If you are looking for a quality car repair shop, one that takes pride in their work, that cares about how your car looks after their work is complete, heed this warning: Never ever ever go to crash champions. They are a terrible company that does horrific work.These hacks essentially ruined my car.1. They returned my car with scratches, swirls, waves, dust imprinted into the paint, and other clearly visible imperfections in their paint work. Beyond terrible!2. They replaced the front bumper cover on my car with a defective cracked bumper cover. When I pointed out the defective and cracked part to them, they refused to do anything about it, saying even though the crack I showed them is smooth and underneath the clear coat, they said plastic can move under clear coat and it is not their problem.3. They failed to return all the parts to my vehicle. I m still missing parts from my car that they haven t returned.4. My previously beautiful car now looks like Dr. Frankenstein hacked it up. Their workmanship is beyond terrible.5. The lifetime warranty they offer is totally useless. Instead of honoring their warranty, they will accuse you of causing the damage and find every way possible, even outright lie (i.e.: plastic moves underneath clear coat , to deny your warranty claim.Crash champions is a fifth rate body shop whose primary concern in fixing your vehicle will be how can they please the insurance company the most. They care nothing about their customers nor about the customer s level of satisfaction with their terrible workmanship. They do sloppy lazy work and cut corners at every instance they can.If your experience is anything like mine, you will find that Crash Champions has no intention of returning your vehicle to you in the condition it was prior to the damage caused. They will return your car looking much much worse after their "repairs" are complete. Their workmanship is absolutely horrible. Their attitude is horrible.Stay away from crash champions at all costs. They have ruined my unique and previously beautiful car. Don t let them do the same to you.

Wendell and his team are absolutely amazing!! They are very knowledgeable and keep the customer informed at all times. Fast turnaround times and even better work! Highly recommended.

This was probably the best experience I ever had with repairing my vehicle. Wendell and Don took care of everything and made it a very non stressful event for me. The repair looked fantastic and was beyond my expectations. Service King did a great job and would definetly recommend this place for any autobody repairs and top notch service.Service: Body & Trim

My car, FIAT 2016 500X, was looking very bad from the back and passenger back door! Service King made my car the way I bought it! My remote starter is back working as well! They even cleaned my car inside out! They text me updates and other things that they saw needed fixing and pricing. The person who hit my car insurance company picked this place as one of their repair locations!This business really value their customers! My picture is 2 days later after I picked my car up

They can be mean but of friend of mind was able to get his car back and that is wonderful had to come up with cash but people been there car for work so thanks a lot it was on a Saturday as well

Had some body work done on my car. Afterwards my car would lose power and turn off. Toyota later diagnosed a wiring issue with the ground wires secured by coated screws. The screws used by Service King were incorrect and did not conduct electrical current, causing my car to turn off.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Really great service at the King service. The team was very helpful and friendly. Time to time sending text and phone calls to give you an update regarding where your car repair is at and how s it doing. My car got fixed with car parts replacement soonest than requested. I am very satisfied with the service and would recommend with the high quality.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Service King done a great job repairing my car. They kept me updated on the progress in each steps of the way. The entire process was smooth and straight forward of what needed to be done. The staff are friendly and professional. Car are clean inside out and smell good when picked up.

I went to Service King after being rear ended due to it being in a convenient location and them working with the other parties' insurance, and am very glad I did. The staff I met was courteous, the repairs went much quicker than the first estimation, I was given a repair update via email every couple of days, and most importantly, the work done to my VW was superb. You can't tell at all my rear bumper was messed up, and the paint job matches the quarter panels flawlessly.

Good place to get your car fixed up, they usually will update you every few days on the progress and give you a warranty on their repairs. Overall they do a good job and if any issues arise they do take care of it. It's especially nice if it goes through not your insurance

I would like to express my gratitude to the amazing people at Service King in Morton Grove, IL.When I arrived to the shop to repair my Honda CR-V, Mark Mckenna, the service advisor, went out of his way and had a road test with me to determine if my car was safe to operate. Upon determining that it wasn't, Nancy at the service desk was able to find a spot for my car despite being completely booked. The people at the Service King arranged a rental car delivery right to the shop! The repair process went very smoothly - I was notified on the progress by SMS and phone calls. When I came to pickup my car, I was amazed how clean it looked. Mark went so far as to remove the road tar from my car (that I couldn't do!) and patch to rusty spots on the back of the car without even telling me! They also cleaned the interior of my car which was very nice.Overall, the experience was just amazing. Best I ever had with a car repair facility!I highly recommend Service King and its people. Keep up the great job!

I had a great experience. Everyone was very professional and kind. Mohamed really took care of me. He kept me updated from the beginning of the repair to the very end. He had my car ready 2 days ahead of schedule and he even stayed past closing time so I could get my car after work. The car looked brand new when i got it. I highly recommend Service King.

I d like to thank Don and Windell for making my truck repair such a quick and fast process. My truck was in a accident coming off a exit and I was clipped in the rear quarter. The truck was I thought done for, after one visit with Don I was sold. He made sure I was getting what I wanted and was always there to help, with any questions I had. Windell gave me my truck back almost unbelievable the quality of work they provide, I feel like I never even had the accident. They did an amazing job fixing my car after someone hit me. Not only did they fix my car but got it back to me faster than estimated and cleaned out my car, washed waxed and tire shined it for when I picked. They went way above and beyond my expectations.

Last week, someone rear ended my car. The back side of my car was damaged. I went to Service King through Allstate and they were amazing. I worked with Nancy and Mohamed Kadhri and they were great.Mohamed did excellent job fixing my car. He got new parts, paint, and not only that, he also washed my car and vacuumed it and cleaned the engine area and under the hood area. Both myself and my wife were very happy to see our clean and fixed car.Thank you Service King and I highly, highly, and highly recommend it to anyone who gets in to an accident.

This service is a mistake. They fixed my Venza. Work looks horrible, you don t even want to look at it. Stains, and the new color is different from a new one. I don t not recommend at all.

One of the best shops I ever been too . They were so professional with keeping me updated through out the whole process with my vehicle . When one of my parts were delayed and push back to a later date , service king went out their way to make sure the part was expedited sooner so my vehicle could be ready on time ! I currently have my car in the shop here. I should have known not to use them after having to have my immobile car transferred from Lincolnwood to Morton Grove because Lincolnwood was swamped with work. Initially, I was told it would take two weeks. Then they updated the completion to July 12th, then they said the "welding and drilling" is taking longer and updated the date to the 19th. A total of 5 weeks later, I am told it will be another two weeks with NO guarantee of the 31st either - and supposedly it is STILL the welding work. I'm not a mechanic, but I am smart enough to know there is no way it takes 4 weeks to weld one piece of framework. If they cared about their commitment to completion dates, and consequently their customers, I'm sure they could find the time to fix the cars in a timely manner. I will NOT be bringing my car here and STRONGLY discourage anyone else from doing so - especially if you're in a hurry.

I took my car there and let me tell you that young man named Wendell Ware was so helpful he was so informative every question I had he had an answer for and my car is so important to me o don t just do business any where I look forward to going back ladies if you are in need of service this is the place to go you don t have to worry about the hassle of being a woman and needing your car serviced this is my new go to place I love the customer service thanks again Mr. Wendell Ware .
