The store is awesome. The "mechanic shop" is not. If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my van to get tires put on, and an alignment. They called in the store within 30 minutes of dropping it off and said that they couldn't do the work because of a bunch of stuff that needed fixed first. All in all, they quoted almost $1700 in repairs before they would put tires on. Took it to my regular mechanic shop and none of the replacements they said needed to be done were necessary. Brakes need done, but they never said anything about that. Love the store, I will never go there for anything vehicle related.

They are nice and helpful folks. However, they are normally out of stock for what i need, and the tire center always appears overwhelmed. I will continue going to this location, hopefully they will have what I need next time!

Always a great place to shop. We find much more than what we came for. The staff is very courteous, which is hard to come by now-a-days. We came in for tannerite (to shoot and cause a spectacle) and left with dog food, spices and a couple more trinkets then we needed.

Had hitch, wiring, and brake controller installed on minivan. Took three days to complete over six days time. Brake controller can NOT be safely accessed while driving, and one of the adjustment dials is NOT accessible to setup device for proper use. I will probably have to go back for a fourth day to have this corrected now. As it is I have had to reschedule trailer pickup and camping site because of the delays.

The store part is awesome, it's just a shame its attached to the shop that could care less about helping people. Bought 4 new tires 6 months ago and got the road hazard. I come to learn that road hazard at this shop means nothing. Traveling on interstate near Morton a and had a flat tire. A nice lady gave me a ride to Morton Farm and Fleet. I explained I was sitting along the interstate with no spare and that I had the flat tire with me and wanted them to look at it. The rude gentleman who was too lazy to even stand up told me it would be a week before they could get to it if i needed it sooner to go somewhere else.

Tried to get an oil change. Had to schedule it a week out. I show up and all technicians have left for the day, and everywhere else is closed. Deeply disappointed. Will not shop hear unless no other option is possible.

I had an appointment to have all four tires on my vehicle replaced on Sunday at 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:00 and was told that the shop was ahead of schedule. It took over 2.5 hours for them to change my tires. The tech broke two TPM sensors, and I was charged for one of them. I declined road hazard protection, because I would rather pay another shop to repair or replace the tires in than deal with the outrageous amount of time it takes the shop to do anything. The only reason this is not a one star review is due to the fact that they gave me a significant discount so I walked out paying way less than I was expecting.

Had battery go bad under warranty and said that it would be pro rated and replaced? So I have been waiting for over a week now to get a battery? Do not understand how things are working. Must have to contact Corporate Office and see if they are having financial problems?

First, they put bad breaks in our van that literally only lasted a month before they started grinding again. Then, we took it in for a simple oil change and when we came back home, oil was leaking out of the van. We took it back to the store and they said nothing was wrong with it. It continued to leak so we took it to a dealer and they found that Farm n Fleet had tightened the cap too tight causing it to break. This is a $700 repair to fix their mistake!

Took them 7 hours just to change my rear brakes ,pad, rotors and calipers . Took car in at 9 :40, almost 4:30 and car still not done!!! Called at 1:30 and staff told me it would be done in a hour..... well 3 hours later it still isnt done!!! The guy lied to me. My advice, if you dont have all day to wait on your car...DONT COME HERE AND GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!

Very lucky they were able to replace the tire that blew unexpectedly while in process of hauling horse from Wisconsin to Tennessee. Appreciated prompt, friendly service on a busy Wednesday evening.
