Clean and fast work. They changed my inner bumper reinstatement on International 2017 semi truck. Called them 2 days before to get appointment, when i came they started to work immediately. So i am pretty satisfied

Unreliable and unethical STAY AWAY from this company! I am utterly disappointed by the abysmal service provided by this people who to begin with aren't who they say they are! They hire truck drivers to deliver their cargos and cover themselves by saying they're "car repair" COMPLETE GARBAGE. They are lying! THEY DO HIRE TRUCK DRIVERS! My brother had a horrible experience dealing with them, and I feel obligated to warn others about their unprofessionalism and lack of integrity. Not only did this corrupt company fail to deliver on their promises, but they also exhibited blatant disregard for their financial obligations. They CURRENTLY OWE my brother a significant sum of $6,000, which he rightfully earned, yet the company showed no intention of fulfilling their debt. This level of dishonesty and negligence is utterly unacceptable!! They won t answer the phone whether is a call or a text! It is absolutely unacceptable and unbelievable that they play with people's money and time they have to spend away from they're families such as a wife and daughter that misses and cries for her father every time he's away trying to make a living for his family. Absolute disgrace and I hope we get justice! Not only for my brother but for all the other trucks drivers that are going through the same with this company! So l strongly advise anyone considering doing business with "Crown point truck trailer and car repair" to look elsewhere. Their unethical behavior and poor service are not worth the risk or the headache.

The Worst Company to Work for as a Truck Driver. My friend was a driver for the trucking company and they lie on the hiring agreement they said this and that and after you are all hooked up is we're all the problems start they ask you for a week behind and if you don't agree with them with any driving issues they won't pay up, they own my friend around $6,000 on his last week and half of working, also on the advertising they said they paid on Friday that is a lie. If you have to pass tolls on mondays you have to pay up from your pocket they tell you that ipass is having issues but the true is low balance not worthy. SCAMMERS is the best word to describe this Company.

The owner is a bad person between trucking and the mechanics that s in his shop , he will run your cdl down and collect escrow to keep it , he force his drivers off the clock , good luck ,100% 0 stars

They will say that they don t have a trucking company but they do. They say they will pay Escrow but they don t. They say they re Like a family here at Crown Point but it s not. Communication is terrible , I worked as a driver for their company for almost a year in truck # 22. Accounting changed my pay without even sending a simple notice from .70cpm to .65 cpm. I wasn t to angry about that just wish it would have been communicated. Now when I call , email them about returning my escrow they won t even respond ( sounds money hungry , thieves) so just no when u start driving for there company side there gone steal money out your check and you won t get it back. Facts!! And if you let them they ll run u like a slave but I m going to keep commenting on this company every month until I get the response I m looking for.

We have used these guys a bunch of times. They are down the street from us and they have serviced our trucks pretty quick everytime, recently we had a truck not start and inna few hours they replaced the starter and batteries and got us back on the road. Daniel is awesome and def knows about trucks. I'll def recommend these guys all the time.Services: Battery service, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Oil change

As a small business owner I know a thing or two about customer stratification. Crown Point is by far the worst place for your trucks general repair. Their services advisors are untrustworthy and technicians are both unexperienced and incompetent. You would be better served fixing it yourself.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

They Took out couple of parts off my car Volkswagen Touareg, after I took the car for a ride it shut down in the middle of the road. They said they fixed it. I insisted on making a discount, they ended up charging me 4000 for parking, repairs etc. can t do nothing about it

It's clement brown even though y'all took my money and never pay me and god knows I never left y'all truck and bring it back safe it's cool u know I hope y'all feel happy for not paying me and doing ppl dirty u kno but I hope this company grow and see plenty of successful day I'm still give u five star even though y'all did me wrong I forgive u god will handle it

i read all reviews and i am shocked of how invidious people are. I fixed my car to them and they even provide me a rental. They did a really really good job.Also the rental they gave me was grate. Brand new Cadillac Escalade and i paid only $100 since the car is rented for $250 a day. Those who complain the don`t have any idea what a bad shop means. God job Crown Point and I am happy that my insurance provider sent me to your shop. Definitely i will recommend their shop.

I had excellent service on my Porche 911. Needed some general maintenance on the car, (fluids and some other small items), the car is running better than when I picked it up from the dealership. The manager, Nino , was very courteous and professional. Honest pricing on the work and overall perfect treatment of both me and my vehicle. Highly recommend this shop. Just to add braught in my suv for winterizing got it done same day when Cadillac told me a 4 day wait. Thanks nino.

The WORST experience in my life!!! If you are taking your car or truck for the repair, it is NOT this place to take it. They broke my car and repainted it without letting me know. They charged my more than I had to pay and I mean extra ($100) each day they worked on the car. They STOLE parts from my car. Even mechanic noticed the parts missing but as the owner said there is nothing we can do about it .

I dropped the car because I had a sudden flat tire. They fixed the tires on time and the charge was pretty reasonable. I think the bad reviews may have been an exaggeration or outdated.Service: TiresService: Tires

Very nice and friendly people. I come there in the morning to fix my problem and they was very receptive to me... in about 1 hour I was ready to go. I give him 5 stars and I recommend this shop. Thanks guys.

This is the worst experience in hole my life guys! I am very sorry that i came to this auto service to fix my car, because masters who works here do not even have an idea how and what they should do with the car, they messed up! The car instead of repairing it, how did they find a job hear? People are not able to do anything there, do not waste the time iththis garage!!! i hope they will get fired or place will be closed. How they find such stupid people? I am in shock, i definitely put 1 star for such a "job" Have a nice day, everyone. Best wishes, BMW driver.
