Keith was the absolute BEST!! He made my first ever vehicle purchase so easy and stress free! He was was very quick with responses and answered all the questions that I had being a first time buyer. I will definitely be recommending him, as well as Lighthouse to all of my friends and family!

Spoke to someone in the service dept less than 2 days ago on a quote for tires on my vehicle. They were scheduling a week out so I went ahead and put in an appt time for next Monday. I like to make sure I am paying the lowest possible price for whatever I buy (everyone should) so I called around and Good Year was able to get me the same tires and the same type of oil change for less money. They were also able to get me in earlier and it worked better with my schedule. I called Lighthouse to cancel my appointment 5 days before the scheduled time and I got Larry. Good ole Larry needs to watch the way he talks to people because he changed my mind on ever taking my vehicle to Lighthouse Service Center. The conversation went a little like this..."so your just going to cancel after we ordered the tires? You know that we price match and now you will have to take your car to two different locations for rotation and oil changes if you get the oil change done here the only way you get free rotation is to buy the tires here." I have never got an oil change at Lighthouse and tire rotation comes free everywhere you buy tires so I'll just do both at Good Year going forward. I hate to leave a poor review because my mom bought her car at Lighthouse and has always had good experiences but this phone call really just rubbed me the wrong way. Very disrespectful, talking down to me and very aggressive.

We were interested in a used vehicle that the dealership had in stock. Upon entering the building, we were greeted by Mr. Joel Brown. He was very helpful, thorough and kind. He and the Lighthouse Team made the trade/purchase very easy and smooth.

Always do a super job!!! Great service and they treat you like family all of the time. Also the service advisor Dirk always follows through and keeps you informed on what s going on all the time with your vehicle. Wow, talk about a friendly and professional team! From the time you pull in, you're greeted with a smile. The service team was informative and patient with me while I asked questions. The staff inside are all very friendly, making conversation and offering me a drink or snack. They were thorough and honest with me about my vehicle. I highly recommend Service: Oil change

Lighthouse is the only dealership around that I trust to take care of my car. I've tried other places and been extremely dissapointed. Lighthouse is about 30 minutes away from where I live but the quality is worth the drive. I know that they will be honest with me and make sure my vehicle is safe for me to drive. Tyler is great! I needed a vehicle aligned and they got everything right. The rear of the vehicle had rust so they opted not to do it because the bolts may have broken. (I only paid for the front). I was very satisfied.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment
