Thanks again John and Charlie for getting me back up and running the next morning. Your tow truck driver was friendly and professional and towed me to your shop and dropped me at the hotel and your guy Charlie had me fixed and on the road 5 mins before check out at the hotel.Will save your number if I ever break down again in your area.

Definitely avoid. I woke up to a flat tire at Costco and called these guys for service, $457.60 they plugged the tire. They wanted me to pay with Zell� which I now understand why (It's like friends and family on PayPal You have no recourse), I went 20 miles down the road to get reloaded only to have my tire half flat again. When I called to ask if I could stop by their shop to have them figure out why and complain that that's a pretty hefty price tag to not do a good job they said apparently I can't afford their service & hung up on me. Thankfully today I received a letter from my credit card company saying they agreed the service was faulty and refunded my money. Now that they've responded with more half facts, they did not bring me or offer a new tire because they didn't have any All they had were recaps so I was never offered even an option nor was I told that it may or may not work until after I called to say that I had a problem (I carry a used virgin mounted spare tire in my rack I would have just had them switch it if I was told this may not work). The guy just fixed the tire and sent me on my way Even after I questioned why my warning light was on after he fixed it. I was never told how much they charge up front which ultimately that is my fault I should have asked and ultimately by the time they were done I would have already been into TA with how long it took them. Ultimately had I been able to stop back by their shop after I realized there was still a problem for them to address it I wouldn't have even filed a complaint, but when I get hung up on when I ask if they can determine what's still wrong I wasn't left with any options and obviously the bank agreed. I took the tire to another shop and they fixed the repair again and I am still running that same tire with no issues, so it wasn't the tire it was the repair.

Even 1 star is to much! Avoid them at all costs. They are provisional thieves.I called them for a jump, they gave me 45 min eta. After 10 min I called them to cancel the service because my driver found someone in the parking lot and gave him a jump. When I called the guy was already there expecting me to pay him when he showed up in 10 min not 45 min as he stated. So, what he did is he detained my driver, open my truck and got the keys from the ignition and threw them on the ground. When I called the police he left..so yeah, stay away from these mechanics Now, I have the police report and video footage from pilot truck stop. We will be taking them in small courts

If you are looking for a team that will help you (no matter your shade, color or creed); call John or Jason at J&A. Our company received an unfair quote from some other shop that shall remain nameless. So I decided to call these guys and they gave us options. Not in every case will you need new parts but when you do they will let you! Depending on the application sometimes used parts are your only option.They will even let you know what the mark up is on your parts if you ask! Fair pricing on semi and trailer rims and tires also. Hey guys enjoy your vaca, see you soon! Thanks for knocking down the price of the tow since you are also doing the work. Almost forgot to mention they do offer a military discount on labor! Sorry for the book! And to the manager of the shop thanks for being patient with me!Services: Tires, Body & Trim, Brakes

Talked to John about paying for him to inspect a truck, I told him the specs on the truck and he told me over the phone that it was not worth the money that they were asking for the truck. He was honest even though he would be losing out on the inspection fees. What a great guy and company!

Got my 5th wheel free from being stuck closed.Took 30 minutes with a sledge hammer and crow bar an i helped and i was still charged $155 , crazy expensive !But good people .
