Beware. Don t come here for service.I took my Honda CRV with 32k mile in for an oil change. When Joel from the service center said there was a Honda standard service at 30k miles I agreed to that even at the steep price of $1,500. I noted to him in advance that my check tire pressure light kept coming on even though my wheels were at pressure and I was assured it would be checked out. While my car was being serviced, Joel called to tell me something was broken and I agreed to another $750 to repair it. When I picked up the car I was told the tires were inspected and they were fine and there wasn t anything like a slow leak. The check tires light was off.A minor point but, even though they have a car wash on site, they didn t even do a basic wash after I paid more than $2,200 for routine service.After paying and getting home, I noticed the problems.- There was no inspection report. When I ve gone to a Honda dealer for service, I ve always gotten a report of what s been inspected and the condition. I didn t get that.- The itemized bill didn t mathematically add up correctly. The line items totaled about $200 less than I was charged. Yes, that includes tax.- My check tire light came back on the next day- When I next stopped for gas, I found out that the tie that connects the gas cap to the car was snapped- I checked Honda s website and it said there is no specific package of service recommended at 30,000 miles. What service is needed is based on what the inspection turns up. But, again, I didn t get a report.I emailed four or five times with this list of issues asking how to resolve them and never got any response.I still don t know what was actually inspected on the car and my check tires light is still on.

Stay away! Tom Eckardt will do anything for a sale but will leave you hanging if there is an issue within the first 100 miles of driving the vehicle. I purchased a 2017 VW Golf with about 40K miles on November 4, 2023. I had to remove the transmission from the car to replace the clutch and flywheel within the first week and they left me hanging. The clutch slipping was a lot more noticeable at highway speeds when accelerating. I did not notice the clutch slipping on the test drive due to the lower speeds and city traffic that I was limited to. I wish I had the opportunity to take the car for a longer test drive to get up to highway speeds, but I really wasn't expecting the car to have any issues due to the condition and low mileage. I also should have brought my scan tool with me to scan for pending codes; then I most likely would have known about the random misfire issue too before the check engine light set. I've owned a variety of manual transmission vehicles for the last 17 years straight and the clutch issue was not caused by me. After speaking to Tom on the phone a few times he kept denying the car had any problems. I sent him videos of the engine RPMs jumping as the vehicle speed did not correlate to the engine speed indicating a slipping clutch and pictures of the random misfire codes from the check engine light. He still denied there was any possibility of a problem. I could smell burning clutch soon as I stepped out of the car when I got home from the dealership and the check engine light came on by the third time I drove the car. I scheduled an appointment for the earliest availability they had to prove to them that they sold me a car with a major defect that was not disclosed before the sale but Tom Eckardt calls back and cancels the appointment, he reschedules it in the middle of the day so I would have to miss another day of work. I repeatedly asked him, approximately 10 times, what will he and Napleton Honda do if I bring the car in and it has a major defect (clutch slippage and dual mass flywheel chatter) that should be covered under the implied warranty under Illinois state law, and he would not give me an answer. I was tired of Napleton Honda's unfair and deceptive practices, so I told Tom I wasn't going to make it to the appointment. I had to go to work so I could afford the $800 repair on my new to me $30,000 car. After work I had to remove the transmission to replace the clutch and flywheel. It is very disappointing that they wouldn't offer me a loaner car or even pick up the defective car they sold me to make things right so I could get a rental car for the time being. Lastly, on top of them taking $30,000 from me and giving me a defective car, it's been almost two months and I'm still unable to get license plates for the car.

Honda Morton Grove sold me a Lemon.I bought a brand new 2022 Honda Pilot with 0 miles and a month later I noticed one of my LED tail light goes on and off, air vent is sticking out and so as the plastic side fender. The first time I brought it there for them to fix but they didn t. 4th visit later for the same issues, we ordered a part to replace the bad LEDtaillight on my car. So we re waiting there and an hour later they told us that the replacement LED light we got is cracked and can t switch it. Why didn t you check if the replacement was good as soon as you get it? My wife and I wasted our time to drive all the way to the suburbs to get this resolve and it s still not resolve. Now i have to go back for the 5th time to get this done. I ve wasted so much of my time driving back and forth asking work if i can leave early and wasting my time on the weekend on my day off. The purpose of buying a brand new car is not to give you any issues. I got a defect lemon SUV and it s already given me so much headache with the car and service department. I just want this over with.

Went in for a service maintenance and when i came back home the hose in the picture was ripped. They either damage this or they did not even bother telling me. This place gives fair prices for any of your service needs. Very friendly service staff, but I haven t had the pleasure of talking to sales staff. One recommendation would be to keep the bathroom cleaner in the service waiting area. It was kind of dirty in there while I was spending some time waiting for a repair.Overall, I like this place and I am going to come back when necessary.

