Great price and packaging...replacement low beam bulbs intact! Ordering was easy. Free shipping, just wish it was slightly faster, but very satisfied. Would order here again. I found this product cheaper in Amazon, but prefer not to shop with them...eased that I could make my purchase here!

These lights live up to their name. I only had them installed for fourcdats now and all i can say is these are the best lights i ever had. Its almost as if the darkness of night doesn't exist when im driving at night now. Nice bright white light, long beam allows me to see futher down the road, and the side illumination is unlike anything I've seen before, it allows me to see everything on the sides of the road. The price was worth it. The shipping was really fast, these lights are authentic osram and comes with trust codes to prove it. At first i tried to save money by buying cheaper lights two bulbs for 35.00 online, you know where i went lol. They were so dull i couldn't see 30 feet ahead of me. After a week of research i settled on osram night breaker laser next gen. Im glad i did. I look forward to driving at night now. If your thinking about getting these just do it. I also hear they get brighter as time goes by a week or so.

First time replacing HID lamps. I had to disassemble the whole bumper and remove the housings. Doing this swap inside the wheel well would have been painful. I did it on my kitchen floor. . Lamps are working great. I no longer have a random light go out.

I have been buying all of the LEDs and HIDs I needed for my car here, great prices and great support. Fast shipping as well and they regularly have promos and deals that make getting everything at once a lot easier. Frank at their Chicago location was incredibly helpful over the phone and email and made sure everything was 100%. The headlights I need for my Lexus aren t stocked anywhere in my area, and online range from crazy expensive to needing a mortgage to buy. Except at HID Concept. I get two lights for the best price of one anywhere else. On top of that, they get to me within a week!

The replacement bulbs I ordered arrived exactly as described. Very well packaged and undamaged, no drama whatsoever. The price I paid was as low as anywhere else and lower than most. I highly recommend HID Concept for automotive lighting.

I replaced the OEM HID bulbs on 2014 Tesla Model S P85 with the D3S: Dama Kanji Ultimate Vision Gen3 KUV 6000K due to system alert "Right/Left Headlight malfunction detected". They work, are super white and look better than the originals. It has only been 2 weeks so far but I'm not worried since there is a 2 year warranty and HID Concept will stand behind their products.

Second time ordering from HIDCONCEPT. Prices are exceptional and you can rely on receiving an actual Osram product versus a knockoff. Real people are there and available to answer questions. They also provide videos on YouTube that show how to tell real Osram HID bulbs from knockoffs. After receiving my last order, I had questions since the Osram package didn't provide the consumer validation code. Instead it has a batch #. The people at HIDCONCEPT were available to address my concerns and explained why the HID I purchased didn't have that code and offered to exchange with the coded product, which sells at a higher price. Their explanation had to do with batch ordering the way auto manufacturers do, therefore lower price with no consumer validation code. I'm very happy with this purchase and this place is great to deal with!

Exceptional Customer Service. The gentleman I spoke with when I called prior to placing my order took time to answer all my questions and never made me feel rushed. He certainly knows his business. The shipment arrived on time and the product was exactly as advertised (original OEM from Germany). The bulbs have already been installed and are working perfectly. Those ballasts I purchased from your company is exactly what my car needed. I've always had 6000k bulbs, but they had gotten kind of "dull and lifeless" over the years. With those new ballasts, Pi-yow! Crisp and bright! (...and since my car is out of production, it's kind of hard to find what I need - thanks for the solution!)

Quality bulbs overall, but I think the only difference between these and OEM were the color, these seem slightly more yellow than bluish-white and I wasn't expecting that/had hoped they would be the same as OEM.
