I called the store and was directed to a Mike Ryan. Had a wonderful experience in speaking with him. He was able to answer every question. When mentioned concerns, he was quick to address them with no hesitation. My circumstances changed right now. When I am ready to purchase, I would definitely go to him for my salesperson as he was so comforting and patient with all of my questions.

Mike Ryan is the salesman you want. He is knowledgeable but not pushy. I'm not ready to buy just yet and Mike gave me great options for when I am. I will be coming back to Mike when it is time to pull the trigger.

Everything went well with my oil change but my cars computer notified me that my air filter needed replacing after I left. I would have liked to have had a tech let me know when I was there for service. They let me know that I needed a tire rotation.

I don't have a time to play the usual car buying games and felt that the negotiation process was fair and efficient knowing that some negotiation still needs to happen. I also appreciated the final documentation process as Anthony was thorough but not aggressively pushing the additional purchasable items. That process was fast as well. Ian was good to work with and has been working with me on the scheduling of the installation of the additional items I purchased for my truck.

I have purchased many vehicles over the years and I have to say that this was the best experience I have had. The salesperson , Gabe Villa was the best ever. He explained and set up everything from top to bottom on my new vehicle. He took his time and was very patient with a non techie person ! I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone.

We ve dealt with Greenway for years and have always been pleased with their service! This time someone answered the phone in service who I did not know. I presume she s a new employee there? Well, of course, in typical Greenway fashion, she was awesome! Answered all of my questions and explained everything being done on our vehicle. Her name is Kathy and I look forward to working with her again!!!
