Steve was very friendly and very helpful and honest. I told him my tire size and he told me he had two tires in stock that would fit and he asked what type of driving I do and he ended up recommending the cheaper of the two because it suited my needs better (higher mileage warranty) and he got them installed same day and even got me a rebate. Also the tires came out to be about the same as Costco quoted me. Fair price, trustworthy business, and quality work all right here in town.

I had a tire light on when travelling from Oklahoma. The owner was very helpful in checking all my tires and adjusting the tire pressure. He is a very pleasant person and too bad I am too far away to be a regular customer.

We had a flat tire on the interstate, and I could not say more positive things about how we were treated by this shop! He welcomed us to bring our car despite being fairly busy, and got us back on the road. He was able to repair the tire but also had the tires we needed if that was the recommended route to go. We still had hundreds of miles left to go and were grateful for their quality work!

Steve was wonderful! Traveling from Neb. to Mich. Our RV blew 3 tires. Staff was professional and efficient. Super happy!

I came here for a set of new tires and an oil change. Steve was great to interact with and the service took about the amount of time I expected. I wanted to leave a 5 star review but the pricing was a bit high. I spent $900 for tires (mid grade, 60k miles) and an oil change. That it a bit pricey, but if money is not an issue this is a great place for service.Edit: Yesterday I had my second visit for an oil change. It cost me $64 and took 40 minutes with an appointment! I have never paid that much for an oil change ANYWHERE, including the dealer I got my car from. Yes, Steve is a good guy to talk to (which is why this isn't 1 star), but at the end of the day this is a business and it's extremely overpriced. I will not be returning here again.

Steve is excellent. I know nothing about cars and he is good at explaining things. I've brought my car in with great worries and leave feeling confident. Highly recommend.

Excellent, extremely fast, extremely friendly service. I've only been in Morris for two months and I am so excited to have found such a great auto shop. Steve is great and doesn't nickle and dime, only takes care of the necessities and doesn't encourage you to spend more than you really need, which happens often to someone with little to no car knowledge!

I called on a rainy afternoon for a quick oil change. Steve got me in and out despite being booked solid for the day. It was much appreciated, and I will be back again the next time I need work completed. He is a true professional. Highly recommend Steve s shop.

We got a blister in our fifth wheel tire at 5:25pm. Steve's was the only tire shop open off the highway, so we gave him a call and he happily stayed open to help us out. Ended up having two tires for replacements and helped us change them out. Seriously unbelievably grateful for the friendly help!! Could not have asked for a better experience

Great service. A bit pricey than other places but well worth it. Steve engaged in conversation and made everyone who walked in feel welcomed instead of just another paying pocket. He went on and told me after my service was done what else I will need done immediately and what could be a problem later on.

All I can really say is . This is a wonderful place with a lot of history. The owner name is Steve. Steve s Goodyear, Steve is not only a wonderful person but he is the make up of this town almost. Fair prices. Steve also takes a interest in not only his Customers, but his customers back story.When u walk though the doors of this Goodyear, he will offer u trust and honesty. He truly values his customers, and also value his employees. If u ask anyone in the town of Morris Were Do You go to get your car tires, or car Fixed they will not only tell you respectfully or subconsciously at Steve s. But they will tell you this place with a smile as a imprint on the reflection of Steve Goodyear. I Encourage anyone who is new to Morris or stopping by and you have car troubles . Go to Steve s. He would love to have your business and value you not only as a consumer but most importantly a person.

Came in on Monday just before Noon and was helped immediately. I was surprised that the gentleman who was answering the phone was Steve, the owner! He was very warm and welcoming, introducing me to the other local patrons, as I'm a new resident to Morris. Came in on a donut, need a new tire and to have my AC looked at. Will definitely recommend to anyone in need of tire/auto services! Thank you Steve & crew!

Steve was able to help me out in a pinch!!! I needed a new tire and Steve was more than accommodating!!! Great service, good pricing, and in and out in about an hour!!! Definitely recommend and will be back again!!!

Set up an appointment a week in advance, was told to come at 8 am to be the first one for the day. Dropped my car off around 750 and was told it would be about an hour, walked around town for 2 hours before going back and finding out the car wasn t started. Asked for my keys back and was asked if I wanted to reschedule my appt. No, we already tried that.

Had tire losing air, just got off the highway. Stopped at Buick dealer first. They called Steve and he said come on over. They took care of me right away. Even got coffee and homemade cookies. Very friendly. Would recommend.

Had to have my car towed here after it broke down on the side of the highway. Steve was incredibly helpful. My car was unfixable, and Steve gave me guidance in what my next steps/options were. As a young female who doesn't know much about cars (and has never had to deal with something like this), Steve answered my questions with the utmost patience. He turned a high-anxiety situation (for me) into a much more manageable one. I will be forever grateful. Thanks again, Steve!!!

Steve personally went out of his way to pick up a hard-to-find tire for my car which had broken a sidewall on a run-flat tire. He turned what could have been a 3 day wait for a tire into getting my family back on the road in an hour.Steve is a credit to his business, family, and town, and I'll never forget the friendly and helpful service he gave to me - a stranger from 1,000 miles away in need of help.If all business had owners like Steve, the world would be a better place.Thank you!

Got charged $87.00 dollars for 4 18" tires balanced and it was done wrong! Now I had a shimmy before I took it in.iTook it back and I was told my tires are to big for the vehicle etc,but I needed my tires balance as I had a shimmy ,told Steve I needed the tires rebalanced a second time and it was fine. Now some of the weights came off the wheels and I have the shimmy back! Went in to talk to the owner Steve and he wouldn't even acknowledge my presence!! This should of only costed me $40.00 in the first place and I paid more than double and can't get any satisfaction!!! OVER PRICED AND WAS WARNED NOT TO TAKE MY VEHICLE TO STEVE'S GOOD YEAR IN MORRIS Illinois....LESSON LEARNED ....

Went in for an oil change. They didn't have the oil I wanted ( I'm very picky ) so I brought my own and they changed it for me at a very low cost. Even met Steve, the owner and he was very nice as well as the service man who changed my oil. I would definitely go back :)

I cannot share the same pleasant experiences I have a Ford focus that he tried to leave me away on for about $900 for a simple emergency brake cable all it had to do was be moved very common problem with Ford focus of that year also how to do brakes was under the impression and bills for two Cal Pers but only one was changed was stranded because of that move by him he is way overpriced and you better check his work he comes across as a nice guy but he s not Also told me to bring car in right away and he would work on it didn t get the car in for over 2 1/2 hours like I said the guy is a snake will never go back to him hope he gets put out of business that s what he deserves one star is too much

Super nice guy. Fast service, knowledgeable and fairly priced. Atmosphere here is interesting, he has a lot of historical items, it's pretty neat. I'll return for all of my car needs.

Steve's Tire always does a good job. Just had the brakes worked on, tires rotated, coolant changed and spark plugs replaced. All he work that was done was great! Just an FYI. If you own a Honda Odyssey the spark plugs cost over $25 a piece just for the part. If you know how to replace your own plugs (look up a Youtube video) and do Ebay (they sell for around $30 for a set of six) you might save some money.

Traveling from out of state. Stopped in at 3:00 on a Friday afternoon to get a tire repaired. Steve took great care of us.
