My engine overheated on the highway due to a faulty job from another Midas location just two days prior and Andy s Midas was luckily right in the area when I needed to have my car checked. He went above and beyond for me and got my car fixed right away. I m thankful he was the nearest place I could go to.If you are in the Morton Grove area I highly recommend him.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Midas during my recent oil change. The level of service I received was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, they took care of me right away and made me feel valued as a customer. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions with patience and expertise, which gave me a lot of confidence in their work.What really impressed me was the speed and efficiency of the service. Not only did they complete the oil change quickly, but they also made sure to keep me comfortable in the waiting room. I was pleasantly surprised to find complimentary Gatorade and soda available for customers - it s those small touches that really make a difference in customer experience. Keep up the great work, Midas!

My tire was loose on my car and these guys saved the day. I had stopped at the gas station next door only to realize there was this Midas. They helped me right away. Really kind and awesome service. If I lived closer I would come here for other services!! So grateful! Would highly suggest.

I used to go to the Jiffy Lube nearby and was never satisfied with the price or service. I decided to try Midas and I didn t regret it at all. The price was extremely decent and the service was top notch. Freddy was the one who did my oil change. He was very friendly, fast, and efficient. I will not go anywhere else. Shoutout to Freddy and the amazing team at this Midas!

Fantastic,upfront with what your problem is and are very honest with what you kind of work you need now and what you can hold off to get repaired. Love their honesty. Very honest shop. Came in believing I needed my brake pads replaced due to a report from my dealership, but then the mechanics informed me that they still had plenty of life, so there was no need to replace the brake pads. Left the shop without any charge and very grateful.

Ive been to multiple mechanics tru out the Past 15 years, I highly highly recommend this Midas location. I caught a flat tire On the highway 90 east. I get off on Dempster West, and first place I see was Midas. I was hesitant to pull in because usually franchise places Expensive. Workers there were very professional and honest. They took care of the flat and other mechanical issues. Price was very fair!! 100% ill be back. Thanks again Ali & Noor

I hate dealing with people who take advantage of you. I went to this place to ask how much they charge me to fix my brakes since the brake fluid was leaking.This guy half checked it and he told me that it was between $900.00 to $1,000.00Of course it is a priority to fix it but that does not mean they have to take advantage. Check out other places before stopping here or you might get ripped off.

Great customer service! Looked at my minivan right away. They showed me under the car exactly what they were fixing (exhaust system weld and broken strut). They drove me home and picked me up. No waiting.

These guys are the absolute worst. They tried to get me to get new rotors and brake pads when they are fine. They also wanted to charge me $45 to plug my tire where everywhere else it costs $20 max. All they try to do is rip you off. DO NOT GO HERE!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Great service. My local Mercedes dealer proposed $1600 for maintenance services and this shop offered similar quality of service for a small fraction of the price. On my way back from a trip the car decided to tell me it's time for service. Knowing I needed to travel again soon and not having the time to work on it. I began calling looking for places who could do the standard mileage service.I called in and the person who took my call let me know they had availability at the time I needed and to bring the car in.Once I arrived and providing all the details, they began working on the car quickly.Also not only were the staff friendly to me, but they were also very friendly with each other. One could tell they were comfortable working together and that it was a good work environment.After the service was completed, they went over with me what looked good on the car from their inspection, and what things were OK now, but should be kept in mind as potentially coming up. No pressure here, just mentioning it as something to look into.Very pleased and will stop again when needing quick service.

I went here because of the highly rated Google reviews and was a bit disappointed, they were expensive and messed up installation of car parts. Upfront, I do respect that they refused to do some minor repairs that weren't worth it instead of just taking my money. But their repair work was a little sketchy. I took in two tires to have the valve stems replaced, previously it cost about $25 but they charged $100 and the tires leaked a week later. Then on another car, I had them diagnose a rear suspension issue. They kind of just glanced at it and just pointed at repairing the coil springs because they were rusty, even though it was a rear sway bar bushing. I repaired the coils myself and the issue was still present. So I started to replace the sway bar bushing and had a bolt snap on the bracket and it was near impossible to extract. I went in and explained the issue and they pretty much said I was a bad mechanic and this would have never happened in their shop. They proceeded to break every single bolt for the sway bar brackets so I feel that was a bit unnecessary. They charged $1300 to fix it because they said they had to drop the subframe to extract the bolts and were unclear about the cost breakdown. They did a good job for fixing the sway bar, but I don't know if they did an alignment (which should be done after that type of work). But when putting it back together installed one of the coil springs upside-down. I mentioned this to the mechanic when I was picking up the car and he said it was fine because "it fit". I drove off and reconfirmed that orientation of the springs does matter because they are progressive springs, wound tighter at one end. They fixed it the next morning free of charge but this lack of knowledge was troubling because I feel like some less mechanically inclined people wouldn't have caught this issue and they are probably messing up other things. I took my car to Pete's Automotive in Jefferson Park and they charged 1/4 the price for a different fix I had quoted and were more competent mechanics.

Greatest customer service experience! I had a screw stuck in my tire. They informed it that it was close to the wall but that they will try to patch it twice for me. I picked up my vehicle and a few hours later the tire was leaking air again. I went back they took me in right away and gave me a great price on a new tire. What made them stand out, was this was all before I needed to get to work, and I informed them as well that I work down the street. They offered me a ride to work and back when my car was ready! I have never experienced that type of customer service, it was absolutely fantastic! you can tell they truly care about their customers ! Frank at desk was amazing !

I blew out a tire on my Ford fusion and could not get the lug nuts off with our roadside repair kit. Luckily I happened to be right across the street from Midas.Freddy came over right away, and explained it was a common problem with the lugnuts on our car and required a different sized socket than the one provided in our roadside repair kit. He told us to sit tight while he grabbed his tools and even asked if our toddler needed water or anything.He came back with his tools and removed my shredded tire and put the spair on in about 5 minutes.Freddy saved us a lot of time, money, and frustration. If he hadn't been there with his tools we would have had to call for roadside assistance and wait for them on the side of the road with our toddler.It's nice to know that there are still kind and honest people out there.Service: Tires

The oil change and tire rotation would have been quick. They did notice my rear shocks and brakes were in need of replacement. Normally I would think it s a way to squeeze money, but they allowed me to inspect to verify; they definitely needed to be replaced.This took two hours, but they were accommodating and drove me to my apartment while I waited. When they were done, they drove my car to me. They are excellent, professional, and reasonably priced

We got a flat tire across the street. These gentlemen came out and replaced the tire with our spare and even put more air in the spare to make sure we could make it home. Turns out Fords tires are impossible to replace with the tools provided in the spare kit.

Words of gratitude to express how I was treated at this business. This shop is very ethical and reliable. Their employees are extremely professional and informative as they went above and beyond explaining the issues my car was having. They handled my car with care while repairing everything both efficiently and effectively. Above all, the customer service was remarkable as they take the time to check on you and offer refreshments. I have never been able to trust a Repair shop but now I feel at ease knowing that I have one to trust. Been here a few times and I really don't see a reason to go anywhere else Freddy is awesome and a real genuine guy looking to help however he can. The mechanic who worked on my car, Zaya was also great, I came in for just an oil change but he went above and beyond and looked out for other important maintenance issues that my car would be running into soon with my battery and coolant. He did the job in no time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for trustworthy mechanics.
