Horrible experience! They damaged my car and lied to me about when they called me. When I finally arrived and looked at my car it was obvious that they damaged it by trying to put it on the rack and it didn't clear (I have speciality equipment on my car for my job).After calling them out they admitted fault, fixed part of the damage but has yet to fix the body damage on my vehicle. Shawn, the manager, has informed me that they have a body shop in town that gave them a quote for the body damage based on pictures he took so they will be fixing it. That's a definite NO. And to top this all off , they charged me over $200 for a alignment, rotation, and balance (after damaging my car). I'll be taking my car elsewhere because none of this was done correct either. I'll be contacting corporate to resolve this since I don't trust the manager, Shawn, who's lied from the start. Horrible business ethics. I definitely would NOT recommend anyone taking their car to them.

The guys at Tire Tracks in Morris were awesome!! I got 4 new tires, an oil change and they even put on my new license plates. To some that might not seem like a big deal but to me it means alot I have no tools to do that and they kindly did it for me. I'll definitely go back to them for all my auto needs!!

Typically very good service and response. This time a misunderstanding with tire rotation. Last time it was included this time it was not. Had to do with original equipment tires vs tires purchased there. Prior oil chg was on a car where tires were pitched there.

Sean and the Tire Tracks guys are great. Was able to find a connector, hose and other parts to make my wiper fluid work. Also replaced blades and they are awesome! Have had many major repairs done here as well. Always happy with the work.

This Fall, Tire Tracks installed new tires on the Jeep Cherokee. Recently, one of the tires had a sidewall blow out, likely from one of Illinois' many potholes. Tire Tracks immediately ordered and replaced the damaged tire through road hazard coverage. There was only a nominal fee. Very courteous and polite personnel.

They got me in and out in under an hour for a tire replacement. I had 4 boys with me and the guys there were wonderful and understanding of the chaos I brought into their shop lol. I will definitely use their services again.

I thought that I would get a good service at a tire specialist but I ended up with very scratched rims and very poor help with solving the problem. Do not go here unless you don t care about your property being damaged.

We live in Arkansas now, but we re heading to Illinois when our van broke down. We knew if we can make it all the way to tire tracks. We would be OK. . They diagnosed immediately got us back on the road in two days. We cannot thank them enough. We miss them big time as our regular mechanic. Morris Tire Tracks was an exceptional experience! My vehicle is running smoother than ever and the crew was polite and able to inform me on all issues. I got my car back in a timely manner and 10/10 recommend this establishment. I will be bringing my vehicle to them for any future problems. :) overall best experience I ve had in a while!

At the risk of sounding cliche I will simply state that if I could give them more than five stars I would. I'll happily answer questions and prove that I'm a real person and not a bot. I live in Morris and from now on I will only take my vehicles to the shop. They have been extremely good with the cars I have brought them. The pricing is extremely Fair and above all they are honest and compassionate. That's a hard thing to find in this day and age with a repair shop. Honesty: I will give a perfect example of why I will always bring every car I have back there. Horrible idling issue with a 2002 Lincoln Continental that I imagined was going to cost hundreds of dollars to fix. My father and I tried to do it ourselves and started swapping out upstream O2 sensors but it didn't work. I finally had to give up and let a professional deal with it so I took it over to tire tracks. They had it done in less than 48 hours and I was only charged diagnostic time. This is important because the issue was a melted hose on the PCV valve. Any other shop I have ever dealt with would have charged me hours for the diagnosis, all new hoses, new PCV valve, and also replaced the downstream O2 sensors as well as the fuel pump for close to $1,000. Not tire tracks. They found the hose was melted and replaced it with another small section of hose they had in the shop and told me that while it seems to have resolved the problem if I have the issue bring it on back. Honesty.They know that we aren't rich and that a lot of people can't suffer a huge car repair bill. They work with people to help lower the cost of repairs where other shops would just tell you to deal with it or go somewhere else. Compassion.I'm glad that this review popped up on my phone so I remembered to make sure that I filled it out for them. I do hope that people see it and they realize that a good honest and compassionate repair shop is something that is scarce in this day and age. They deserve every dollar of mine they get and more and I will always take my car back to them.

Shawn the manager was friendly, courteous, and got me in and out. Other shops told me 3 hour wait or I can have the tire in two days. Shawn had me in and out in a jiff. My son has two basketball games and a baseball workout. I was able to make it all. My new shop.

Customer for over 20 years and I never had an issue that couldn t be fixed at a reasonable price. First time there, I had a leak in my front tire. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend going to Tire Tracks. Oh and they fixed my tire.

Worst service of my LIFE! I called ahead to ensure they had the tires. The manager Shawn promised it was instock and he had "put his hands on them". After 2 days, dodging my phone calls putting me on hold, and refusing to return voicemails FINALLY told me my car was done. i show up and it was cheaper tires put on my car and they tried to pass them off as expensive tires. Will never go here again.

Had a screw removed and a plug installed. After leaving shop had vibration in front end. Turns out repaired tire( drivers front) was inflated to 47lbs when 34 lbs was required. A tire repair shop with no tire Guage? I took care of it myself.
