Had an emergency tire fix. And Peter was able to hook me up! He was very knowledgeable with helping me choose my tire and explaining what the differences are. I would highly recommend coming here

This is horrible service. Wright I after the guy turned the car of he reversed hearing the engin roar on a minivan and placed it on the parking while the car was still on motion and most likely deleting my transmission. The supervisor was talking to the guy and he raved the engine and squealed the tires on front o the supervisor. And in the end the supervisor was very rude at me united of the guy who was misusing a Costumer ls car.

PETER NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!My mother went in for one of her tires where she called in advance. They told her she could leave her car with them and they will fit it in whenever they get time. Then comes in Peter. When my mom goes in Peter shows nothing but disrespect to not only my mother but also my grandfather. I don t know if it is a race thing because we are Muslim but it sure seems like it. My mother also left the shop to get away from Peter and he comes out yelling at her outside. If he is not fired we will tell everyone to boycott this Just Tires establishment, show the video we have of PETER YELLING AT MY MOTHER, and file charges. Thank you.

PETER NEEDS TO BE FIREDWe went in today after being told we could drop the car off for a tire change and within seconds of walking in we were being yelled at by Peter he was being nothing but disrespectful and even after walking out he continued to come outside and yell at us, if Peter is not fired we will boycott this terrible establishment and show the video we have of Peter yelling at my mother and press charges

Purchased two front tires for my truck along with an alignment. After the tires were installed and the alignment was completed, the truck was pulling to the left as I drove it home. Made an appointment to have it corrected.During second check out, after the re-alignment, Peter Guzlor at the desk told me the truck wasn t pulling to the left, the steering wheel just wasn t centered so they adjusted it. Ok, that didn t sound right but I thought the truck was fixed. Driving it home, it still pulled to the left.I brought it back and Peter told me there was nothing else they could do. The computer said it was properly aligned. I asked him to get in the truck with me and take a ride so I could show him. He told me he wasn t going to do that but he would refund the alignment. That s fair but then he told me I shouldn t have authorized the work in the first place since I didn t want to do it and I didn t notice the alignment was off when I brought it in. That comment was incorrect and unnecessary. Even though the truck didn t pull to the left before I brought it in, I didn t question whether or not do to do the alignment once they told me it was off.I told Peter the truck didn t pull to the left before I brought it in. His attitude became worse and he asked me if I knew how to do an alignment. I told him I didn t need to know how to do an alignment to know the truck was pulling.He continued to tell me I didn t know what I was talking about since the computer showed the alignment was correct and there was nothing else they could do.I asked him for his name after he provided the refund. He said Now you are going to give me a bad review? I said what would you do? Then he called me an a-hole and a d-head.Needless to say, that is not the level of customer service one expects and I will not be returning to this shop. Unless you want to be subjected to this type of abuse, you should consider alternatives.

There was a nice gentleman at the front desk, but that was all the good.They charged me $45 for a simple flat tire repair (the tire was already in the trunk). It took them 3 HOURS to fix a puncture, while I already had an appointment with them! On top of everything, they left a scratch on my car! DO NOT recommend them. This was my first and last experience with this store and this brand.

I needed tires on July 4th and they were open! Friendly and quick and I was out of there in 90 min. Wonderful service and I recommend them without question.

This was my first visit. Fabulous guys!The way they talk to each customer, communication with next steps, wait time expectations, etc was fantastic. Very clear, respectful, and connected well with every customer I saw while I was waiting. Nice clean, spacious waiting area with plenty of social distancing options.For me personally, they met the time commitment, and handled a minor repair for a very reasonable price.This is my new go-to tire place. Highly recommended!

