Mike and Jarrett were the absolute BEST! I went in for an oil change and got some not so good news. Both of these guys helped me understand what was going on, explained in great detail why/what I needed done, and kept me posted throughout the whole process. They also did their best to work with my ,at the time, budget to take care of my immediate needs. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I can t not mention that this was the cleanest mechanic office I ve ever been in. I can t recommend this place enough!

Dave is a rare gem to find in this industry. I m from out of state and had a valve gasket leak that needed to be repaired the day before I had to go home. I brought it in and their guys got right to work on it. However when I picked it up, there was still issues. When Dave looked it over, he found one of his mechanics didn t do the job right and it had to be done all over again. Dave stayed personally passed closing time to repair the issue himself, offering to cover any Uber or transportation fees, and then personally delivered my car to me the next morning. Dave s customer service and care ensured the job got done right and I m able to drive back home safely with my two toddlers. I can t express more how well he handled this.

I went there on 3/1/24 at 4:30 to get an oil change and mostly to have them repair a tire that was leaking air. I asked the gentleman twice to make sure that he repairs the tire. I paid and reviewed the bill and nothing was done to the tire and it s flat again this morning! I wasn t going to ask a third time. I ll go somewhere else. I have been there before and had no problems but I won t be back.

The guys at Mobil 1 Lube Express went out of their way to make my experience a great one. They took care of my service and also pointed out areas that will be of concern in the future involving my vehicle without pressing me to get it done at that point. Highly recommended. Will be back again

They've changed management. Now days it's nothing special. Not very friendly nor engaging. It was definitely better and more welcoming before.Use your coupons. In store discounts, (first responder, military, etc) no where near as good as before.

My service today at mobile one was incredible! Jarrett was super friendly and greeted me right when I walked in! The fastest oil change in Morris! I highly recommend!

We went on Saturday afternoon and were in and out. I just needed an oil change and my check engine light was on. They didn t try to sell me anything extra. They changed the oil and ran the check engine code and we were on our way. I noticed they filled my wiper fluid and fixed my back window wiper blade that I couldn t get to stay on. Thank you!!! We will be back!

Really nice and intelligent group of guys. I been coming here for years and they are honest and will always help you with any question you have. I recommend everybody to bring your vehicles here for fast oil changes and anything with Tires.

My car had so many things wrong with it and I really needed it fixed to last me throughout winter. Mike fixed everything and I picked it up in nearly perfect condition. I could tell Mike put his full effort into fixing everything that was wrong with my car. I highly recommend asking for him when coming to the business. He is so smart, personable and an expert!! I have a Cadillac with those hard to change headlights. Cole took care of it by removing the bumper and doing an oil change. He's a good man. They do pretty much anything you need here and are very fair prided. Check them out.

I was attended to the moment I pulled up into the shop...no delays whatsoever! They were very helpful and polite, while explaining to me what was wrong with my car. They pay attention to details here! They have always been my first stop whenever I have car issues. Highly recommended!

9/15/23 Update:I seriously can't say enough good things about this place! They always take care of my vehicle! Adam is a fabulous Facility Manager, he's always making sure my Jeep is safe!I absolutely love getting my Oil Changed here! They are always so nice and so quick! They explain everything well, and always answer all my questions! This place is the best! 10/10 recommend!

they literally drained my transmission fluid instead of my oil. instead of calling a tow and fixing the problem they told me i had to pay for the tow, and the repairs before they will even look at refunding me for this stuff. please reconsider going here.

Great experience with the crew here. Only place in 50 miles that had the correct oil for my truck. Highly recommend these guys for any of your automotive needs.Update- I did not even drive 3000 miles and I started my truck and seen oil pouring out from the oil filter of my truck. I went to tighten it and it was extremely loose. Luckily I do a look around before every trip or I would have had a huge issue!!Service: Oil change

I took my 13 WRX to be serviced at this location. Right off the bat, Adam met me at the front desk and made sure I knew the upfront pricing and got all the details about my car. Shawn and Cole, the two guys turning wrenches in the shop, took care of the actual work. Shawn made sure to bring me in the old filter with a sample of the used oil to verify I didn t have any concerning debris in it as this engine was very recently replaced.These guys are all professionals and are truly interested in vehicles. They aren t your run of the mill, just here for a buck kind of guys. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

I called the other day after not being able to get my oil changed at another location to make sure they had the right filter for my new car. The gentleman on the phone was nice and helpful. I came back a couple days later for my oil change. Every employee I encountered treated me with great customer service. I have been here before with my old vehicle, and it's always been a good experience.
