We had an amazing experience at this dealership. Our salesman, Adam was very nice, hospitable and outgoing with us and made us feel comfortable and assured in our decision to buy our car. He told us many details on the car and made us feel like we got an amazing car and answered all our questions with ease. We had a nice drive in the car even on a rainy day. Sergio, the financial manager was also awesome and helped us through the whole process and financial packages. Amazing conversations and we knew he was looking out for us with the options in financing the car. We are in love with our red Acura 2019 and we knew it was the one for us. Thank you to all who helped us feel at home with the process of buying the car. It s incredible how it only took a few hours and we were home with our new car so fast. Once the purchase was complete, we rang a bell and everyone congratulated us and took a picture with the car. It was an awesome experience and such a welcoming environment. This dealership definitely lives up to its amazing reputation and awesome costumer service, you can t go wrong with Acura!

I just want to say that I cannot be more satisfied with my entire experience at this location. Everyone has been tremendously helpful and has gone above and beyond to help us find the car of our dreams. Esteban from the start was absolutely wonderful and such a delight to show us what they had in inventory and test drive without any stress or the typical pushy tactics that most car salespeople use - so refreshing to actually just sit and talk casually, while at the same time still accomplishing your end goal of finding a vehicle for what you want. When it came time to talk numbers, their head salesperson (Elson) came to give us our options and pricing. He was willing to negotiate to match another Acura dealer s offer and do some additional things for us for additional incentives. They stayed late and helped ensure we were good to go - even though things went way past their shift unfortunately. Even so we never felt any rush or pressure or anything to suggest we still weren t their top priority. This was my first time buying a vehicle and brand new at that - they ve exceeded my best expectations. I cannot recommend them more! Everyone has been so lovely and they truly care about giving you the car of your dreams.

I want owner Chad A's intervention in this matterMy wife bought a 2018 Lexus GS 350 on 11/06. After the delivery on our way home I found the parking sensor malfunction lights on. I reported the issue next day 11/07. On 11/08, the engine lights was on. I got restless and brought the vehicle to the dealership. I hope they fix the issue and don't charge me anything. Fingers crossedI will keep everyone updated on my experience.Advice to dealership to do proper inspections before selling the vehicle and answer to the call when the customs really need the help in such condition.Update 1: 11/10The car was Handed over to the service on the 2nd day 11/08. There is no clear communication on the issue. It was told by the service rep mark that car will be there for a while as the car has many codes. When I asked for the diagnosis report it s not given until now.I am trying to reach out to the top management (Ron) but no reply yet. Me and my wife are professional engineers. If such things can happen to us then I can imagine the situation of a regular guy.Update 11/14:I received a call from Service that my car is ready and all the issues are resolved. I will keep you posted on my findings. I hope they will run OBD and provide me the report today and extend the 15 days warranty as I hardly got only a day to drive after buying the car.

I saw a blue color Integra Type S I was interested in on Google at this specific location so I called and was received by Sarah. She was very nice and detail about the pricing for the car. Sarah mentioned they have two Type S (one in white and one in blue) both selling for MSRP with no accessory add ons. I agreed to stop by to see the car two days later.Unfortunately, the blue color Integra type S was sold before I got there. Not the dealers fault since I never made a deposit. Sarah was not in today either. So I decide to look at the white Integra.Nate was my salesman and was very helpful in going through all the details about the vehicle. He was very patient and offer his help whenever I asked a question.After I finished with Nate, the sales manager came by and tried to sell the white one to me for $5K above msrp and enforced mandatory $2K dealer add ons afterwards. He claims ALL THEIR CARS have mandatory add ons installed already. I mentioned to the sales manager what Sarah told me and he said there must be a miscommunication! I walked out quickly after that.The sales manager here is super greedy and a big disappointment to the Acura brand. The Integra Type S is not a limited product car of any sort. Even if it, we need to do stop marking up cars!

I have to say I had a great experience with purchasing my car from this dealership. Adam was extremely helpful in finding the car I really want. The first car I looked at was not what I wanted, Adam was great in listening to me and trying to find what I really wanted. The first visit we couldn't find what I wanted. Few days later Adam called me and told me there would be a car coming in few days that I might like. The moment the car arrived at the dealership Adam called me to come in and look at it. I was really happy and pleased that he kept in touch with me. I went and looked at the car and that night I walked out with my car. I really was impressed that Adam was not one of those pushy sales associate he really cared about what I wanted. I am extremely happy and satisfied with my car. I will be recommending this dealership to my friends and family. THANK YOU ADAM FOR EVERYTHING. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK AGAIN.

I found this dealership online by accident and I wanted to get my wife a new car. This is our first Acura and the staff was great especially isho and Rasheed were really great to me and my wife. Isho too extra time and effort to make sure my wife knew how to work all the technology in her new car. Of you are looking for a new Acura this place is worth coming too.

From the time you walk into McGrath Acura of MORTON GROVE until the time you walk out you feel very comfortable with the low pressure atmosphere and friendliness. We had the pleasure of working with LEO DAVID while buying our new car. He was very professional, hardworking and knowledgeable in all aspects of the buying process. I purchased a 2024 MDX type S last week from Mcgrath Acura in Morton Grove Illinois and cannot be happier with the entire purchase experience. Everyone was honest, friendly, and very helpful. There were no games played, and everything I was promised was fulfilled. I will definitely return for another Acura when I need one and will absolutely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

I bought an Acura 2015 with 4000 miles. From the very beginning I had so many issues with this car, and I am very disappointed. I replaced both headlights which cost me over $1000. Little after that I had check engine light so many times and every time when I drop off the car to see what was wrong, they told me that everything looks great until the one day when I was driving, and check engine light popped up again and I went straight to dealership, and they told me that engine needs to be replaced. After they replaced the engine, I needed to replace the car shocks and I don t even remember how much that cost. After that I was not able to start the car at all, and I had all lights blinking, the car alarm went on, and it took me more than twenty minutes to turn off the alarm. After this replacement I changed the timing belt and water pump. Now it looks like that transmission needs to be fixed.I cannot say anything bad about customer service. All people from the mechanic shop are very nice and they have nothing to do with this and they did their best to fix the issue but that was impossible.I am very disappointed in Acura and the quality of the car.

