Michael is a genuine auto car shop owner. If it doesn t need it he won t do it. Price is right and very timely. Thanks for an honest business. Best in Morton Grove and surrounding suburbs.Been taking my trucks and wife s cars to Michael Auto Clinic for years. Never had any issues. They re always fast, detailed and do amazing work. Their prices aren t bad either. Never felt like they were dishonest or shady like many mechanics. They explain everything they do, and even give you options. They also complete an extremely detailed full inspection you get sent..front to back of your vehicle. I recommend all friends and family to Michael Auto Clinic. Great local family owned shop that does great work you can depend on.

I needed an oil change and brake service so I went to Michael s Garage because I live in the neighborhood and I like to support local businesses. They are kind, courteous, professional and honest. When I arrived they greeted me with a friendly hello and asked me how soon I needed my car back. That particular day I didn't need it back so I was happy to leave and come back later. Dropped the car off at 9 and picked it up around 2. They even noticed that the something else was a little off and fixed it for me at no charge. Great way to do business. Thanks Michael !

Best mechanic I have visited.Got my Honda A/C taken care of, spark plugs and coils changed. Very reasonable price. Michael the owner is very knowledgeable guy and very funny.

Great services, honest, and great pricing. Had a very good experience. I recommend this shop before any of the other pricey shops on dempster. Had full brake lines and brakes done here and it went smooth. 5 Stars / 2 Thumbs Up.

Awesome experience they took care of all my cars problems and were very knowledgeable of everything. I felt very safe leaving my car with them. I can t tell you how amazing these guys are. They have worked on several of our vehicles over the years, and have always done an amazing job at a fair price.Mike does a great job of explaining what should be done, what could be done, and what might need to be done at some point in the future. There is never any pressure, and he s just as thorough in giving a recap after the work has been done.This place gets my highest recommendation, and Mike and Jason have always taken great care of me and my family. Best automotive service anywhere! Highly recommend, but wish fewer people knew of this gem! I've been taking vehicles to Mike for over 8 years and, even after moving from the town, I still go there for service. He is TRUSTWORTHY! And that's not easy to find with a mechanic. I highly recommend.

My first time there was very professional and good communication with Michael he did very good job on my Lexus with engine. Others will try to rip you off saying they installed new parts while they don't. But that Michael's shop is very honest and I just became a regular customer by today. Thanks ;)

Called Michael in the morning for an emergency replacement of a catalytic converter that was stolen overnight from in front of our hotel. Michael was very friendly and knowledgeable on the phone and told me that if I brought it in soon, he could have it completed by 6:30pm. We finally got there around 12:15 and he immediately put it up on the lift, showed me the damage and provided an estimate for repair. I left the car there and was surprised to get a call at 3:30pm letting me know the repair was done. Excellent service, friendly staff and a prompt turnaround. My daughter is moving here for school and I'm happy that Michael is now "our guy" for any and all car repairs. Highly recommend.

I have had my car worked on by Michael's for several years. Always fantastic job at reasonable price. Never any surprises.UpdateThis place is amazing. I went in there on an urgent matter with my engine, and Mike got to my car immediately and diagnosed it! He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate! Very fair prices for what you get. Mike got my cylinder fixed same day and I was on my way back home within 2 hours! Mike is the man!

I have been taking my vehicles to Michael Auto Clinic for the past 15+ years. If you are looking for professionalism, honesty, and reliability then Michael automotive is the best place to go for you car's mechanical needs. This is a family business and they treat their customers like family. If you need regular maintenance for your vehicle or if you have major mechanical problems, they can handle it. Nobody likes to have car problems and they seem to happen at the worst time but Michael Auto Clini has always treated me, friends, and family with respect and have always been honest. Major repairs are costly but they will be honest about what needs to be fix immediately vs things that can wait a little longer and I have always appreciated that. They keep you up to date with any changes, whether it be by phone or text message; they are willing to help and that is all anybody wants. When you get your vehicle back, you can be sure that all the issues that were discussed have been corrected.-Professionalism-Integrity-Honesty-WelcomingI would recommend Michael auto clinic automotives to anybody that needs any car services. Natali and Michael are the best. I took my 20 year old car to the dealer because the car failed the smog test. For $168 diagnostic fee, I was quoted $2,554.95 to begin the repair. The dealer suggested to replace the car instead of to repair.Michael and Natali fixed the issue, took my car to the smog test and got it passed!!!!! It was only $373. I am beyond happy! It is like a miracle! My financial burden was lifted off me!! I am so grateful that there are good and honest people on this earth who quietly helping our community one car at a time.Don't wait. Go see Michael and Natali.

My husband found this wonderful repair shop. I have always been so nervous to go to car repair shops, because I don't know that much about cars, and I was scared to be taken advantage of like many times before. Nataly & Michael were very friendly and polite, but most of all very honest with me. Nataly even offered me a ride home so I didn't have to spend $ on the Uber. To be completely honest with you I didn't expect that kind gesture ... So very, very nice of them, (because they didn't have to do that). They fixed all my car problems and the check engine sign that I had been dealing with it for years, and everything is working well in my car. I highly recommend this honest business place to anyone who needs a great car repair without out being concerned to be ripped off. Having a car that works well can make anyone's life easier!

I came in for a simple oil change, but Michael was acting strange and it made me suspicious. I decided to check to see if I had actually had my engine oil changed, my suspicions turned out to be but the oil was not changed and neither was the oil filter. Michael earned $109 as well as this review.

Michael auto clinic is a great, honest shop that backs their work and provides great service. I've never had a bad experience throughout the years working with them and the one time there was a hiccup they fully took care of my situation. You'll always have access to a complimentary loaner vehicle or ride to where you need to go when you bring your vehicle in for service.Friendly and knowledgeable staff gives great advice and support to build strong and loyal relationships with their customers.

If you ever wished to find an honest local mechanic, you found one here. They still exist.Michael lays out options on the table for each job, he is knowledgeable and takes time to explain solutions and procedures patiently.My hope is that small businesses like this stay in the community for decades to come.

If I could give Michael 10 stars, I would. He is so nice, honest, up front and does great work. He will be my go-to mechanic from now on. He fixed my car around so quickly, I was not expecting it to be done that soon. If you have car problems, give Michael a call. Do not go anywhere else. I highly highly recommend him!*New review - Michael and team are Lifesavers! My car battery was dying and I didn't want to chance getting stuck at work. I called the dealership and the soonest availability they had wasn't for another week. I called Michael at 4:50 pm. By 5:30 pm, my car had a new battery, was ready to go and they charged me less than what the dealership quoted. I am so so grateful I found Michael Auto clinic.

Hi all. I have been using Michael for a long time. I like his speed, quality, professionalism and level of work. Serious guys work for him. I service several cars here from Vienna to passenger cars and Michael always easily coped with my problems. Which makes me very happy. This is the best service in Chicago.
