Professional service from Cisco. I got a great car at a great price. Set it all up online and telephone. In and out with new used car in 20 minutes. No pressure or hassles. A pleasure to do business with !!!

I purchased a Jeep from out of state from Bob Grimm Chevrolet. I worked via text and e-mail with Grey Chapin at the dealership and also Jim Martin as we were finalizing everything. Both of them were outstanding to work with. They explained everything and were very easy to deal with. They had the vehicle delivered to me and it went perfectly. I can't say enough about their service and professionalism.

My truck buying experience with Chris Riviera was top notch! I came in on a Saturday a half an hour before they closed to check out and test drive a truck. He stayed late to talk numbers with me. Once we came to an agreement with my trade we agreed I'd be back on Wednesday to pick it up and fill out paperwork. In the meantime he texted me pictures of my truck (I had graphics from the factory removed). And even lined up Mobile Shades to install window tint, which they were fantastic too! The whole buying experience was smooth, painless, and fast. Chris, I'll be back to purchase my next vehicle from you.

The entire Team at Bob Grimm Chevrolet were outstanding during my Truck purchase. They were honest and fair. They did exactly what they said they would do! Made the purchase as smooth as possible. Updated 8/23..Took delivery of a new Colorado ZR2 (8/23) that Jon ordered for me. Another great purchase experience. Grimms has the best staff of any dealer I've experienced.I purchased my first vehicle from Jon in 2000. He treated me great back then (I was 19) and has maintained that level of service throughout the years. The whole dealership has a great culture and great employees (sales and service). I will continue to use them for future purchases as they make the car buying experience fun.

Wonderful experience! First time visiting this dealership and I was amazed at how smooth and hassle free the buying experience went! In and out in about an hour and half! I contacted Bob Grimm Chevrolet at 2271 s main st morton IL 61550. I was interested in leasing one of the Chevrolet Silverado pick up trucks that they had in stock. I was dealing with the salesman, Carson Combs. be careful of your dealings with Mr. combs. He constantly changes the pricing around to his benefit. I even called his sales manager Troy Scholl to let him know what his salesman Carson combs was doing. Troy was not interested in his shading techniques.BUYER BEWARE.12/4/23 I m going to update my reviewBob Grimm this has less to do with $100 and more with the way your dealership conduct themselves. I contacted your dealership in regard to trading in my 2021 ram pick up truck for a 2023 Chevy Silverado. When talking to Carlson he told me the truck had 75 miles. Later on when the deal was just about done. He informed me that the truck has 900 miles on it. When I question him, he said the truck was sold to another customer, but that customer was not able to pay for the truck and the dealership went and took the truck back. I question Carson on why they would advertise this truck as new. Carlson stated that this was still a new pick up truck even though a customer had taken possession of it for 900 miles.Then Carson told me it would cost $1800 for the shipping. When I said I thought that was a lot of money he said the dealership would pick up half the cost 900.He then came back and said they can get it done for $1250 I asked him what would I be responsible for he told me $900, then in a short period later, he told me I would be responsible for $1000. When I questioned your manager, Troy Scholl about the pricing on the shipping changing so many times he stated that they try to push the customer and see how much they re able to get out of them. I told him I don t think this is the right way to go about this. Now if your dealership is willing to lose selling a $75,000 Chevy Silverado pick up truck with these tactics, more power to you. I will not deal with anyone who plays such games they cannot be trusted.

Bob Grimm Chevrolet you are one of a kind with knowledgeable professionals, courteous employees, no pressure tactics, let's review all options and adjust to each client accordingly. This single mom with a son about to get his license was searching to find the right truck so that I could turn the 2008 Sierra over to him. Carson Combs you are amazing, and my god bless you for helping find the perfect fit for us and all the work around Grazing Acres. Knowing that I was in a Christian environment was comforting as I traveled from Indiana to Morton, Illinois. The uber driver also stated, "You're going to the right place, my family buys all of our vehicles from there". Upon walking in, the peace that was prevalent and the Christian music playing was so helpful. If you looking to buy a vehicle shop Bob Grimm Chevrolet, it's a good decision.

It was a great experience. We went in and left with a car in just a few hours! Roman did a great job getting me what I needed to leave with my new vehicle, even under the pressure of my mom lol she can be tough. All around it was a the best experience I had buying a car thus far and I will definitely come back in the future.

Very friendly. Answered all questions about the vehicle we were interested in. Completed all paperwork promptly and provided information to our insurance company so we had coverage before leaving the dealership. Made sure the car was as advertised. I would recommend Bob Grimm Chevrolet as a great place to look for your next vehicle.

We recently purchased a new Chevy Bolt EV from Grimm Chevrolet. Rick Bauman and Roman Bauman went out of their way to obtain the exact vehicle we were looking for. It was a smooth and efficient process. Overall the experience was excellent from the initial call to the vehicle delivery. We couldn't ask for better service or a better experience. We have done business with the Grimm Auto family for decades and they have our trust and our highest recommendation.

They suck!!!! We went to checkout some cars, as soon as we pulled on the lot some older guy comes running out asking what where we interested in. He invited us in. I'm the potential buyer, I'm with my wife, I went to shake the guys hand out of respect and he pulls back, and says I'm going to shake her hand first then I will shake yours. I'm standing right in front of him my wife is behind me, he proceeded to shake my wife's hand standing behind me, I'm like Whatever! so I brush it off. He invites us to his office to discuss our budget. The whole time he acts like he doesn't see me, he's trying to covertly flirt with my wife. I'm trying to keep my calm and not draw my service. I act unfazed, I kindly tell him we are not interested, and my wife and I walk out.

I ordered an electric car from Steve Rice knowing it would be a bit of a wait. I drove about an hour from home because my local dealer is slimy and the Bob Grimm staff always made me feel welcome and taken care of.He was always sending updates about where my car was in the build process, and was able to get any questions I had answered quickly.This is also one of the few dealers that doesn't play games with stupid markups.So far I love my car and would not hesitate to recommend Bob Grimm to any of my friends or family.Kudos to them for being one of the good ones.

Roger was wonderful to work with. He was able to get me the exact vehicle I wanted. Even though we had a delay in delivery from the factory he got it to me just under the wire of my finance approval expiring and saved the day!