EDIT: I cannot thank Peter and the techs enough for the honesty, attention to detail and amazing customer service they provide. I've taken my car to Firestone, Pep Boys, Midas and a few others I cannot remember because it was that many. NONE of these places could get my alignment straight.And that's because of a one KEY inspection JUST TIRES does (especially this location) that all these other companies failed to do or pay attention to when working on my car. Not to mention all these companies, BESIDES Just Tires had no problem taking my money, knowing my alignment was still off OR sometimes even tell me that I was wrong because the calibration numbers were correct and the drift I was STILL feeling/experiencing was from "angle paved roads"...(*cought* FireStone).JUST TIRES ACTUALLY TAKES THE TIME TO LOOK AT NOT ONLY YOUR TIRES, BUT CONTROL ARMS, TIRE RODS, ETC. They actually inspect underneath your car for any minor damage or anything that could cause an alignment issue BEFORE calibrating it on a machine.Less than a year ago, I took my car to Just Tires as they seemed to actually care that I've taken my car to many other places and haven't been able to get the alignment right. I took it there, and after the techs did my alignment, they told me that the source of the issue was due to a very small bend in my left tire rod which was BARELY visable. Even when I was changing the part with my mechanic, he was surprised someone found such a small bend. After swapping the part out that Just Tires advised me to do, I took it back to their shop and Peter and his techs worked their magic and after years of my car always drifting to the right, my alignment was PERFECT. I have GTI so the steering is very tight and they absolutely nailed it. I was so elated that my alignment was FINALLY straight after all these years fixed, I actually took a joy ride on the highway, which I haven't done since my high school days.I cannot thank and recommend this place enough. They treat you like a valued customer and not a number. They actually care if the work is done properly and if there's an issue or they cannot do the job properly, they won't lie to you and take your money. They'll tell you what the problem is and even recommend the best course of action of how to get the problem fixed.My parents and four siblings all take our cars here and only here when it comes to anything Tire or alignment related.I just want to say thank you again, I feel like I finally have my car back.If I could this place 10 stars I would. Hands down best service and staff in the Chicagoland area. Both Roy and Peter in particular were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. I ve never experienced such exceptional service anywhere before. They are honest about costs and labor and will inspect your car for other problems while doing their inspection and let you know about it! I can t stress it enough. Take your car here to JustTires for all your tire needs. Thanks again to Roy and Peter for all your help.

I highly recommend Just Tires Morton Grove. The customer service is outstanding. I dealt with Peter & Roy & I felt they went above & beyond to accommodate me. They fit me into their schedule last minute because I had a huge screw in my tire. Then I ended up arriving late because I had to stop to change the tire because it went flat before I got there. Turns out they had to replace the tire and they had the same tire in stock. Even though I arrived late & near closing besides fixing the tire they changed my oil which I requested when I made the appt. I did not have to come back the following day. The service was great. They even put my donut spare back under the minivan where it was stored. Price was reasonable and I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of even though I was at their mercy. Thank you. 5 stars all across the board.

I have been a customer for Just Tires for a good 4 years now. I have never had an issue with the sales people or my car after repair. Employees are always friendly and attentive to the customers concerns. The manager, Cholino Sanchez, goes above and beyond to meet my needs. He s very helpful and gives his advise from a professional viewpoint so I can better understand the situation and decide on the proper solution to my concerns.

What a great experience. I have used Just Tires in Morton Grove in the past and was happy with the service so when one of my tires kept losing air I knew exactly where to take my car. Cholino Sanchez the manager had the tire checked and found no nails or punctures. It was a leaky valve and he replaced it. When it was time to pay he said it was covered. These guys are honest and provide great customer service. I know where I ll be back when it s time for a new set of tires and who I can recommend to friends and family! Thanks Just Tires, you ve earned all my future business!

I had an appointment for 9am and I get here and they say it's for 1pm, so I guess it's whenever they feel like it type scheduling. Ridiculous when your wasting paying customers time, straight bulls#!%! I've been a customer for years and have visited the shops in Deerfield and Skokie but after this visit I will try someone else.

