Came to these guys to get some crack's repaired, let me tell you these guys are the go to. Quick, friendly, professional and quality work for the price. If you are not bringing your equipment here for repair then you are taking it to the wrong place. Thank you Dan and team keep the amazing work up.

The best repair shop I ve been to,quick friendly & very thorough on diagnosis & repairs being performed. Taylor done an amazing job on my truck,& Dan was extremely helpful on getting me in so I could get back on the road. I ll be using KCM for all my future repairs close to the homestead. They do great work and they try and take care of owner operators. Everyone was nice polite and respectful. I would recommend them as a trustworthy shop. They have some of the more reasonably labor cost. I should know compared to Volvo dealers.

I called yesterday morning stuck on the side of the road needing a service call. It turned out that KCM wouldn't be able to get to me until that afternoon, but the lady on phone told me she would call around and try to find someone else that could help. She even called back a little while later to check on me. Thankfully, I was able to find another shop to get me going, but the fact that she was so helpful and checked back on me means a lot. That is excellent service and speaks volumes about the company!

These Folks are great. I highly recommend them. Its very hard to find a business that does not take advantage of trucks on the road anymore. I called them on a Sunday about a wheel seal out and asked if they could squeeze me in first thing Monday. They told me to arrive at 8:30 and we did and they got us right in and noticed another wheel seal leaking. They showed the driver the other seal and they sent me pictures and got us fixed right up. They charged a very fair amount and got us in an out quickly.I HIGHLY HIGHLY Recommend. They are good honest people.

These guys are awesome. Dan had me back on road within a week I was down with transmission issues and had it not been a shipping problem with the transmission I'd been running again before the week was out. They definitely earned my business for sure when I'm in Illinois

What a great place to deal with, top notch service, very accomodating. One of my drivers was in a bind today, needed a mudflap and bracket bent back, they got her in right away, and not only got the mudflap replaced, but instead of bending the bracket back, they cut it off and fabricated a new one, THANK YOU for all your help!!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Great shop no complaints Dan in the service dept has an excellent crew more than fair prices and work done in a timely manner have had the truck I'm driving in twice for two different repairs will be back the next time I'm in need of repairs

ThievesAfter claiming to replace one of the bad cooling lines to the transmission last year, it blew this weekend. $1800+ for the repairs on the road and this place is claiming no fault or negligence on their part. Beware and ALWAYS double check the work done here.

9 days including weekend to replace 1 injector. Once apart had to order cups. Forgot to order shims. Adds another day. Leave there. No power Found a knife gouge in cac boot. Fixed else where. 2400 dollars

Third time I m here at the shop and second time I deadhead to them over one thousand miles just because they know what they doing and they do they re best to get you back on the road trust me they are the best and wish very shop was like them tbh very good guys, and Jeremy is the man

Located behind the Peterbilt dealer. Got the truck started. I found a tire that needed air they inflated.
