throughout the waiting process... When the car arrived, the entire process took less than an hour to complete the purchase, including financing... Helped me almost 3 months later with tax rebate paperwork... I have nothing but positive things to say about this dealership...

This review is a long time coming with multiple bad experiences here. The most recent was taking my vehicle in for an oil change and to have the GPS looked at as it was no longer receiving a signal.The issues started when they called and said they could fix the GPS but it would cost me over $1000. There are multiple options I could use like replacing the entire stereo and paying the labor for someone else to do it for less than $1000. I then got the bill for my oil change and them looking at the GPS. the bill was $261 which is ridiculous with the actual work done on the vehicle. The other work that was supposed to be done was the tires being rotated and a full multi point inspection. when I got the vehicle back the sensors on all of the tires were blank and not working (they worked fine before the oil change) the tires were not rotated, (I know this because I have started marking one tire on the inside because of them always stating they have rotated the tires and not actually doing it).Every time I go into this place I get subpar service. This was the 3rd time I had attempted to get the GPS looked at as the previous times they conveniently did not have a computer tech working the day I brought the truck in despite that being what my appointment was for and scheduled weeks in advance.If this is what is to be expected from Ford services then I will absolutely be dumping my Ford and going with a competitor for my future vehicles.

We had a great experience with our recent used pickup truck purchase at MM Ford. The salesman was excellent and very helpful with vehicle selection, price negotiation, and trade in of our old truck. I would characterize his approach as low pressure, friendly and helpful. There was a mechanical issue that needed attention and the service department did an outstanding job in taking care of this. The service manager was particularly good at communicating what was happening, giving us a great deal of confidence in them. The overall process and experience were outstanding and I would recommend MM Ford to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

My decision to discontinue having my bronco serviced at Mike Murphy Ford was due to lack of good customer service. Three days of calling and leaving messages to get a service rep to return my call, along with a service rep who finally called me but ended up hanging up on me, allowed me to make my decison. Mike Murphy did contact me regarding the issue, but when I called him a 2nd time leaving a message for further questions, he, evidently, didn't find it important enough to call me back. Making a profit for one's business is most definitely important, but addressing the customer's concerns is JUST AS IMPORTANT! Perhaps in the owner's opinion, it is not as important.

This is my fifth car I have bought from Mike Murphy Ford since 1996. I deviated in 2006, and bought a Nissan, only to return to Mike Murphy Ford years later. I told my husband I wanted to go back to Mike Murphy to look at their inventory as I was always pleased with their sales and service. We test drove a few cars but we really liked the Lincoln MKX. Dave Brekke was our salesman and he gave us keys to test drive a few cars. We test drove the Lincoln MKX and we loved it. Dave didn't pressure us at all. He thanked us for coming in and gave us his card to call if we wanted to make an offer. We ended up buying the 2016 Lincoln MKX Premiere and we got a great deal on the price. I would recommend Mike Murphy Ford to anyone who is looking for a car! Thanks Dave and Mike Murphy!

They say they "fix" your vehicle and then it comes out sounding worse than it even was before! Definitely would not recommend. I think they fixed up the vehicle just enough to drive it off the lot. And want to charge you up the wazoo

Service suggests replacement of items that are not needing to be replaced. Had our vehicle for 2+ days for an oil change and other issues. Didn t start any work until the 2nd day, but could not complete any of the work before we needed vehicle back. The service techs marked the oil change as completed in our vehicle and according to the sticker, however they didn t complete it until the vehicle was brought back at a later date