I've had better experiences at other Just Tires, and this is the only one in which I've had bad experiences.I went there earlier this week because I had bought a 3 year alignment package when I got my tires from them in 2020. I scheduled an appointment for 9:30, for the alignment and an oil change, you know since I was already there might as well get it done.I arrive at 9:20, check in, give them keys, sit down - everything was going great. The person behind the desk mentioned how it was gonna be 2 hours, I was like sounds good, I mean an alignment shouldn't take more than what, an hour?They didn't start working on my car until almost 10:25. What is the point of an appointment if it's going to take an extra hour for my car to even begin to get worked on? They came back to me at around 11:30 and I was like wow thank God that actually didn't take much long. Anyways, apparently, they couldn't do the oil change. Apparently my car, a Mazda6 from 2007, which has the same engine as a Ford Focus of the same year, required some different tools that they didn't have in hand to make a simple oil change. In the 8 years my family has owned this car, we had never heard anything about this and we have gone to1. The dealership2. Independent mechanics3. Jiffy lube.4. Our drivewayAnd no one had said anything about special Mazda tools needed.Anyways, I was getting my car back, right? Nope!!! In the two hours after my appointment, they had done no work. The worker asked me something amongst the lines of "ummmm so do you still want the alignment?"WELL YES IF I CAME IN FOR AN ALIGNMENT I KIND OF WANT TO BE SERVICED RIGHT? or did they just want me to go home after waiting for two hours!!They did the alignment and I got the car 45 minutes after, but wow waiting almost 3 hours for that was... Not worth it. Only giving it a two star because they didn't mess anything up. Really ruined my entire day if I'm being honest.

I've been coming to this place for many years. They always treat you very well here and they give excellent service. My car tire had a nail in it and they fixed it right away while they waited. Make sure that if you drive a lot you get the warranty on the tires because you're going to be really glad that you got it. Cho, one if the managers is super friendly and is always so courteous and pleasant. I used to go to other tire shops but I had inferior service and they had inferior tires.

Great Service!The "Low Preasure" light turned on, and they checked and added pressure to all 4 tires, after verifying it was caused by the low temperature, not because of loss of air.Many thanks!

Just had the best experience at Just Tires. Jason took care of me. I had a blowout on the road but had an old tire that I had purchased there but didn t use. They were willing to put on the tire they sold me five years ago for free. They even checked all my other tires to make sure they were OK. These guys are the best.

John (the manager) took great care of us and our tire needs. He recommended a great set of tires for us and when we came back the next day to pick up the truck it was ready and so was thre paperwork. We had the rebate explained to us and we were back on the road (with a new set of much safer tires). Thanks a lot John! Top notch service!!

I made an appointment online and received an estimate of $700 for 4 tires. When I arrived they refused to honor the coupon that was issued from their own website and refused to honor the price quoted on their website.

HORRIBLE service and customer respect. Spent $1,000 and treat like garbage with under 200 miles of use. I have file a CONSUMER FRAUD ACTION with the ILLINOIS ATTORNEY GENERA:'S OFFICE on Jan. 3. Manger laughed and sail his MOTHER-IN_LAW was GOODYEAR. LOL-what a clown. Son made anti-christian and anti-semetic comments, enjoyed by a fellow staff member.

After I brought my Jeep here at Just Tires in Mortan Grove the service here was fast, professional and just exceptional overall. Special thanks to Roy at the desk, he gave me a good recommendation on tires for my specific vehicle and also gave me a good deal on my tires.

Came in for a tpms check. Ruben provided a super friendly customer service at Just Tires. He was able to help me with my issue, check the system in my car and send me on my way in no time. Definitely would recommend this location to others and would go back in the future.

I've personally been to this location about 8 or 9 times for either new tires, rebalancing, or a flat. This is by far the best customer service I've ever received at a tire shop. One of the employees, Will, went out of his way to make sure my flat tire was repaired and on my way within 30 minutes. Highly recommend this shop for any tire needs, as they will take good care of you.