I had done quite a bit of research and visited other brand dealerships before deciding on an MDX. The Morton Grove Acura was the best dealership experience out of all of them. Marco was awesome - super knowledgeable, helpful and patient with me. I appreciated that there were no phony tactics to visit the sales manager numerous times to negotiate my offer. The sales manager was super friendly and provided me the best possible deal upfront, no mind games. I was provided all of my different options for both financing and leasing to help me make the best choice. Sergio also did a great job getting me through the finance process. This was the most enjoyable, hassle-free car buying experience I ever had. I m really happy with my purchase and highly recommended this dealership.

Marc N. assisted me with the service of my ILX due to the winter storm, and he was very respectful, kind, and understood the issue and how I wanted to proceed. He was able to resolve the problem as soon as possible (even showed me the damages under the vehicle while on the lift which is awesome) . I'm very grateful for his help and assistance this morning. Bought a certified preowned vehicle from McGrath. They claim their system could not transfer our plates that had just been renewed the prior month. Spent several hours at the DMV the next week who substantiated our suspicion, the tags could indeed be transferred. In fact we learned that the State of Illinois has an 800 number staffed 6 days a week for dealerships that they could have called for help with the tag transfer but McGrath never called them. Called the salesman and credit manager who failed to return our calls. Called again the next day and asked that they refund the registration fee and they refused. So now I have two sets of valid plates for the next year. Poor follow up and poor customer service that cost me extra money.I will never do business with them again.

Kudos and five starts to Leo in the Service Department of McGrath Acura in Morton Grove. One of the key fobs to my 2020 Acura RDX wasn't working and had fallen completely apart when I tried to replace the battery myself. After speaking with Leo on the phone, I brought the car and fob in, and he put it all back together and replaced the battery, at no charge. You don't see that kind of service very often any more, particularly as the car hadn't been purchased from McGrath. I'll definitely be using them for all of my service needs going forward. McGrath Acura was an answered prayer. I'd been driving my car for than fifteen years when it finally became too costly to repair. It was sudden and catastrophic, forcing us to move up our purchase timeline by a year. We'd spent all our free time (and not so free time) researching so we could be the most-informed comsumers. We'd determined our budget and needs, and we also decided to only look at two used car vendors. An Acura dealership was not one of the choices. Well, on our way to another dealership, I decided to look at McGrath online. I saw the exact car that I wanted with the exact features AND great mileage. We made a U-turn and walked inside. Marco greeted us and DID NOT try to sway us from our choice nor upsell us too much. He was so sensitive to our needs. The best part, not only did McGrath Acura Morton Grove have a vehicle that checked most of our boxes, the place was packed! Every work station was occupied and deals were being made all around us. Over the years, we've gone through this process more than a couple of times, but to be surrounded by happy customers was a first for us.We had our own financing, so we didn't have much contact with the finance team at first. When we came back to finalize the deal a couple of days later, Rashad went through all the paperwork with us and completed the transaction while Marco made sure my new-to-me car was sparkly clean and fueled.I appeciate the no-pressure experience and follow-up care at McGrath Acura. I'm so grateful for the friendliness of the staff, and how they appear to like their workplace. We were there on a Saturday and a Tuesday, both days were hopping, yet it seemed like we had the entire staff's undivided attention. They turned astressful experience into a fun one! If I could give no stars I would. My 84 year old father bought a car from them for $17,000. It started leaking oil all over their garage floor. He brought the vehicle back to McGrath, and said he wanted to trade it for another vehicle, as he didn't want a car leaking oil. This was 5 days later.There is were it gets really shady!!!!! The salesman was going over the paperwork with him. My mother called and asked the salesman what they were giving my father for the vehicle he just purchased from them 5 days before. The salesman wouldn't answer her. Instead he puts Eyu on the phone. My mother asked him. Eyu hesitated and didn't want to answer her. This shady dealer was giving him $11,000 for the vehicle he just purchased from them 5 days before. I am sorry, used vehicles do not depreciate $6,000 in 5 days. Thank goodness my mother called, otherwise they would have really tried to scam him even more.I called the dealership and asked why they thought that was reasonable to give $11,000 for a vehicle that was just purchased days before for $17,000. I was told by Eyu that's how it's done. They would have to retitle the vehicle and they couldn't do a swap on another vehicle.I told him this car was unsafe for my 84 year old father and that he was scamming him. He pushed me off to the service manager. The service manager did call me back. I told him about the issues and he said they would fix the car. I said at this point, I don't trust the dealership and my father needs to return the vehicle. I have since written an email to the Sales Manager Eyu. Let's see if he answers and what his response is. I am so upset they tried to take advantage of an 84 year old man. Unfortunately, my father believed their lies.I just found out about this, and now trying to make it right for my parents. I will update on what McGrath deems is making it right. At this point, the only way to make it right is to let my father return the vehicle and get his money back.

I was referred to Noonya by a family member and the first time I went in we discussed things and especially pricing and we couldn't come to an agreement. The following Saturday when I went in, we were able to work out a deal.Noonya was very thorough and patient and working with her on this deal was very professional.I would definitely be comfortable in recommending her to others.Jeff
