Pro Auto has been my go-to shop for about a year and half now for all my maintenance/repair needs. From my Mini JCW before to my BMW 3 series now. Their service is second to none. They'll treat you like family and their work is top notch. They're honest and competitive about their pricing and won't rip you off compared to other shops/dealerships. They even gave me a ride home today despite of their busy schedule while my car was being worked on. If you have any automotive needs, Scott & Lee won't let you down!

Scott was great. I called early before 9am. They were able to fit me in. I told them my issue and they ultimately identified it and fixed it same day.2010 VW Golf. Check engine light was on and tires were losing air. I previously took it to another mechanic. They couldn t fix it or identify the issues, but ProAuto did. And the cost was reasonable. I can t believe I walked out of there paying what I did for the fixes. Nice guys too - I trust them with my car.

As always another great experience at Pro Auto! Not only did they service our car in less time than they thought but when we went to pick it up they accommodated taking another of our cars for an oil change while we were there. It was so helpful that they were able to fit that in for us. They are so honest and make the whole experience a pleasant one!

Once I decided to rehab my 2009 car instead of buying a new one, I got a few estimates from local shops on what was needed and associated costs. Then I did my research checking out BBB ratings and customer reviews, and chose ProAuto to do the repairs. I am now a happy customer, and ProAuto is now my go-to place to service my car. They are trustworthy, and I highly recommend their work.

Great place to go to for tire stuff. I had them patch up a tire today because of a screw put a hole in my wife's tire. They did a quick and fast job. Always quality work from them. Thank you

I called for appointment and was told to come in, I got there and my car was looked at within 15 minutes. I was told I needed new back brakes at 11:30am and Scott said they could do it immediately. At 12:42pm received a call that the job was completed. Went back and met Lee the owner. Very professional with great customer service skills. Waiting area very clean, customer service very friendly & attention to detail. I would definitely recommend to my friends. Thanks for a pleasant experience. I had a great experience with Pro Auto! I paid 1/5 of what I usually pay at the Mercedes Dealership to have my car serviced. Scott, Lee, and Julie were incredibly friendly and great to work with. They have certainly earned a lifelong customer.

Absolutely top notch and trustworthy car technician and professional automobile repair shop. Provided an honest diagnosis of our vehicle and gave recommendations on items that should be fixed and relative timeframe when those issues should be addressed. Hate bragging about great service I receive as I know it s a matter of time until they ll be too busy for me. But I owe it to Scott and Lee. Fabulous guys. Started going there because they have the latest alignment tools. Use to ship tires from tirerack straight to the shop. Found out they can do nearly anything for my cars equal in quality as the Audi dealer for a fraction of the cost and much faster. Scott has tire suppliers that are same day and with same tires. I drive past 25 shops to get reliable service from guys I trust. You will not be disappointed.

Was able to get in same day for 4 new tires. Was in and out in 2.5 hours. Everything was explained thoroughly, including all fees. Friendly employees, would highly recommend.

ProAuto is fairly priced (no commissions for the mechanics), with highly skilled mechanics who do the work well and do not recommend unnecessary work. Lee runs a great shop, making it well worthwhile to drive a bit further to ensure my car will get high-quality work.

Great service! Went in for an oil change and was out in 30 minutes. No one tried to sell me other services, just in and out. Reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again.

Friendly people, great work, and fair pricing. On this trip I got an oil change and had them look into a few issues that were Keeping an eye on. There were no recommendations for additional work. It s really rare in the car, repair world to find somebody who both does great work and is honest.

Love this shop! They noticed new plates on my front passenger seat and asked if I wanted them put on (no charge) I have left my dealership for oil changes and maintenance on my 2018 Audi. They are a pleasure to deal with and very open and honest. I am even saving $$. Thank you Pro Auto!

I took my Mini Cooper in a few days ago for some needed repairs. What an amazingly pleasant experience! It's not only the cleanest,fastest and most professional mechanic's garage I've ever dealt with, but their pricing was extremely fair, especially for a Mini.I can't recommend these guys enough.Courteous, honest as hell and extremely friendly. I was treated like an old friend and not the new customer I actually am.Patronize Pro Auto, you won't be sorry. Have you ever seen so many 5 star reviews in your life? Me neither, and they're all legit.Edit: I've owned this car for four years, it's never run better.These guys rock!

Wow, once again I m impressed. A few months ago I had to have my car towed in on a weekend. I left a message that it was in the lot. Scott called me early Monday and kept me informed throughout the day. I was back on the road that day. Yesterday I took my car in for a brake light repair and an oil change and I was amazed. Scott treated me like a VIP, the shop was immaculate, and the owner Lee came out and welcomed us. Also, both Scott and Lee were great with my 1 yr. grandson. I brought my car in without an appt for brakes at 8:15AM and it was ready by noon. I felt comfortable with what Scott told me I needed in addition to brakes. Would use again and recommend to people. Scott was very pleasant and easy to deal with.

Not happy. Went for an alignment after having a left control arm put on. Still pulls to the left.most of time. And no didnt hit any big potholes or bumps. Also never received a printout of the alignment results. Not recommending ......