My star rating of Napleton Honda went down when they told me I needed a cabin filter and I put one on two weeks before I came in. Definitely not Honda Castle.

After having a bad experience with my salesman (Mike) Russian gentleman I was treated awesome for minor repair work in the service department by service advisor Lukasz Sok who addressed my issue with prompt attentionTo detail. He was excellent to deal with in the service department. Very great gentleman. He advised me to Seek out Mike Spencer general Sales Manager for the incident regarding my negative car buying experience. Mr. Spencer was also patient while allowing me to address my concerns while providing positive resolution for them. He also is an awesome individual to talk with regarding your concerns in reference to carBuying issues.

The service department at this location is phenomenal! Typically whenever I have to have service done on my 2021 Accord, it s Lukas that takes the time to listen, help problem solve and even offers a discount. His professionalism and outgoing personality are the very reason that I prefer Napelton HONDA. I know that I m in good hands and that Lukas is trustworthy and honest. Thank you NAPLETON for employing Lukas, he truly makes the difference.

I have been trying to buy a car for months but having such a hard time with the shortages and what not. Mustafa Sidiqian was so helpful and got me the car I wanted, so quickly!! He was upfront and fair. Offered me upgrades for my new car, but was totally understanding and didn t push anything if I didn t want it. I would recommend going to him to buy a new car.

Generally very efficient. Very good customer service and cordial staff. Techs and Mechs are knowledgeable and patient.The 2 stars docked are for outrageous pricing of some of the items that can be completed at almost 50% the quoted price from a decent non-dealer shop.The waiting area can be a little bit more fun with possible model cars - Better coffee and some other interesting stuff like iPads etc.

We bought a used 2013 VW Routan at the dealership three weeks ago. It had brand new tires. I brought it in to my tire & wheel mechanic, with 45 years experience working primarily on high end and classic cars, to get snow tires and correct whatever accrued mess the wheels were in. He immediately found that one of the beads on the new tires was severely damaged by poor installation and would be unusable. Additionally, the valves were improperly installed using bead sealer as a lubricant, none of the wheels were balanced (only two of the improper type of weight), old bead sealer was built up, mounting surfaces were corroded, the spare tire was completely flat, and the wheels were scratched by careless clamping. About everything done wrong. I walked into the service center this morning, since the tires would have been installed there, and was told that they couldn't do anything for me and I would have to come back and talk to the dealership, who would probably not do anything. They were polite but disinterested. They did not look at the tire, did not look at the computer to see if any service had been performed. So they don't care if they do a bad job at this service center, I would not trust them with an oil change or anything else. I will see if the dealership does any better, but I expect them to point to "as-is" - so be sure to inspect your tire beads if you're buying a used car here, I guess? It's bad workmanship performed by Napleton Honda of Morton Grove.EDIT: I followed up with them immediately after their reply, they never responded, but I did get multiple contacts from salespeople. Awful.

Horrible service. Go some where else. Anywhere but this place. New ownership seems more profit driven then good service and customer satisfaction driven.They said they did a valve adjustment in the engine that required an oil change. Charged over $1400 dollars and now the onboard vehicle system says I need an oil change. Never again and I'm telling everyone to avoid to this place.Too bad we lost Castle Honda and their service personnel.This place is destroying the Honda brand in my opinion.

Gone downhill since new ownership. Today, when arriving at service bay drop off area a service person comes out to your car to start the process. No longer and there are no signs instructing otherwise.This was for an oil change which was by appointment. It took 1:25 min. to complete. It would have been longer if I did not go in and ask what s the status. While at his desk he walked back to the bay and brought the filters to show why they needed to be changed.The customer waiting room was out of coffee and most all teas. It was dirty at the preparation coffee area and out of supplies.The car wash is not open still, for at least 10 months. The excuses run the gamut. There is a clear sign in the service waiting room stating car wash hours and says when weather permits (today is 53 F and sunny on a Tuesday afternoon).Their copy machine was out of ink so the 18-point inspection report could not be printed. (These reports are a great tool to keep all informed.)The parking lot is in dire need of repair.Not the place it used to be.Will I be returning???Service: Oil change

The worst service I've ever met, the rudest service staff, especially Silvana. I was there twice and never received high-quality service, they are just charging extra money for nothing, I made that service cheaper in another service center and saved 1000 bucks. I do not recommend this service center to anyone. Very unpleasant service. Very rude, unprofessional staff. These people don t know how to diagnose the real problem and keep charging you. I won t recommend this place to anyone.

Bad experience. I m sure they do good from what I read in the reviews. They need some more training on life skills and social interactions. Very lame experience. I do not recommend, go to a different dealer for a better experience. I think the people that left good reviews don t know any better and I pity them
